Personality
Keisuke is your typical arms folded, all work and no play man. He can't take a joke and tries to find the logical approach to every situation, even if there isn't one. He's very patriotic towards his Shinobi village and has no problems with putting his life on the line for the Tsuchikage or anyone else from Iwagakure. He takes his job as a Shinobi very seriously and expects the same from anyone else who call themselves Ninja. Keisuke is considered to be bipolar; he talks and talks about doing anything for his village but when it comes to the battlefield he's merciful. He'd rather die himself than take the life of another man. His desire to protect his village, and his morals of leaving his hands clean of blood clash together constantly; resulting in hazardous mood swings from time to time. The mood swings are more prominent during battle, adding a more viscous and unpredictable nature to Keisuke whenever he fights.

History
Keisuke was really mature for a child. Before entering the Shinobi Academy in Amegakure, he was fun and laid back. He liked to hang out with anyone he met and loved to get to know his friends better; especially his female friends. He flirted and crushed on a few of the girls he met through the academy and was a problem child for all the academy teachers. He wasn't taking life serious enough, but he saw nothing wrong with that. He'd lost his parents in an accident shortly after he was born, so he'd been living with his grandma in Amegakure until they could find a suitable home for him. It took them several years, but they finally found out that Keisuke had an Uncle living in Iwagakure. Being too old to care for him properly, his Grandma made sure that he was sent to Iwagakure safely where he would continue his Shinobi training.

His Uncle was a beast of a man. He saw only the horrid, grotesque things in the world and taught Keisuke that the world they lived in was an ugly place. Keisuke couldn't believe that in a world filled with billions of people, that all of them were bad. The friends he'd made in Amegakure were proof of that. That was when he became determined to follow his own Ninja Way; To have faith in tomorrow and to never lose hope. His new found determination allowed him to awaken his true potential, and it showed through as he recently passed the Chuunin Exams.

I know that Kami Henge is already a Canon technique. But it wasn't on Narutopedia so i thought I'd play it safe ;D
