Tsuneo sighed in a slight relief and then glanced at her. He was happy now. He wanted to see her so badly, to tell her everything, to share what was going on, to see her, to feel her to kiss her, but he didn't have time for all this. He stared down at her and smiled."Kuro agreed to rule the country after I killed the emperor." He smiled softly."But Tsubaki I had something else to speak to you about." He said and sighed.

"Your father said something and i think he was right." He said calmly and sighed.".. it's not fair for you to be with someone who will most likely die in a month or so..." He said calmly and frowned. Oh how much he wanted to be with her, but her father will never let him.

Tsubaki kept silent the entire time he was talking. When he's done, she turned around so she would face him. Slowly, yet as if enchanting him not to move, she touched his cheeks with her hands, pulling him into a kiss.

She did it tenderly, savoring the taste of his lips. When they got apart, her voice went out like a whisper. "Say that you'll die again, and I'll be the one who'll kill you, Tsuneo-san. You're strong, you won't die that easily. Or are you that weak that you wouldn't be sure that you'll survive? I guess I'm wrong about you..."

The moment Tsuneo felt the sweetness of herlips he didn't want to let go. When she broke the kiss he gasped and leaned slightly closer to her to get a little more but then he herd her words. He sighed and looked at her."No! I'm completely inteding on killing that man with every cost. The problem is that I...." He sighed and shook his head."you're right... I promise you I'll come back." He said and then pulled her to another kiss.

She returned the kiss, satisfying the longing she'd been feeling since a long time. How long have they met? It felt like ages ago...in reality it couldn't be that long. She threw his arms around his neck, pulling him closer to her. Embracing the comfortable sense of his touch...his everything.

Suddenly she blushed, slighly pushing Tsuneo away from her. "...Motoyasu-sama...please don't stand there..." she mumbled, seemingly to no one, except it was answered by a light chuckle from beneath the sliding door.

"Oh, sorry...I should've know that you'll notice. As expected of a Kuukai shinobi, Tsubaki-kun," Motoyasu's voice was clearly behind it. "Are you still sulking, Tsuneo-dono?" his tone was full of amusement.

Tsuneo blinked when Tsubaki pulled him away and then stared at the wall when he herd the chukle. He gasped and glanced at Tsubaki."You've gotta be joking me." He muttered under his breathe. The man made no sound how on earth did she hear him?! He sighed and his cheeks went slightly red.

"No, not at all. Thank you" He said and smiled slightly."Is there something you want Motoyasu-sama?" He asked and sighed. He felt uncofrotable at the moment. He promised Tsubaki's father that he wouldn't hurt her. But what if he would? He sighed and glanced at the man who was peeking them, wondering whyy he didso.

"Oh nothing, nothing at all," his voice still sound amused. He must've predicted it. "I believe you don't need to go to Tengu residence anymore, Tsuneo-san?" a tone to tease a child. Motoyasu was known by his subordinate to be a playful man, and he tend to play jokes on them.

"I've got job for the Kuukai Clan soon, so I'll need you to go to, Tsubaki-kun, however..." he said it slowly. "I'm giving you a holiday for a week starting tomorrow. I don't care what you're going to do, just stay out of shinobi job, okay?" he waved his hand and moved away. "Well, later."

Tsuneo stared at where the voice came from and sighed. "No.. "He rubbed his temples and then smiled widely when he saw that he waas giving her a week off."thanks" He muttered and then looked at Tsubaki snickered."Wierd man." He muttered under his breathe but then he put his hands on Tsubaki's cheeks and pulled her to another kiss. Oh How he missed her."We've got a month untill we attack."

She didn't expect the week off. Well...Motoyasu was that kind of man. She wasn't surprised with that sudden decision. Instead, she was caught off-guard by Tsuneo's sudden kiss. She didn't hate it, though.

"Yep, a month...We're going to be busy, Tsuneo-san. Please make sure that you're prepared. Especially..." she leaned closer to him. "...please make sure to survive."

Tsuneo nodded and smiled."don't worry. Me and Kuro wil ltrain together. And he is stronger than me." He smiled softly."I'll survive. I might loose a leg or two but I'll survive" he joked, but that joke had a hint of sadness. He didn't care to die, what he did care was to disappoint Tsubaki.

Tsubaki caught the sadness laying underneath his joke, but didn't say anything about that. It was war; it would be selfish of her to ask him not to die...he's a samurai after all. And, she understood his feeling.

She herself had her own mission to accomplish.

"I understand, Tsuneo-san...For now, please rest," she gave him a light kiss, this time saying it to be the last. "I've got one week to play around then. I'll just enjoy my hometown for a while," she chuckled.
