The Kozue Clan are very strict on remaining calm and reserved in and outside of battle. The clan was created when the ancestors planted and took care of the "Great Willow" tree that has survived for over two centuries. Since then, every clan member that has come of age has taken a branch and carved it into a bō staff. This enhances their chakra flow significantly. During its construction the user must offer the staff a small dose of blood and chakra. The bō staff is then named, and treated as each clan members closest ally. It is then presented to the Clan leader, and he decides if it is a perfect creation or deeply flawed. The clan member is initiated then, and then taught basic bojutsu

Appearance:
Personality: Ringo puts the icy calm persona of the Kozue clan to shame. Outside of battle he is very playful and boisterous. He despises how stiff and unemotional his clan is and often tries to push the patience of his elders. Despite this, he takes great pride in being in the only clan that has mastered bōjutsu, and dislikes anyone speaking ill of those he loves. Above all else, Ringo is insanely passionate about life and doesn’t like to hide his emotions.
In battle however, he surprisingly adapts easily to his clans icy calm persona. He is as calm as still water, as swift as the wind, and as harsh as electricity, rarely showing his colourful persona when things are serious.
History: Ringo grew up with two older brothers in the main branch of the clan. Unlike his brothers he doesn’t compete much for their father’s approval. His brothers both became Chūnin at the age of 12 while it took Ringo two years longer to attain that rank; much to the disappointment of his father.
But where his brothers were quicker than him, Ringo always managed to best them on his first try. On his first attempt at forging his bō staff he succeeded where they failed. The first time he entered the Chūnin exam he managed to become promoted where it took his brothers three attempts each. Ringo never desired to walk in their shadows, so he walks at his own pace searching for his own ambitions, something the rest of the clan can’t come to grips with. He often spends his free time harassing his friends and teammates in a joking manner, but he never leaves or forgets to bring his bō staff, Rodney.

Description: The Blood Circle is a technique the Kozue clan are revered for. Their staff absorbs their blood to the point the weapon becomes an instrument of destruction, increasing the users speed, strength, endurance and intelligence. Breaking the staff is the only way to escape its bloodlust, and it is considered a great shame for any of the Kozue clan to do this rather than dying. This move is usually used as a last resort due to it's lethality to the users body.
