And yes, we are being kidnapped by different brotherhood members, but we'll all be transfered to the same location. Like I said earlier, the brotherhood are very well coordinated, unlike the Templars, while the Templars have the deepest pockets.

Ah yes, The Animi are put in one room called the " White room" as all of the interior is white, the animi are put in shape of the Assassin's Symbol.
However, due to the side-effects of the bleeding effect, that leads to not being able to separate your memories from those of your ancestors, the characters will have to rest once in awhile, during this time, you might go outside, or go and practice more modern ways of combat.

Also, we'll be set up in Toronto, Canada, due to the fact that there'll be less templars there, as Abstergo is set in U.S, though not too far away to still keep up the frontal battle with the templars.
