Metro 2033 Roleplay OOC

Alright everyone interested can post their character and remember there is no set character template. As soon as Celtickaven and Akexis get their characters up I will start the In Character RP and we can get this going!

Name: John Goren

Gender: male

Age: 30

Appearance:

John is 5'11" with very short, dark black hair. He is extremely fit and is very strong. He weighs about 180lbs. He wears dark black clothing to blend into his surroundings, and covers his chiseled, scared face in a cloth or mask most of the time.

Skills: John is accurate with a rifle, but is unaccustomed to pistol shooting. He works well with knives and carries his trench knife on him at all times.

Weapons/ Inventory: He chose to carry a T-har rifle, 44 magnum revolver, Trench knife.

Bio: John was a contract mercenary, but nuclear war stopped all his plans. He entered the military when he was 18 and entered the Army rangers when he was 25. HE receved top notch training. He moved to Russia in deployment but a nuclear apocalypse took place and John had no way to leave. He now travels the metro's looking for a way to survive.

Personality: John is a natural leader. He can spot a situation problem solve and act according to what needs to be done. John is solitary, but still very group orientated. He believes no one can outsmart him, because he always finds the third option out of a situation.

Reason for accepting mission: John was able to be lucky enough to escape underground when the first bombs went off. He wandered around the metros for a couple months hiding from the mutants, and sometimes fighting them off. John stumbled across exhibition and remained there for a while. John wants a lot of military grade bullets to go to the surface and make his way out of and away from Moscow.

Name: Lev Cherdenko

Gender: Male

Age: 34

Appearance:


Lev stands tall at 6"1. His hair is a dark, dusty blonde almost brown colour, cut relatively short but still long enough to provide some warmth in the cold metro. His facial hair is dark brown and longer than your average stubble, but still well kept and cut reasonably short. His eyes are a deep sea blue colour, his skin tough from many years spent out doors.

Personality: Lev can remian calm in dangerous and hard situations, always using his initiative to think things through and plan. Since he arrived in the Metro he is very catious when meeting new people encase they are only making friends with him to steal his possessions. Once he gets a certain level on trust with people though, he will share his items with them and treat others as he would want to be treated himself, knowing all to well that life in the Metro is hard.

Skills: He may not be the best shot in the world, but what he lacks in weapon skills he makes up for in survival techniques. Before the war he had survived many a cold winter in the woods which pushed him to his limits and in which he learned many key skills to keep himself alive.

Weapons/ Inventory: AK-74M, Trench Knife, Gas Mask, .44 With silencer.

Bio: Lev grew up in a suburban town in the countryside. His mother died when he was young, his father never remarried after her death. His father was an avid hunter and outdoors man, taking Lev on his hunts with him as there was nobody else to look after him. The bond between father and son was strengthened because of this, and Lev still carries a picture of his father with him to this very day.

When the war began his father was drafted in to the Russian Army. Lev was sent to Moscow to stay out of the war, but when the bombs fell, was pushed underground to the Metro stations. He now makes a living by gathering supplies and selling them in the stations. Even though the odds are pretty low, he still has hope that his father made it to the Metro stations somehow and that they may some day be reunited.

Wonderful! Since you are going to be outside the Station and picked up later on you can have both the gas mask and the AK-74M if you wish, you can have both the Trench knife and 5 Throwing Knifes. If your character is stealthy you can choose to either have a .44 with a silencer or if not you can have a barrel extension. As for ammunition, you can start with the same amounts the people starting at Exhibition get. You will be the second one to join the team after FullM00n.

Great, I'll add it to the weapons section on my CS now. I'm not bothered about the throwing knives to be honest so I'll leave them out.

I'm interested in the roll system for loot that you had planned, I haven't been in a RP that used a system like that before and I found it quite interesting. Do you still plan to use it?

Name: Varik Alexjikjov

AKA: Oberst

Gender: male

Age: 40

Appearance:

Varik is 6,5" with a skinhead or really short grey stubble . Varik reminds more of a bear than a man and his weight of 300pounds of pure muscles are making the impression even stronger.
Over his right shoulder would be a tatoo of an hammer and a sickle crowned by an eagle.
He would normally wear a Leather-trenchcoat with sawn-off arms under it a brown wool-shirt. Then normal army-trousers in grey-camo and heavy steel-boots.
His clothes arent stylish but they keep warm in the cold metro and are wear-able in an ABC-protection gear.

Skills: Oberst usually prefers heavy weapons or melee-weapons over a pistol or MP.
Thanks to his pure strength he is even able to kill minor mutants with his bear hands like a pawlowsch dog or with luck an hungry soldier.
Besdies that he has average aiming-skills with assault-rifles.

Weapons/ Inventory: Kuhkri-knife, Sawn-off double shotgun, GP9-Gasmask, Abakan assault-rife with flash-ligh attachment, 2x spare magazines 5,45mm. 16shot cal. 12(shotgun), lighter, Karbid-lamb, Backpack

Bio: Varik was born in a small village in russia which was near Moskau, dragged into the communistic and racistic circle of farmers and sublayer workers, he was simply brain washed but intelligent enough to study for 3 semesters in Moskau. There he gained a hate of everything which could treaten russia or the capital moskau. Quickly he became abusive and a real rowdy, brawling and beating around.
But his life changed... with the age of 21 he married, his wife got pregnant and before he would finally decide to get father he wanted to visit moskau with his friends for a last time. After 2weeks of party in Moskau he decided to go back but the falling bombs cut off his way home and to his pregnant wife.
When the bombs fell in 2015, Varik ran with some of his friends into the station of Plotschad Revolutzi, the station of the 4th reich. Inspired by their ideology he took a liking to then and even joined their Clan of "skins" wearing their "sysmbol" the shaved head but unlike them he never hold a grude against black people...no!
he hold a grduge against mutants, russian is now the Metro and the mutants are dangering it...and because of that he hunts them....

Personality: Varik is a brute force and according to that very hot blooded, a fighting nature which would never bow to anyone, he would throw his life away for his comrades if he could save them when he does so. Even if he may be loud and rude, he would never mean harm to his comrades. He´s loyal and fair but despises gutlessness in any form and so often gets in argues with "knowledged" people.
he even has a poetic-vein.

Name: Nadia Dmitriev

Appearance:
Skinny girl with dreads who wears more than in the picture to go gallivanting about.

Skills:
More of a think tank than a fighter. Her advantages come from planning and caution more than brute strength.

Weapons:
Primary - 5.45 Cal Bastard Gun
Secondary - .44 Magnum Revolver
Melee - Trench Knife

Bio:
Was a student in Moscow when things started to get really bad and then they got worse. She was forced underground with all of the other survivors doing her best to help where she could before admitting to the futility of the situation.

Personality:
She covers up disappointment and frustration with sarcasm which makes her come across as a jerk more often than naught but her heart is in the right place.

Appearance:
Ignore the body armor.

Skills: Skully is a hunter.He hunts everything both underground and on the surface.Therefore he is a skilled shooter with excellent stealth abilities.Other than that, even without a map, he cant get lost in the metro as he has been travelling inside its dark tunnels since he was aware of himself.

Bio: Skully was born in the Metro.However when he was still a little boy, he was diagnosed with a fatal disease.The doctor said that he would live for a couple of years.Now he is 24y old.However that doesnt mean that he is fine.He has been putting his life on the edge every day since he will die either by a bullet or by his illness so he doesnt care for whats going on around him very much.However he does want to do something great before dying.
