Two Chuunin Right off the bat. Yeah they are essentially the same but I like them. I'll be working on the Raikage soonish and It won't be the character from the other RP.
Amakaze, Nagasu: Drifting Current

Clan/Bloodline: Amakaze/Kanryuu kaiha -
Much like their clan bloodline, which is dominant, the Amakaze clan are very loose and air headed in nature. They are known widely as one of the least strict clans out of the majority and have barely any wish to participate in politics in a direct fashion much preferring to hover around the edges of issues only to provide a push or a breath of speech when it is truly necessary. The Amakaze's only true known ambition is their pursuit of perfect -or as near they can get- unity with the wind and flowing substances of the world around them. They are chief examples of free spirited, creative, and nearly incorruptible individuals.

Personality: Nagasu is a rather strange fellow with very few ambitions and no real reason to be a nin other than his overwhelming urge to, 'become one with the wind', as many of his clan member seem to share. He is a free spirit and very creative in many aspects of his life including that of art and sometimes even poetry. One can even find this poetic affinity in some of his jutsu and the way he speaks even when around friends.
He is sometimes even mistaken for a user of Cannabis due to his mind and actions simply showing him as being so...out there -while of course it is not true-. He is like a leaf blowing through the wind and as such is certainly not the leading type but would much rather follow or, even better, skirt around the edges just barely staying within the area of bounds.
Despite his out there disposition he is very aware of his surroundings and actually uses his opponents likelihood to assume him elsewhere to his advantage to strike and defend when they least expect it. His loyalties, unlike the rest of his personality, are unfaltering though to some they seem fickle. He is a rather cheerful soul and very little can get on his nerves as how can one anger a force of nearly ethereal life?
History: Nagasu has had a rather easy life with lax training and a supportive clan and family allowing him to embrace the way of the flowing currents, be it water, wind, or even lightning at the cusp, he is at home.
His time in the academy was longer than average due to his mentality and so it took him time to focus himself and pass the academy though he was likely capable some time before hand. He has recently taken into his mind to pass the chuunin exams as he had completed his missions at his own leisurely pace. He entered but was just barely able to pass and was considered a beginner chuunin.

Description: A kunai with the capabilities to channel wind around and within its body with increased chakra and lightning conductivity and an inner storage within. It is the same size as a normal kunai but he has more of these than normal one's as they are not all that durable and are better used as projectiles rather than as blocking or stabbing weapons.
Appearance: The same as a normal kunai but slightly wider around the handle as the inside is hollow which goes into the blade with each point of it being hollow so that instead of a point a small hole is seen.

Name of Weapon or Item: Agehibari(Soaring Skylark).
Description: it is a perfect conductor of wind chakra and its 3 tail strings can trail water behind it as they flap in the wind. Fire and lightning chakra is not something it is made to withstand but lightning can be channeled into its metal tips to a very low level allowing small zaps or bouts of cutting power. It is made for speed and hit and run tactics from the air.
Appearance: A unique apparatus crafted by members of the Amekaze clan, the Agehibari is one of the more mass produced versions of their kites. The kite has metal tipped wings and actually has four wings rather than the 2 of a bird as the legs of the bird are made to be larger than life. The kite is around 4 feet when folded and carried on the back and 7 feet when unfolded and -as is likely the case- in flight. It has a wingspan of 6.5 feet making it rather large in its entirety. Unlike normal kite the Agehibari has 3 tail points each of which have strings and an additional string connection and handle in its center.
Most of the kite's body is actually covered in an incredibly light but rather weak metal with high cutting power but barely adequate resistance. only the edges of the kite are capable of withstanding blows as the metal has been reinforced there for such purposes.
Name of Weapon or Item: Ikidomari(Dead end).
Description: Good for wind and lightning type jutsu it is a marvelous chakra conductor with a bit of practice and a very versatile weapon due to its being a staff. It has a natural weakness to fire and water jutsu doesn't do it so well and tends to make it weak and soggy while fire makes it brittle and can easily burn it.
Appearance: A wooden pole -of around 4 feet- is reinforced with a metal outer layer but is light, strong and hollow like bamboo. The Agehibari is made to attach to the wooden staff and can be used as a blade when such is done. Otherwise the staff has small slits in its sides and an inner hollow with one open end to allow chakra channeling and the release of wind.

Description: The Amakaze's dominant kekkei genkai is partially a style and somewhat an actual bloodline ability as the it is not rightly considered a true combination of elements but rather an intermingling of natural occurrences -as the Amakaze would describe it-.
Kanryuu kaiha is a flowing style of movements that easily move into each other. It uses the elements of wind and water to create formations of air or water with either many air bubbles or many water droplets. This does not create too much of a unique effect however the water becomes mixture becomes highly conductive of heat and electricity which is where the weakest affinity of lightning usually comes into play. Fire can conversely be used to heat the water to a powerful boiling point.
Without the lightning however the water and air affinities hide within each other allowing the user to easily flow one out unexpectedly in sudden -yet strangely harmonious- techniques. The Kanryuu kaiha often makes it appear as if the user can breath under water with one of its more infamous, but rather low level, techniques. Other than an increased sense of air and water currents there are no other real advantages or disadvantages to the kekkei genkai other than the obvious affinity weaknesses.
It is known that the Amakaze at higher ranks have an affinity to pressure control, at the least in their chief element of wind. The primary reason for the Kanryuu kaiha being considered a kekkei genkai rather than purely a fighting style is due to the fact that despite air being lighter than water and thus constantly wanting to rise it does not when being used through the Amakaze’s bloodline limit. The air within the water is held within by using the more physical version of chakra, yang chakra. This use of yang chakra is of course mostly subconscious except to the more advanced users of the release who have become conscious of their indirect control of yang chakra. Ironically their outside use of yang chakra creates a natural imbalances within their bodies chakra pools and causes their ying chakra to be more dominant in their inner bodies. This imbalance typically causes what is commonly attributed as their rather 'Out there' mind set/personalities though it can vary -but not all that widely-.
Due to their kekkei genkai's basic nature as the use of yang chakra outside their bodies it becomes incredibly difficult to control at higher levels as the user is forced to master 2 completely opposite forms of pure chakra form in order to master their kekkei genkai, or at least to an extent. As such Nagasu's control is considered rather basic in nature.
Jutsu:
Name of Technique: Kanryuu aijou(Flowing through sadness).
Type of Jutsu: Ninjutsu.

Range: The area of water can be formed up to 5 yards(15 feet) from him.
Nature Type: Wind and Water.
Description: Forming an area of mostly water he pushes long flowing 'strands' of air current into its body and allows it to continue moving as such as a passive motion. The technique is supplementary and used for preparation of his other techniques. The air within the water is highly compressed and held within by the water pressure. The 'strands' of air also effect the water within making them move at the same pace as the wind which can be changed to his will. The higher the skill (and thus rank) the more useful and versatile the application of this technique.
Weakness: It takes around 5 seconds to form the normal stage of this technique and can go up to 10. The body of this technique can be changed in size but is usually around the length of the average pick up truck from the bottom of the wheels to the roof. The larger the body of water the more chakra taken from the jutsu's formation.

Description: With the Kanryuu aijou active he changes the shape of it and allows the air within to form 'spikes' or blades to push out of the sides. The jutsu takes around 2-10 seconds to activate when used at D rank and over progression of skill this can be changed.
Weakness: The longer the air is held in this shape the more taxing it becomes to hold.

Name of Technique: Inou no chimodoro(Pocket of desperate struggle).
Type of Jutsu: Ninjutsu.
Rank: E-B.
Range: The bubbles can be controlled from up to 8 yards(24 feet) away.
Nature Type: Wind or Water.
Description: Allowing air or water bubbles to be formed as he speaks -from the moisture or air around his mouth or even within to gather- he forms air bubbles with sound trapped inside. This sound can amplify as it stays in the bubble but so far this technique is unfinished as he has not unlocked his lightning affinity which will complete the technique.
Conversely, when underwater this technique can be used either on him or his opponent -but only one at his current level- to take any released air from their mouth if it opens. This however is the B ranked version and as such is not currently able to occur.
Regardless upon release of either sound or lightning (only sound at E and D rank) the sound stored will be released into the medium be it air or water.
Weakness: It is currently a very weak jutsu and has no real effect unless utilized with lightning at which point it becomes chakra taxing with continued use.

Description: With the Kanryuu aijou active or with water and/or wind he lashes with either or both affinities attacking the designated target or targets. If he puts more effort into the technique he can actually layer wind within water to increase the blunt force and cutting power of the blow.
Weakness: This technique can attack a maximum of 2 people at once in its current rank. When using the slightly more advanced/layered version it is more unstable and likely to fail of confronted by fire or earth techniques and similar disruption tactics.

Description: By using both or either affinity manipulation he can 'walk on water/air' effectively but his speed is usually only a walk or jog as anything more usually breaks his concentration and makes him fall.
Weakness: Going faster than a jog will break his concentration and make him fall. This technique is mentally taxing and is not good to use over any long period of time at D rank.

Description: Using any of his water techniques or simply a technique where water is issued -most common is Kanryuu aijou- he draws the air bubbles from within to breath continuously.
Weakness: The air can run out rather quickly though he can draw wind back into the area to bolster his reserves. The jutsu, though low ranked, is rather annoying to keep working so he tends to preserve his air and thus chakra by doing so. The longer it is active the more chakra consumed as if continuous it constantly takes a small ebb of chakra.

Description: Currently his strongest technique this allows him to send or simply activate an area of tearing winds that throw off movement and -at current rank- cause low levels of damage. He some time refers to the technique as 'Pirania kaze' aka Piranha wind due to it tearing away at flesh ravenously similar to the fish.
Weakness: Due to its high rank this is his strongest and thus most taxing out of all his jutsu. He cannot use this jutsu more than once in any battle currently due to its high chakra cost of around 50%. He is very sparring in its use and only utilizes it if for sure hit or a tactic leading to victory is almost completely eminent.

Type of Jutsu: Ninjutsu/Puppetry.

Description: Using a technique similar to the normal puppetry technique using chakra strings, he creates strings of water and/or wind chakra that spiral around one another as they connect to the puppet or other object. In Nagasu’s case this is used to manipulate his kite and also utilizes the 3 strings on his kite’s tail to form water on them.
This technique seems useless but it actually how he usually utilizes his kites hit and run abilities as by doing this he can more accurately take control of his kite’s movements. Additionally this allows him to use water and wind jutsu –as long as enough chakra is available- from the air.
Weakness: The downside is that any jutsu used from the space of the kite is usually delayed by around 5-10 seconds depending on the distance from the kite. This will change with heightening skills.

Type of Jutsu: Ninjutsu.

Description: One of the techniques usually used with his Agehibari kite. It is easily utilized from his hands or with the strings. The technique can either work to use a temporary speed boost, or as a sharpened swaying of wind currents but both are useful. The wind currents are usually vertical but sway back and forth and can be seen like the swaying of grass in the wind. It is an area technique that usually has a radius of around 3 yards(9 feet). Otherwise it is used as a sudden gust of wind around the Agehibari and if not is used in tandom with Gen’ei dankai to give a momentary boost of speed.
Weakness: Of course there is a slight delay in time if used from the kite. The technique, to be dangerous in its swaying form, must be at least C rank and will take around 10-20%.

Personality: Genkaku is analytical and focused, which is rather unlike most of his clan making him an oddity if he indeed lived with them. His forced isolation from the clan is probably a partial factor but despite their kekkei genkai's mental effects his straight forward and rigid mentality doesn't fade much even with its use. This strange trait actually comes from his father who is a 'halfy' if you will, meaning that he has a heterozygous inheritance of the clan kekkei genkai. Since his father married completely outside of the family his genetic sequence is a tad different from most Amakaze clan members. In this way Genkaku inherited this trait from his father as his mother gave him her dominant allele for the kekkei genkai (naturally) and the father gave his recessive trait.
In such a way Genkaku is more blunt and less 'out there' in comparison to the other Amakaze. His mind is focused and straight to the point and because of this he has learned a different specialization of the kekkei genkai rather than the typical one. He has a stronger affinity with wind and lightning than he does with water and thus he more often utilizes techniques involving air pressure or generally pressure.
In terms of friendships he see's them as a strange occurrence but indeed wishes to have friends as he's mostly felt isolated throughout his life. Its almost as if his early clan separation had a direct mental effect despite him not consciously remembering it. He is highly intelligent but tends to ruin the mood sometimes when he overanalyzes things people do. He has an innate knowledge of pressure and its been said he has the potential to be a sensor nin. Regardless he is a very trustworthy individual and he does share the loyalty that most Amakaze clan members possess.
History: Born in Kumogakure, Genkaku had a rough start to his life. His father had begun to stray from the winds path around the time he was born and eventually he did so so much that the Amakaze disowned him and attempted to take any of his natural rights. They failed to as his father stole a weapon from their armory, fought he way out with Genkaku in hand and tried to rescue his mother only for her to be taken 'hostage'. Genkaku hasn't seen her since but his father did find a safe place for him and that place was Iwagakure. Genkaku's father was able to stay for 5 years but it was soon discovered that his origins were of Kumogakure and he was expelled from the village. Genkaku was 7 at the time and his father had begun teaching him of the Kanryuu kaiha, their clan kekkei genkai.
His father was forced to leave once more and Genkaku was taken in by their rather kind neighbors. He was living and learning with them when his father began visiting, in secret to the rest of the village, and would stay for 3 days tops each time to teach his son. In this way he progressed and eventually graduated the academy. Later on he took on missions completing them rather easily and finally entered the chuunin exams. He proved himself a skilled combatant and advanced to the rank of chuunin.
His fathers training intensified considerably but the visits began to wane and slowly but surely, ending 2 years ago, his father stopped coming. He has no seen the man for 2 years now and has no idea what has become of the man or why he vanished. All he does know is that his father's last gift would have to be enough. The Mitsudatto would thus be the last remnant of his father till they met again one day.

Name of Weapon or Item: Mitsudatto(Tide with lightning speed).
Description: A weapon stolen from the Amakaze's workshops when his father fled the Mitsudatto is one of the Amakaze's less produced weapons and it is incredibly useful to any user of water, wind, or lightning. The staff is not metal for conductivity and due to its small holes and inner hollow it is lighter than it appears but still very sturdy. The weapon's fan is both waterproof and resistant to lightning techniques up till A rank. The fan is infused with pure wind chakra which is actually stored within the bounds of its metallic skeleton. The entire staff is made to be conductive of lightning chakra and the inner hollow can be used to push water through for varying reasons and amplications. The fan can both effect the wind and can effect the tides of water if used underwater. There is a single seal on the staffs body that is imprinted both within the hollow and on each side of the fan.
The seal is the kanji for Kanryuu(Flowing through) and Eki(Liquid) thus representing the jutsu Kanryuueki(Flowing through liquid) which in this case allows the staff and fan to move through water almost unimpeded by its viscosity.
Appearance: A 5 foot long metal staff with a foldable fan that takes up a good 2 feet on the top of the weapon. When opened the fan's 'winspan' is around 4 feet, 2 feet on each side of the staff. The fan when folded is just a 2 foot layer of metal on opposite sides of the staff. The substance used to create the actual fan's sails is actually rather conductive of lightning and the staff itself is made much like the Ikidomari(Dead end) of their clan and thus does have a small hollow and tiny holes throughout.

Description: One of the techniques usually used with an Agehibari kite. It is easily utilized from his hands rather than a kite. The technique can either work to use a temporary speed boost, or as a sharpened swaying of wind currents but both are useful. The wind currents are usually vertical but sway back and forth and can be seen like the swaying of grass in the wind. It is an area technique that usually has a radius of around 3 yards(9 feet). Otherwise it is used as a sudden gust of wind in tandom with Gen’ei dankai to give a momentary boost of speed.
Weakness: The technique, to be dangerous in its swaying form, must be at least C rank and will take around 5-10%.

Description: Currently one of his strongest techniques this allows him to send or simply activate an area of tearing winds that throw off movement and -at current rank- cause medium levels of damage. He some time refers to the technique as 'Pirania kaze' aka Piranha wind due to it tearing away at flesh ravenously similar to the fish.
Weakness: Due to its high rank this is one of his most taxing jutsu. He cannot use this jutsu more than twice in any battle currently due to its high chakra cost of around 20%.

Description: Using a technique similar to the normal puppetry technique using chakra strings, he creates strings of water and/or wind chakra that spiral around one another as they connect to the puppet or object. This technique seems rather useless allows him to use water and wind jutsu –as long as enough chakra is available- from the afar.
Weakness: To take control of an object an equal amount of chakra to the objects size must be used. There is a 3-8 second delay for jutsu used from the Ayatsurue which varies with distance.

Description: One of the more advanced techniques of the Amakaze clan, Genkaku learned Chiassei from his father exclusively. The technique allows the A-S ranked user to manipulate wind or water or lightning through the use of the hands. Generally it appears as the user holding he hands out and then bending the fingers as if grasping the air or water like a curtain. This effect moves and shifts the pressure in the air or water and causes movement to follow. The same applies indirectly to lightning as it moves when the air conductivity is changed.
Conversely in C-B rank the Ayatsurue are used to send their chakra off in a small 3 yard(9 foot) radius and controll the surrounding air/water. When used underwater within their Kanryuu aijou is takes only 10% to activate and no strings are needed as long as it is the C ranked version of the technique as the body of wind and water is made of their chakra to begin with.
Weakness: He is incapable of the lightning version and he is as C-B rank so instead of his bare hands he uses his strings to conduct his pressure control. Activation of the C-B ranked version of Chiassei requires 20% of the chakra and continues to tax the chakra at low rates as well as being mentally taxing. The C-B ranked user cannot maneuver their bodies directly when this is in use.

Name of Technique: Azanau no mitsu(To twist the tides).

Description: Azanau no mitsu is a technique used with the Mitsudatto that twists the water or wind around the opened fan sails. When used underwater or within the Kanryuu aijou it can twist the waters into a cyclone aimed the same direction as the top point of the staff. The Cyclone when used within a normal Kanryuu aijou can stretch up to 5 yards(15 feet) in the designated direction.
When used in normal air it can go up to 7 yards(21 feet) and causes a cyclone of wind. If caught within the cyclone of wind it will throw you around to disorient and then throw you out of it at high speeds. When hit by the 'edges' of the cyclone it will cut. The water version swirls you around and draws you towards him.
Weakness: The technique is linear and can only be held, even at C rank, for around 2 posts. The water version does virtually no damage and the wind version is not all that damaging even when you hit its edge.

Range: Within the Kanryuu aijou or 6 yards(18 feet).
Nature Type: Wind and/or Water.
Description: When used inside the Kanryuu aijou this technique shifts the currents in the specified direction. The technique can be used with his hands but it is harder for him to do so and so it is typically utilized by the Mitsudatto. The technique essentially causes a powerful tidal push within the effected area. It pulls or pushes whatever is in its path towards the direction it is moving.
When used in open air it causes a 'wall of wind' to move from one direction to another which is dictated by the direction that he swipes the Mitsudatto -or later on his hand-.
Later on when the hands can be used this technique becomes a specific air/water pressure manipulation ability and works by drastically making pressure changes and thus causing the air or water to move from high pressure to low pressure rapidly.
Weakness: Using this in open air is more taxing due to the likely increased range and thus amount of wind control needed. Stronger versions are taxing and it is currently only useable at C rank.

Description: By twisting the Mitsudatto the opposite direction a small spiraling formation of wind or water can surround the staff or one of his arms. This makes water easily accessed for other jutsu and when he hits or strikes forward with an arm or the Mitsudatto it can send one of the spirals forwards. As skill increases more of these spirals can be applied around the staff or arms.
Weakness: Specific manipulation ability making it mentally taxing to hold for longer than 3 posts time. The water related techniques used off of this are usually rather weak.

Nature Type: Lightning.
Description: Hirameku is a rather simple ability that allows the user to conduct their lightning affinity through contact with an element, object, or person. Hirameku has little to no effect to the human body at E rank and at D rank it only causes a tingling sensation which can be a tad distracting. At C rank it becomes shocking and can stun for 1-2 seconds while its B ranked counterpart disorients the individual and stuns them for around 5 seconds. The A ranked level can cause convulses but this is unlikely and it usually just disrupts the unity of brain and nervous system making movement rather difficult. S rank it can knock out who it is conducted through.
To objects the effects are similar to people except they don't damage at all up till B rank at which point they heat up said object. At A rank it can begin melting the object slowly and at S rank it can partially damage the objects structure as well as quickly melting it. Last of all when applied to air or water (in his case) it just conducts steadily more of the affinity with each rising rank. The only real difference between element conductivity is the potency of the lightning -refer to the human damage- and the control he has over its movement after it is released.
Weakness: Very weak to start off with.

Hiroki's skill with sand-based jutsu are all heavily based on hiden ninjutsu as opposed to any sand-based genjutsu or taijutsu that may exist. His proficiency with the skill is great enough that he is able to use the sand in his control to suit the situation he may be in as he can form it to whatever shape he desires, making him a very versatile fighter. He can maintain control of sand within a thirty yard diameter, with Hiroki as the center point.

SpoilerHiroki is five feet and six inches tall. His body is lightly muscled and tanned from exposure to the sun due to Sunagakure's conditions. He has a corporate-cut hairstyle with jet-black hair. He has silver-colored irises. He often wears something that resembles the top half of a toga, which is tucked into loose Arabian-style pants. The toga is oversized and easy for Hiroki to slip out of. For shoes he has tabi socks with straw sandals. The seal for the One-Tailed beast is on the inner side of his right thigh.
Personality: Hiroki is very quiet, but cynical and disrespectful. He never answers to people who try to talk with him and always gives them a cold look, as well as dashing others hopes in fictional things. He never tries to be nice to people and takes no interest in authority, nor does he care about or answers to those who have authority. He does not cooperate well with others and tends to do things himself, believing that relying on others are for the weak. He tends to like being alone and is most comfortable in quiet and empty spaces. He seems to love reading as well. He's intelligent for his age, having able to converse with the One-Tailed many times before while understanding him.
History: As a child growing up, Hiroki was often left alone and neglected by his parents. He was often holed up in home and would rarely actively participate in activities during his academy days. He grew up with a very poor social life, never speaking to anyone in his classes thus never making any friends, his only friends being those that came from his imagination. His parents often never really cared about Hiroki; in fact, they had left the house one day without ever informing him. The elder of the Jibantsubu clan had looked out for him, but not very much so. He merely brought meals over once and a while and just let Hiroki carry on with his lonely, miserable life.
Hiroki began to slowly grow more cynical. His imaginary friends no longer within his sight, he grew more and more bored of the days he spent in solitude alone at the house. At the age of eight, Hiroki noticed two books left outside of his doorstep; one that seemed to teach shinobi how to manipulate sand to their advantage and another that explains 'chakra'. In a little under a year, Hiroki taught himself with the use of these two books, learning quick and honing his skills with sand manipulation jutsu. The elder began to take notice in this and made note to have him more recognized by the clan members and people from the village. At the age of nine, he was asked to be the host of Shukaku, the Sand Raccoon, by his village elder. Without hesitation, Hiroki agreed.
He would stride on to become a Chuunin, the incident of becoming a Jinchurikki hardly fazing him. As if it never happened.
Although he was officially given the rank of Chuunin, to this day he still could hardly care more for Sunagakure, merely just practicing his abilities with no goal or motive in mind.

Their use of ninjutsu and genjutsu is well-known due to their not so well-known Kekkei Genkai, which is unnamed. The Hakena are also known for their naturally large chakra reserves, which is comparable to the Uzumaki clan. Many members have shown the ability to use many ninjutsu in rapid succession without much hesitation, making them very dangerous opponents.

Due to the overuse of his Life Siphon Technique, Kazou has taken on the appearance of a small child, standing at barely five feet in height. He has medium length hair and crimson irises. He is very pale and his face is almost flawless, having no signs of scars or having been in battle before. He often wears clothing that is similar to renaissance style; a high collar with a V-shape at the front of the neck, with the edges of the sleeves frilled. He wears baggy shorts that go just enough to reach over his knees.
Personality: Kazou is a very manipulative and deceptive person. Throughout his life, he has always acted as a responsible elder brother and wise character, though his brother Naraku knows very well what his personality is like. He is very persuasive and often a manipulator of human emotions, living long enough to know how they work. Though his combat prowess is very powerful, Kazou's combat style is as much psychological as it is physical for him. Despite this, however, he knows how to be loyal and has never yet betrayed a contract sent for him during his life as an assassin. He is also very intrigued by Human Anatomy and had medical endeavors during his life.
History:

Since birth, Naraku and Kazou had lived under the same roof with the same parents and friends. Their birth occurred during the legendary crisis a hundred years from now. Naraku was the typical annoying younger brother pestering his elder brother to the point of being constantly scolded by other Hakena. Nonetheless, they remained close and considered themselves as best friends as they entered the academy for the first time. Kazou was courageous while Naraku was timid and afraid of bullies, clinging on his brother everywhere they went. They both graduated the same year and were assigned to the same Genin team.
After a year of D and C rank missions, they were confronted to their first chuunin exams. Naraku was twelve and Kazou was thirteen and they were teamed up with another kid during the first trials. At the end of the exams, they finally obtained the rank they rightfully deserved. Well, Kazou deserved it more than the young Naraku but they prevailed nonetheless. Their role as Chuunin has mostly been guarding the village or going on boring C rank missions. They soon lost taste in being a shinobi since they hardly reached the average of two fights per year. They wanted action!
Luckily for them, near their mid 20's, they were about to get promoted to Jonin rank as a result to their training done during huge break times. Before getting promoted they were sent on a special B rank mission which consisted of getting rid of wanted bandits around the Takigakure outskirts. The job wasn't too difficult to manage as they took down the enemies by surprise. As a token of their appreciation, the elders of Takigakure allowed the two chuunin to stay in a luxurious inn for the night. Of course, Naraku got curious that one night and incited Kazou to join him in his adventure of curiosity. Visiting the sleeping village in the middle of the night, they tried to be as quiet as possible; they didn't want to scare anyone who weren't aware of their presence. Upon reaching an old shrine near the edge of the village, the two had deemed it necessary to explore it just for the heck of it. As they discovered the old structure, two scrolls were set on a small table in the middle of the shrine. They were Takigakure's greatest sins, the feared kinjutsu of the mother tree, the Life Siphon technique and the Earth Grudge Fear. The duo was obviously unaware of the trouble they were in if they even looked at the technique as they boldly stole the ancient weapons of the village.
When they returned to Kiri, everything appeared normal, they were rewarded for completing the mission and resumed their daily life. The promotion was only a few days from now and the urge of discovering what their loot was about just irked Naraku. As he opened one of the scrolls, he'd be assaulted by a wave of black threads that apparently dug into his flesh and filled his body with thousands of black threads. The pain was atrocious, atrocious enough to knock Naraku down for a long period of time. Kazou didn't take too long to realize that his brother was in trouble as he tried to figure out what happened. He saw one scroll, opened and used up, on the ground with the other one still closed next to it. The elder brother, worried about his brother, would check what the other scroll could do, maybe it was a remedy to what Naraku has been affected by. Well, instead of being assaulted by threads, he'd gain the ability to perform the technique inscribed into the scroll. Kazou, studying both scrolls carefully acknowledged the great power both brothers have achieved just by using these scrolls once. He felt unstoppable and Naraku would soon once he'd wake up.
The Jonin promotions were coming up and the brothers were excited to gain a rank worthy of their abilities. But as they reached the podium to receive their prize, they would be be arrested by Kiri and Taki ANBU's. They were locked up for an entire day before being informed of what happened. Stealing these Kinjutsu were a serious offense to both villages and the five nations. Nothing could reverse the kinjutsu once used and they represented a great danger to everybody. They had no other choice, the brothers had to be executed. The day of their execution was prepared so that every villager could see it, it was the show of the day. As the duo was escorted out of their cell, Naraku, inexperienced but fast, would finally make first use of his kinjutsu, impaling the guards escorting them with his threads, killing them instantly. This was their opportunity to escape. Kazou and Naraku, two dangerous Missing-nin were now wanted by all five great nations. This pushed them into taking a life of vice and violence.
For decades the two took on dangerous missions for high prices, always getting the job done without too much trouble. They were known as the freelance assassins near their 40's. Upon perfecting their Kinjutsu, both Naraku and Kazou managed to control all three basic elements thanks to grave robbing and constant training combined with decades of training. No one could kill them as they also acquired perfect team work, Naraku gained the ability to repair his most dangerous weapons and Kazou mastered multiple jutsu in each element. They are willing to take any mission involving money, whether it's good or evil, as long as they keep their presence a secret to the great nations.

Description: The Life Siphon Technique was found in a scroll that Kazou found in the ruins of Takigakure, along with Earth Grudge Fear. The Life Siphon Technique allows the user to incorporate organs into his body, which allows him the ability to use certain abilities that their target could, as well as increase his life span, depending on the healthiness of the organs. His lifespan is increased through this process because it allows him to replace organs that are close to losing their function due to age. It also absorbs the target's chakra which retains the memory of certain abilities and how to use them, as well as converting the chakra into youth/life force, which adds to the physicality of the user's body. This includes Kekkei Genkai and Kekkei Tota. It also has a unique ability to allow the user live and operate their body up to an hour without any of their vital organs aside from their brain, which is important during the process of sewing organs into them. The user stays alive for an hour as long as the brain is intact. With the use of this, Kazou has gained the ability to use all elements. Kazou can also perfectly copy elemental techniques from individuals.
Weakness: When using the Life Siphon Technique, Kazou has to manually sew the organs into his body, thus he cannot do so in the heat of battle. If put into combat within six hours of sewing organs into his body, Kazou would have extreme problems in moving his body, as it has yet to become accustomed to them. The same goes for the absorption of souls; upon absorbing life force, Kazou has extreme headaches, and his mind throbs to the point where he can barely see or hear; and he suffers this state for two hours after absorbing a soul. There is also the fact that he can only take in a single Kekkei Genkai/Tota, but they can be replaced by replacing the organ that was used for the Kekkei Genkai/Tota, though this does not include eye-based transplants that all can acquire. Like it's sibling kinjutsu, Earth Grudge Fear, the Life Siphon Technique also removes the abilities of it's user, should the corresponding organ be damaged.

Weakness: When in the use of this technique, the user is vulnerable and if the enemy knows how to manipulate the user of this, they can drain his chakra very quickly.

Miyana stands at 5'7, and is a woman of undefinable beauty. She has captivating, violet-indigo hair, large, cyan eyes, and an amazing figure. Her clothing is predicated on colorful and vibrant kimono's which cut off near her thighs, and transparent white stockings, which also cut off at her thighs. Her sash is of a bright fuchsia color, and dandelions are always present as hair accessories.
Personality: Miyano is a woman of grace and beauty. She is kind and caring, as well as intelligent. She is kind even to enemies and when she battles, it is always without the intent to kill. Miyano treats everyone as equals, and is well known around the village for her graceful dances. She is good-hearted, and mostly does things without expecting anything in return. Though, because of her good nature, she is easy to fool if one is persuasive enough.
History:
Not much is known about Miyano's past. She survived the civil war and massacre of the Kurushimi clan, but in order to conceal her identity, she hid herself away as an ANBU agent. Laying low and unnoticed, no one ever knew she was a Kurushimi, because she did not do much by reconnaissance. Given that, she practiced her butterfly techniques on her own time, while keeping in touch with the traditions of the Kurushimi and their friends; the sentient Moths and Butterflies of the world.
However, during one of her missions she was paired up with Sadao Kurushimi, who managed to find out that she was a Kurushimi. He kept it a secret for a while, but eventually, Miyano decided to reveal it. She left the ANBU shortly after getting engaged to Sadao when she was twenty-four years old. They've been married and she has supported Sadao in his endeavors ever since. Though despite retiring from ninja duties, she still practices to this day, in the case that her combat ability is ever needed for the village. She also became good friends with the brothers Ikuza and Nanatsu Senju while retired, and modeled her Butterfly Sage off the former.

Description: This is the ultimate form of Jutsu. It combines Ninjutsu, Kenjutsu and Genjutsu. The user starts with Kenjutsu by performing a simple strike on their opponent, which must inflict physical bodily damage upon them. This in turn casts a Genjutsu on them via said contact with the sword. The Genjutsu is then turned into reality via a very powerful Genjutsu that puts an immense strain on the user to maintain by giving form to the user’s will and giving life to the form they created. This is the Hiden Ninjutsu part of the technique. In this case, Death Butterflies are created inside the wound inflicted on the person. The Death Butterflies immediately begin decomposing the flesh in the area which quickly spreads to the surrounding body parts and will grow exponentially until the butterflies are removed. With this technique, the user is exhausted and will most likely be forced to revert to their normal form due to chakra exhaustion. Due to the nature of this technique, it can only be used a single time during a fight.

The Butterfly Sage was a form that Miyano Kurushimi modeled after Ikuza Senju's Frog Sage, with the help of Minikui and Utsukushi. This form was created rather than Miyano asking Ikuza to teach her is because she disliked the way the Frog Sage's transformation looked like. In the form of a Butterfly Sage, a giant butterfly sprouts and blossoms from their back, attached to them but not causing any damage or discomfort, and the butterfly constantly gathers the nature chakra needed, is immune to genjutsu and has the ability to disturb the user's chakra if they're caught in a genjutsu. Gigantic wings of any color, dependent on the user, grow outwards, each wing larger then the user's body, which can fly them around in the air and glide much like a bird. The user also grows antennae which allows them to pick up sound easily and helps sense the area around them.

History: Minikui and Utsukushi are husband and wife, as well as one of the oldest living beings in their community. They are very powerful and wise, but only the oldest of the old know much about their story. They both helped develop the Butterfly Sage mode with Miyano.

He refers to shinobi from Konoha as 'scum' or 'dirt', and his views on the people of Konoha has spread throughout Kirigakure. Tsusha is very close minded, often not portraying his true feelings. Though he can seem mean at times, his love and loyalty to Kiri and it's citizens runs through his whole body. He would quickly put his life on the line for them. In combat he is tactical and patient, not scared to play the defensive until his opponent makes a costly mistake. His name is known far and wide, and he is a very famous shinobi. Bijuu: Isobu - Sanbi

Description: Isobu, commonly known as the three-tails is a tailed-beast, owned by the Mist Village for a number of years. This beast was sealed into the previous Mizukage(5th Mizukage), Tsusha's relative who had spent his whole life in Kiri, unlike Tsusha. Just before he died, the 5th Mizukage wished for the beast to be sealed inside of Tsusha. Since he was a chunin, Tsusha has been the host of the three-tails and is very familiar with it at this stage of his life. Tsusha can tap into Isobu's chakra to use it for himself. The only thing he has not gotten, is transforming into Isobu himself and completely controlling the beast when in the full transformation state.
Name: Partial Transformation
Description: Mostly used as a defensive maneuver, Tsusha will tap into the power of Isobu, and his skin will resemble a hard grey shell with a few spiky protrusions. While in partial transformation, Tsusha's defense rises substantially, and he is able to take a large amount of punishment. He can tap into this ability for 3 posts, and it has a cool-down of 5 posts after. If he only uses it for 1 post, the cool-down is 3 posts, and for 2 the cool-down is 4 posts.
Name: Cloaked Form
Description: Tsusha taps into Isobu's chakra and creates a demon chakra cloak around himself. The max number of tails he can go up to is 3, and with each tail his power and speed rises greatly. The cloak carries a few spikes made of chakra. These spikes can be extended to a maximum of 5 feet at great speeds. Tsusha can use chakra limbs for extra attacks, and he can even increase the strength and fortitude of his Mokuton jutsu. In his one tail, two tail, or three tail forms, Tsusha is quicker, but not as quick as any other jinchuriki in this form. But what this cloak lacks in speed granted, it makes up for in protecting Tsusha. The cloak can hold it's own against B Ranked jutsu in the three tails form. Finally, in the three tails cloak, Tsusha can use a mini version of a bijuu bomb which will be listed in the jutsu section. He is currently working on mastering an enhanced more humane version.
Name: Full Cloaked Form
Description: Tsusha again taps into Isobu's chakra and takes a form where his person is not even shown under the chakra. The chakra is darker, and his mouth and eyes have transformed into a more sinister look. He has this version controlled, but he rarely even uses it because of the un-needed destruction he could cause. Tsusha gets relatively larger. He is usually on all fours, but if he stood upright he would be 9 feet even. There are spikes along his back, and along all three tails. Along his arms, and limbs, and around his head he will have a few bones, that can be used to add strength to attacks. In this form he cannot perform jutsu(only bijuu techniques listen below), nor can he lower the amount of tails past 3. When in this form, Tsusha can fire large bombs of water at the opponent, that carry tremendous amounts of force behind them, easily capable of shattering bones if an unguarded person were to take a direct hit. Description: A technique made by Tsusha himself. Tsusha has a seal inscribed on his back, and when activated the seal will glow, summoning a large tree behind Tsusha no matter where he is. The tree is approximately 20 stories, and the tree trunk is large. This tree is said to have lived since the beginning of time itself. Once the tree is summoned it's roots will travel below the earth, and find those in need of healing. Tsusha has created this technique in order to save villagers if they were ever attacked. Roots will erupt from the ground and wrap around injured, and wounded citizens, shielding them from further danger, and healing them in the process. Of course using this technique nearly drains Tsusha, but those saved can send their own chakra throughout the roots, and the chakra will be replenished to Tsusha, though he will be a sitting duck throughout that process. Because of this, almost everyone in Kirigakure is required to know how to channel chakra a bit unless they absolutely cannot. Additionally, if Tsusha dies, this tree will be automatically summoned, and it will engulf his body, then disappear in a cloud of smoke, so that nobody may know the secrets of the Mizukage or the many secrets of Kirigakure.

Description: Tsusha proceeds to punch the ground, and when he brings his hands back up to his side, they will be engulfed in a medium sized orb of earth. After aiming at his target, Tsusha will cause the earth to be shot forward at the target at great speeds, capable of ripping through defenses. The shards of earth will be small, and each orb of earth can release about 200, making this attack deadly to get caught up in.
Believe it or not a large around around Kirigakure, where there happen to be trees are trees made by Tsusha. They were put there to monitor those going through, under, around, or above the trees by Tsusha. Around that section of man made forest, is a barrier put up by the barrier specialists in Kirigakure. The barrier makes it impossible for opponents to enter through means of space-time ninjutsu, or any other technique which makes them transparent or intangible. If they get through the barrier through intangibility, once they reform, they will be instantly transported, and repelled outside of the barrier. This barrier is very well hidden, and even the eyes of the Sharingan or Rinnegan cannot detect this barrier. Only a few trusted shinobi know about the barrier which is around Kirigakure. Additionally, there are transportation seals set up on each tree in the man made forest so that Tsusha may travel quickly to confront intruders.
There is also ANOTHER barrier around the Mizukage's Manor, which simple repels anyone, or anything without consent of Tsusha to enter the vicinity of the Manor. The barrier can also defend against the most brutal of attacks, and is kept running by the barrier specialists hired in Kirigakure.
Edit: Mizukage far from done. Still have to finish jutsu, and history. And after I do that, I will remove a few jutsu if I feel it's too much. So don't judge it yet, as it is not the final product. I will work on a genin/chunin after finishing this bio.![]()

Personality: Kepi is quite the tomboy. Her attire is similar to something one of the opposite gender would wear. Her hair is also quite masculine, in appearance, which accompanied by her flat-chest, and boy-ish antics, many see her as a guy. That is until she removes her bandanna to reveal a more feminine facial structure. However, Kepi doesn't like being considered a girl. Girls have always been put lower than boys, in her opinion, and she hates to be looked down upon. This is the sole reasons she pretends to be a boy, though the face that she is naturally more courageous and masculine that other boys does help. She is quite stereotypical in her persona, therefore she has a somewhat short fuse, and boy-like apathy. She is interested in the more physical side of things, which her father has shown some disapproval for, as it contradicts what the Nara are known for. This does not not take away from the fact that she is very intelligent. She is rumored to have a genius-level IQ, but that has yet to actually be proven.
Kepi has a thin structure, and though quite bold, she seems to prefer long-range battles, hence her use of puppets and shadow jutsu, for she herself can only withstand so many blows. This is not to say she doesn't have quite a stubbornness about her, which is evident through her endurance, albeit she is still quite fragile.
History: Kepi was born in Konohagakure, into the well-known Nara clan. Her early years of infancy were spent as average days. It wasn't as if she could really do anything yet. It was evident at birth that she seemed to have Childhood gender nonconformity. Besides that, she was born and raised like any other Nara. One who valued the use of a brain in every aspect of their life. All was normal, until one certain day. Kepi does not know the cause that caused this day to happen, but nonetheless it did.
You see, when Kepi was only 5 years old, she was whisked from her home, by her parents. They seemed shocked, and trembling with trepidation. Something has happened. Over the course of a hard month-long journey, the small family moved to Sunagakure. That was in the old days, in the times when peace first began, so with open arms they were accepted. There she began her years as an Academy Student, and with flying colors she passed into a Genin. It was during this time that she became interested in the use of Puppets. It was her leader that was a puppet user. A strong Sunagakure shinobi who was graveful in the ways of her puppetry techniques. Kepi fell in love with that specific type of combat. With excitement, she told her parents who were glad with her choice. They were happy that she wanted to use a long-range focused fighting style. Even more so when she stated that she wanted to incorporate shadow techniques with puppetry. Overjoyed, the parents wanted her to succeed and do her best. With this desire for her to be strong, they went out and employed a puppet-maker to make her first puppet. One that reflected her shadow techniques. Sadly, the puppet-maker wasn't the most experienced in shadow techniques, as it is a Hiden jutsu, but he did his best. On Kepi's 11th birthday, they presented her with Umbra.
Those two have been together ever since. However, she has gotten Imad in recent years who is with her just as much as Umbra.

Name of Weapon or Item: Umbra
Description: Her main puppet, which she got from her father and mother as a birthday present one year. The Umbra puppet is a simple puppet that is relatively small, as it is only 3ft tall, 1.5ft wide, and 2ft. in length. It is a light puppet, weighing only about 60lbs. The puppet has seals on it's palm that allows it to shoot senbon from them. It is mentionable that the amount of senbon that the puppet has within it are incalculable. It's tongue, also, has a seal that can be used for certain Jutsu. The last thing about this puppet is that under it is a final seal that emits a constant wave of air, which causes the puppet to silently float. Sadly, since the bottom seal is always on, the puppet continuously expends chakra to keep afloat. Luckily, Kepi has grown accustomed to the cost, and through training has made the cost very minute, and unnoticeable.
The puppet can be used for Kepi's jutsu (either as an extension, or catalyst), because the puppet has been infused with so much of her chakra, over the years. This, also, allows Kepi to be able to skillfully control the puppet with only one, full hand.
When not in use, the puppet is stored on a scroll that is kept on Kepi's back.

Name of Weapon or Item: Imad
Description: This small, light, and young puppet is made of wood, and is Kepi's newest addition to her minute collection of puppets. This puppet is Kepi's first puppet to be made by herself, and as in the process of creating it, she has familiarized the puppet with her chakra, and has already grown used to the cost needed to control it. She only needs one hand for it, which as Umbra only needs one hands as well, effectively allows her to use both puppets simultaneously. Of course, this isn't best for long fights as the chakra consumption for both, at the same time, is much more noticeable than just using one.
Anyways, the puppet is only 1.5ft tall, approximately .75ft in length, and only .5ft in width (not including the wings with a wing-span of .75ft). Concerning the wings, they have many small holes on them, and a mechanized fan inside the stomach (where the wings connect) that blows air through a tight pipe that leads to the wings, which in turn produces quite a bit of compressed air. There is, also, two more fans at the bottom of it's feet that are compressed in a sort of bottleneck style, making strong bursts of air. These two things together allow for the light-weight and small puppet to, for the most part, fly. There are some other mechanisms in it, though. First off, inside it's mouth is a another tube that can be closed by the puppet closing it's mouth, so when chakra is concentrated into it, the mere pressure that the tube creates by keeping the chakra bottled inside, concentrates the chakra into a very dense and pressurized form. This can make the chakra quite deadly. There are also two retractable, Flat Tantō that resemble ones that Root Agents use. They come from the edge of the puppets hands, from slits on the dome that is formed.
The final, and most important thing to note, is that under it's red hat is a large seal that says "Shadow" in Kanji. This seal has been created by Kepi's own parents, in an effort to make it more Nara-friendly, and has been made quite powerful. Basically, it allows the puppet to be able to become a shadow itself (more in Jutsu).
When not in use, the puppet is kept in the same scroll that Umbra is held in. The scroll is hung on Kepi's back.

Name of Weapon or Item: Basic Shuriken (20x)
Description: Shuriken, like kunai, are one of the more basic weapons seen in Naruto series. They are sharpened, four-pronged metal stars, useful for throwing. Although small, they can be used to distract, pin down enemy shinobi, or if accurate enough, can be deadly. They have an open circle in the centre, used for grabbing with a finger, to avoid cutting oneself, or to put thread through. The circle is also beneficial to the weapons overall aerodynamics, ensuring more accurate trajectories.
The Kunai are strapped to Kepi's chest, making a sort of sash.

Description: Flash bombs are used for diversions, creating a blinding light when they detonate. It may look like small spheres wrapped in paper with the character 'light' or, more conventionally, as canisters. In the anime, it was shown that flash bombs can also be used in paper form similar to explosive tags. Flash bombs are popular tools of the Nara clan, as they can use them to temporarily increase the size and range of their shadows.

The speed the senbon are thrown at is about 20mph, but they can only travel the distance of up to 50ft. This technique can be amplified by Kepi's Wind Release: Gale Palm.
Weakness: Not lethal, by itself. Small duration for jutsu (only about 5 seconds per blast).

Description: For this jutsu, Kepi must use Umbra. Then, with chakra threads, she must unzip Umbra's mouth. Following this, by pouring chakra into her puppet, through Chakra Threads, Umbra can emit an invisible, high-frequency soundwave that, silently, moves wherever it is facing. The sound comes from the seal being activated by chakra. Anyways, this wave, unhearable to humans, irritates the inner ear's nerves causing disorientation, and dizziness, which, in turn, makes balance difficult and causes worsened eyesight.
Weakness: Easily dodgeable, if the jutsu is known. The wave only travels 10 ft., in one direction. A bit lengthy of a preparation time. Not deadly, by itself.

Description: This jutsu is used with Imad. It begins by focusing chakra into the puppet, which automatically goes to the holder in the mouth. This is similar to the Rasengan, but is nowhere near the power. However, this jutsu can be used in somewhat rapid succession (about 1 orb every 2 seconds). The orbs, being made of Wind chakra, are quite fast (going about 40mph), but can only venture 100ft. They cause no explosion on impact, but do result in severe and numerous, but short cuts to what they hit. These slashes can somewhat break/crack stone.
Weakness: Easy to dodge, mostly. Unable to cause death, unless used in enough quantity. Not cost effective, concerning Chakra.

In this form, Imad cannot be harmed, however Imad can't do anything else in this form besides grab shadows. It can't be used to possess a shadow, or anything -- Only simple manipulation of shadows by physical movement. It takes about 3 seconds to go into this form, and come out of it.
Weakness: Not lethal. Takes a continuous flow of chakra, and quite a bit of chakra initially. A bit slow to activate and end.

Description: Manipulating her, or her puppet shadows, to touch a projectile's shadow, she can stop the projectile and remove any and all of it's momentum, force, and power. Once stopped the projectile will either drop, or disappear, depending on whether it is made of chakra or not. Right now, she can only stop 7 projectiles a day. However, she cannot stop things larger than a small boulder (about 1/4 of an average, 6ft human).
Weakness: Not lethal. Takes A LOT of Kepi's chakra. Is limited in what it can stop. Only usable 7 times, before being unable to use it.
