Personality: Sean is a friendly person that is hard to dislike and will portray a friendly image in front of the coldest person however he treats woman with a large amount of respect, going as far as to not start a fight with a female even if he knows she is the enemy.He dislikes woman being mistreated and this is one of the few things that makes him lose his eternally cool head. In battle he is serious but has a intense dislike for killing, so his collection of jutsus are manly to disable/immobilize the enemy.
History:Sean Grew up in the Kabal clan, a clan famous for its ability to manipulate water with astounding skill, he was born in an ordinary hospital in an ordinary way, in fact there was nothing out of the ordinary for the whole of his life until he was sent to the ninja academy to learn the ways of a Shinobi, this was went things began to get out of the ordinary. Sean possessed a great understanding of the workings behind water Jutsu's and took a grasp to them better than most of the people in his clan, his skill with water manipulation was something he was regularly praised for at school and at home. Other children wanted to know how he was so skilled in the art and his parents wanted to make him better so they encouraged him to train harder and become a water ninja that was worthy of their famous clan. He was, like most of the people in his clan, Physically weak in comparison to most people but he made up for this with his grasp of Jutsus and he even practised swordsmanship in his spare time to give him a hand with the physical side of life, the sword forms helped him with his flexibility and the sparring helped with his endurance and strength. While stronger than most people in his clan Sean was still physically weak but he never lost the grasp for water Jutsu's, his skill simply rose as time went on.
Sean's family was approached by the Mizukage and offered a much greater source of power for their extremely skilled son, the quickly accepted and proposed it to Sean, who accepted as well. He was taken to meet the Mizukage and was very excited as not many people get to meet the leader of the village, from then his parents where asked to leave him as the Mizukage and Sean spoke, after his parents left Sean was quickly knocked unconscious and taken into the basement area of the Mizukage's area of residence where a group of Ninjas had been keeping the Chakra of the Sanbi and trying to find a host they could insert it into, the Mizukage hoped he had found that in Sean. They made a ritual that lasted many hours and at the end of it the Sanbis Chakra had been successfully fused with Sean, leaving him with a fake tailed beast inside of him and, theoretically, the ability to take a lesser form of the Sanbi. An unforeseen side effect of this caused Sean to lose his memory of this time and fill it in with fake memories, in these fake memories the Mizukage told Sean some ways in which he could more quickly grasp water Jutsu, this was what he told his parents and anyone else who asked.
Back at the academy Sean's Chakra and grasp of Water Jutsus grew at a extremely rapid rate and by the age of ten he had graduated from the academy and was ready to take his Chunnin exams, he still did not remember anything about the Sanbis Chakra being fused to his own and so it was relatively useless since it was not being consiously acknowledged and it only gave a small increase to Sean's Chakra, the rest of it laying dormant inside his body. . A few months after leaving the academy he managed to successfully use his clans bloodline limit for the first time, allowing him to summon a human sized dragon called Tyron. While Tyron was helpful in the field it was very tiring to keep him out for a sustained amount of time and so Sean rarely summoned him and instead relied on his own water Jutsus to get him though the days of being a genin Shinobi.

That or the gm's are going to completely destory the sound leave me homeless and force me to seek homicidal revenge upon the faction who did it. If it's the evil guys then my guy is going to live like a outcast in a cabin somewhere in that village that is the enemy of the ones who killed them.

I would prefer that not be the case kinda leaves me with only one path that does not require me killing off galan.

Also if it's going to be an issue have the otokagure be a sub faction in another nation's possession. A territory of sorts keeps my guy's bio intact and makes everyone happy.
