After a forest burns, new trees start to grow. This is because the previous trees are gone, and allow the forest to begin to live again. The trees from before would normally have had disease and parasites that plague the forest, and the new forest will be clean again.
This is an RP about a group of people bent on destroying the government, believing that something better will rise from the ashes, much like a forest. They will achieve this by working behind the scenes and using computers, burglary and blackmailing, so they must refrain from getting caught.
Everybody will have a partner. The smarter one, and the tougher one. The smarter one will use technology to gain information, and the tougher one will carry out the physical part of the job. You can either pair with another RPer, or control one as an NPC.

Personality: Loud and obnoxious. Can be clever if he really needs to.
History: Didn't hate politicians, but didn't love them either. Graduated at 21. MaTT told him about his idea, and he went with it.

Name: Fang-hua Yuen

Personality: Fang-hua is usually quiet and lost in thought, but also very observant even when it doesn't seem like she's paying attention. She can be very sly sometimes and tries to manipulate any people she deems could be useful.
History: Fang-hua's father worked on the rather shady side of the government when she was younger. His work led to many backroom deals and assassinations that were played off as tragic accidents or illness. Unfortunately this led to the creation of many enemies for Mr. Yuen. When Fang-hua was 15, she returned home from school one day only to find her house ablaze. She soon found out that both her parents and older brother didn't survive, not due to the fire, but due to gunshot wounds they each sustained to the head. From then on until she was 18 she was in the care of her aunt, but then a week after her birthday she left, leaving only a note of thanks and farewell. Now, Fang-hua lives two separate lives, one as the kindly assistant to the owner of a flower store beneath her apartment, and the other as a skilled hacker intent on taking down the corrupted government that led to her family's death. Due to this she has recently joined up with Matt and Tyler's organization, but is currently working to gain their trust and a partner.
Other: Her nickname is "The Dragon" due to the large tattoo on her back. The tattoo on her back serves as a reminder to her anger and pain, and sets her head back on straight when her mind starts to wander from her goals. Also, the flower hairpiece she wears was a birthday gift given to her by her aunt. It's very important to her, so she is always reminded it. Basically, if the dragon tattoo represents her anger and pain, the flower hairpiece is her love and hope.
Also, she has a cat named Baojia, nicknamed Bo. It's small, black, and quite territorial of her apartment. This makes it hard for her to have guests over for very long, so she doesn't have many friends.
So are you going to create a partner NPC, should I create one, or are you waiting for another RPer?
I'll wait for some more people to join. This sounds like it could turn into a really fun rp, but it needs more than two people

Quiet most of the time but don't get on her bad side because you might not live to see another sun rise, she is getting better at controlling her anger but still has bursts of it every now and again.
History:
Parents died when she was ten and so she was put into an orphanage, whenever she made a friend they were always adopted very soon after, the same happened with her childhood crush, so after a while she just stopped trying to make friends. As soon as she was old enough to leave she went to see if she could find her childhood crush, just to see what was happening in his life, only to find he had been killed working as a police officer. She didn't know what to do, when she found out about the organization she joined straight away for something to take her anger out on.
Other:
She always wears a feather charm in her hair which was once her mothers, she lives alone in a small cottage by a small lake so that her anger won't harm anyone.

Personality: Annie is an adrenaline junkie. Any opportunity she gets to be on the brink of death she'll go for it. Anything dangerous is good for her. She is calm when not in a fight and likes to be social.
History: She was brought up in a home where she found it difficult to settle in. Her mother and father were strong Christians but she didn't have faith and often fell out with them due to this. She moved out when she was sixteen and freeloaded off her female college friend. She never went to college or university and works in a fast food joint.
Other: She owns an unregistered gun and likes to wear black clothing.
