    One Piece - IC

    OOC

Talon sat in the Loguetown Marine HQ barracks. He, like many of the other marines there, were waiting for any signal to chase down some pirates.

One marine sat in the corner, carving something out of wood with his knife. Another was mopping up a mess he was unfortunate enough to have made. Talon was playing a game of checkers with his bunk mate.

"King me." his opponent said, having gotten a piece to the other side of the board. Talon sighed, but it was expected. He wasn't much of a strategist anyway. He placed another black chip onto his opponents piece.

Then another marine entered the room. "Hey, guys, get ready. Were going on patrol." he said.

Talon stood up, and grabbed his rifle. The others in the room grabbed their equipment, and all started heading for the streets of Loguetown. Maybe this time, they'd find something interesting.

Loguetown... The Town of Beginnings, and Ends. The town where Gold Roger had ended his life... This was the perfect place to make one last stop in the East Blue. From a great distance, the flagship of the Billion Pirates watched. On deck stood Euro Every, captain of the Billion Pirates and one of the richest men alive. And right now, as he ran a hand over his chin, he began to ponder. They needed supplies, equipment, and after that last battle with the Marines, they needed a few more crewmates. Possibly a new chef, or a bodyguard. But, to go to Loguetown would be to risk the chance of meeting marines. Marines were dangerous, not nearly as dangerous as Euro was, but they were still a dangerous if a pirate wasn't prepared.

"Billion Pirates... We'll move in with the Gallery." Euro said, speaking to one of his crew. The Gallery was one of the lesser ships in the fleet, and was expendable if things went wrong. Euro of course would board the Gallery himself and land on the island. He was going to have to recruit new members in person if he wanted things done right. The Trophy would stay out of danger, he would regroup with the flag ship when he was ready. His most loyal crewmates were in charge of the ship while he was gone, of course.

Roughly ten minutes later, Euro was onboard the Gallery as it approached the docks of Loguetown.

Anastasia had just docked her ship at Loguetown. She payed the Dockman and walked towards the town. Surely she could meet some pirates at this town. Anastasia had met her pirates as she sailed the seas on her own, but none of them seemed like crews she'd want to join. "I should get some rations and some other stuff! I'm running pretty low....but first I should go eat some place! I want to try the food at this town anyway" She said walking to what looked like a good restaurant. Anastasia walked inside to find the place had only a few customers.
"I guess this place is having a hard time isn't it........" Anastasia interrupted herself as she observed the food that had been served to some of the consumers closest to her. The meat was undercooked and some of the sides look like they had just been heated up. I guess since it's so busy, they had no choice but to serve leftovers. Either way she couldn't let the person eat that undercooked meat. "I'm sorry miss, but I would suggest not eating that...it's well..undercooked.." Anastasia said as she showed the person the inside of the meat.
The chef had walked out into the dining area when Anastasia said this. He walked over to her. "I assure you it is not undercoook....it's undercooked.." He said. "You shouldn't serve things like this to your customers! Not only will you lose more customers you're risking their health and your reputation...come I will handle the cooking for now" Anastasia said. Finding the right crew could wait for a while. "I highly doubt someone like you could "Shhhh! I will cook, I see you have a display kitchen to let people see what is being cooked and such..I will use that Anastasia said. She looked at the orders. All the meals were things she already knew how to cook. "Piece of cake" She said as she brought all the ingredients over to the display kitchen. Anastasia began cooking. She had a fan on that sent the scent of the food being cooked around the dining area and outside of the restaurant as well. She could see more people coming into the building. Hey! Maybe a pirate crew might come and try to recruit her! Yes this could be a good chance to find one.

A list began to scroll through Euro's mind as he walked down the streets of Loguetown. This list was a mental checklist of everything he would need before he could set off in 100% confidence into the Grand Line. He obviously needed some more crew members, and food. The only things he couldn't replicate was human resources and food. It was the whole living thing for humans, and good food had so many individual pieces that it was difficult to recreate a whole chicken and somehow manage to keep it tasty. So, on his list, a chef was very high on the needed crew list. He could find a million swordsmen just by entering the local pub, but a chef was different. A chef was refined, and a valuable commodity on a ship. He would need one if he wanted to get far in the grand line.

As he marched along with an entourage of two pirates by his side, Euro's nose wrinkled briefly as he passed a nearby shop. A sweet, flavorful smell entered his nostril with the force of an army. It was food he smelled... Good food. This was too good, maybe he could hire the chef if the food was more than just a good smell.
Approaching the small shop, Euro noticed the cook almost instantly. She looked to be in her very early 20's, only a few years older than he was. This was good, women of Euro's age only seemed to care about money. Maybe an older gal would be less money hungry.

"I was drawn here by a fine aroma." Euro said, smiling as he sat down at one of the shop's tables. His crew stood outside the shop, standing a distance away so they wouldn't draw attention, but close enough that they could protect Euro if things went wrong. "I was wondering if I could order a steak? I saw the chef working away in the kitchen from outside." Euro said, speaking to a waiter who approached him.
"I will go get your order right away, sir." the waiter said, bowing briefly before he turned to walk away and place Euro's order.
"Oh, and could I speak to the chef when my meal comes out? I have a few questions to ask her about the menu." Euro added, to which the waiter nervously bowed in agreement.

She couldn't believe that she was finally here, Loguetown, the place where people start their adevntures, and the end of all their ties to a normal life. She couldn't believe she was doing this, then again it is for her brother, and for herself because secretly she also desires this adventure.

Sitting in one of the hotels balcony tables she was finding a ship, a new one, a crew who would not know of her reputation. Her reputation for being a demanding and annoying woman. A crew who, from aura alone would go far into the world of piracy.

Finally getting bored from sitting she jumped out of the balcony, without making a single vibration. A sign of her powers the Kilo Kilo No Mi, a devil fruit which she since she was a one-year old. Walking down the streets of Loguetowns docks, she spotted a restaurant in the corner of her eye. It wasn't that she was a big-eater but it was because she hasn't eaten yet sine the rising of the moon.

Inside the restaurant was a crowd gathering just in front of the bar, a sign that meant someone either famous was there, or that there was some really good. From the depths of her belly came a grumble, a sign of her hunger and strong origins. Even though she was strong-faced, she blushed, just like an other girl would; yet prevailed her strong-face, she laughed and she accepted her hunger.

"Ehehehe....Can i get a big helping here?" She said out loud.
At the moment we will be moving to a new house wherein I may not have internet connection of any form. I will still be able to go online whenever I go to school on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays because they have free internet, but the problem is they won't allow me to access this site for some reason.

One of my current ideas on how to access this site was for me to make use of the public library's internet, but even that may be tricky. I had an idea was that someone from an RP send me the posts made on the RP via email and I reply to them for that said person to post for me, but that would be taxing and I cannot impose that task to someone unless they volunteer. I came up with the compromise that maybe someone can send me just the details of what has happened and I can reply to them in short posts if again that's fine with the other person involved. As for the advanced RP's seeing as the short reply's won't really do justice to the story If it's okay with any of you then I hope that the idea of sending the individual posts would be okay.

If any on you who are in the RP with me has the time to spare then I will be most happy if any of you wish to volunteer, but if not then I will be okay with what decision you guys make.

To my 1x1 and own RP's here is what's going to happen. For the 1x1 if it's okay we can continue the story vie email as long as you want or until the arc ends with dignity. For my own RP I have already mentioned how the 1st arc should go and be followed so please feel free to continue that until the arc ends afterwars it is all up to you what happens and to the person who I will ask to be in charge after the arc ends if you guys want to continue the story.

As for now this is still all just conjecture seeing as that the person who will decide to get a home internet connection is not me. However I have with confidence that for at least a few weeks going onto months we will not have internet connection. Therefore if I disappear then please treat the characters I have made kindly and if possible kill them off with respect or throw the in the freezer until my eventual return.

Anastasia recieved an order for a steak. The waiter also told her the man who ordered wanted to ask her some questions. " Tell him it will have to wait till later okay! She said smiling. Anastasia heard a girl asking for a large helping of some food. It didn't take her too long to finish the steak for the man. The waiter gave the strange guy his order of stake. " The chef said the questions will have to wait" he said.
Anastasia continued making food. She wanted to make some food for that girl that walked in. After a few more orders, her focus was on making food for thar girl. She made a couple of different plates of food for this girl. She got three trays. They were all for this girl. Really the plates were a bit bigger so Anastasia had to put a couple of plates on each of the trays. She carried two of the trays like a normal waiter but she balanced the third on her head.
Anastasia walked to the girls table. Here you go
She said putting each tray on the table. " I'm sorry if it's a bit much....You just seemed really hungry! She said smiling.

Talon Blank - Marine - Loguetown

Talon's patrol walked down the streets on their sixth or seventh circuit of this part of the town. Talon's bunk mate, Kel, sighed. "We've been walking around for hours!" he complained.

"Stop complaining Kel. We'll never get anywhere in the marines if we don't persevere." said Togg, another marine from their quarters.

Talon remained silent. He just let them have their quarrel. He wouldn't have made much difference in their opinions anyway.

The continued down the streets, when a wonderful aroma engulfed their senses.

"Wow... what is that?" Kel asked, looking around.

"I think its that restaurant." Talon said, pointing towards the source of the smell.

"Y'know, maybe a short stop wouldn't hurt. After all, we have been patrolling all afternoon." said Togg.

Then they decided, they would just have a short stop. The started towards the restaurant. "Wait, isn't this that place that serves uncooked meat?" Kel asked.

"Maybe they got a new chef."
Talon suggested. The group came in and sat down.

"Hey, lets get a meal for the big marine soldiers!" Togg said loudly, making sure the restaurant staff could hear.

In the market district of Lougetown, plenty of trade was ongoing. At one particular table, a loud pair was yelling over a shiny, gold bracelet.

“I assure you, it’s the finest gold I sell!”

“You said that about the last one and it turned my wrist green! I don’t want a new one, I want a refund!”

“How about I throw in a lovely ring...”

    “No!”

Before the pressed shopkeeper could try another offer, a black feathery ball whooshed in, snapping up the bracelet on the table before vanishing into the sky. After a few moments of stunned silence, the shopkeeper grumbled, “So, about that refund...”

    ===

Half a mile and several minutes later, the black feathered thief arrived at his temporary nest, marked by a brown belt, a cloth sack, and a red bandana bundled at the top of a tower, where no one visited often. Karashou stuffed the bracelet in his sack disappointed. “That bracelet tasted weird; I probably won’t get much for it...shouldn’t have bothered, it was the least interesting gleam all day...” Shou mumbled to himself. He opened is sack once more, looking at the day’s haul. He got a pink sapphire for his collection, but other than that, a fake gold bracelet, a boring silver ring, and 1100 Beri in coins did not make too good of a haul. The sapphire was worth the most, but he wanted to keep that one. With a sigh, he slipped the red bandana on his head, spent several moments fiddling with his brown belt, and decided to go to town, maybe chat with some of the locals. He’d figure he would at least get a few humorous reactions. He smirked to himself as he dived, leaving his sack for now.

However, somewhere below the city, the grumpy old cheat of a jewelry seller was reporting the strangest theft he’d ever heard of. Birds usually didn’t have the guts to just dive into a bustling shopping center, did they?

The "keen Archipel" boarders into the habour of Lounge town on it´s deck a single. The man wears a black hat and a black leather coat which leaves his chest open and reveals his trained body. The man itself has one feet placed on the rear and its sword-arm, which holds a wodden-sword, streached out towards the harbour, in a conquering manner.
This man on the ship is not a captain, he is a sword-fighter with his own codex and based on his history a so called pirate hunter why he chosed this path? he has forgotten it, something about a thief and a fruit and something which went terribly wrong. Well everything which counts for him now is finding a crew and roaming around the Grand-line, the famous Grand-line who anyone knows, even those who are living on the main-land, like he did once.
    So back to the scene.
The ship reaches the harbour and hit the docks, a small "Thumb" could be heared as the ship hit them with full speed, the man takes a step and jumps up to the dock.
"Finally Loguetown" the man says and streaches his body while the ship behind slowly swings with the wind and the waves.
Only secounds after that a really pissed of harbour-master appears before that man.
"MISTER!!! WHAT DO YOU THINK PLACING THIS TRASH ON MY DOCK?" The Harbour-master is angry like hell and screams at the man.
While bowing the man introduce himself "Satanio Gáhoul and this is my proud the "keen archipel" " Satanio says and bows before the harbour-master.
"Your proud?" the master askes and looks at the ship behind the man and his jaw nearly falls down "THATS A FUCKING DINGY"
"Oh...well then you can keep it and keep it in mind it even has a sail" with a final wave at the master Satanio walks away, leaving the cursing and pissed harbour-master alone.

"Sooo...now i am here....but.i think i forgot something these past 3 days i was on sea"
A sudden growl disturbs the monolog Satanio just had.
By snipping his finger and pointing his index-finger into air in a "Heureka" expression he found the answer.
"EATING!!! i knew i should have packed some food before i went out to sea" By following his skilled nose and the natural instinct of a cook he find himself in a crowded restaurant full of marines and... some pirates.
Satanio sits own and letting his stomach speak for himself...well now its grumbling as loud as the screaming Marines.

Anastasia looked over at the marines asking for a dinner. She went back to her little kitchen area. "Hmm quite a big group...guess I should make a lot for this group too" Anastasia said as she started cooking. She was fast at cooking, and you'd think she would make mistakes when she cooked, but she never really did, and if there were any mistakes it wouldn't effect a person's health in anyway and it usually wasn't noticeable. It took her sometime for this big group, but she finished the food for the Marines. The waiters had to use four different trays for this meal. The waiters ,with the trays that carried the food for the marines, to the marines.
Anastasia liked working at restaurants because if she was going to cook for a pirate crew then she would have to get used to cooking for a large group of people! She continued cooking, occasionally serving the food herself if the waiters or waitresses were too busy as it is. Anastasia would have to give tips to the restaurant owner and the chefs about how they can keep their business like this! Anastasia had heard the stomach of a hungry customer! Must not have eaten in a while. She cooked a few plates of food for this person a long and went over to him. "Here ya go! You must be hungry..I could hear you from where I was cooking" Aanastasia said laughing a bit.
