Hey Corp could I request a power change for Viktor? Since we're still early in the RP and his powers haven't been shown yet. I was thinking of something akin to a kinetic/psychic energy which could branch off into basic psychic blasts, that's power ranges from how powerful the charge, charging up physical objects to make them super fast, possible telekinesis (considering the person who wanted it basically left) and possible sustained flight unless that's overpowered. He'd get them basically the same way.

That's fine, do what you will. And I know the word 'character driven' is thrown around a lot, and I hate using it, but that's mostly what this RP is. So the baddest villain you may throw down against might be in Jill's gang or Frostbite. Unless one is made, which probably won't happen, although I'm not averse to players making random NPC mutants as long as they don't go over the power limit.

Frostbite killed left and right in the last RP, and we had another guy with the power to create diamonds and use them offensively slay quite a few as well.

I know which kind of ammo I will give Leo ^^.

He will have access to an array of ammo which are all non-lethal, he'll have a bit of a batman arsenal eventually (though not even close to that level.)
I'll supply him with ammo and other gadgets eventually through a contact as the role play progresses. He'll be using Tranqualizer guns, though with a bit of a comic touch to them.

What is the punishment for superpowered vigianteism? The character which referenced my post could free Will by signing him up to one of these factions.

Alternatively, in a situation that is equally fine, Will decides to break out, and slowly becomes a Magneto-esque character.

@Jill: Just a small update about charging things with kinetic energy: just don't do it to characters. I don't want to see any insta-kills.

So apparantly Jill: if Corp accepts Vik's power change he'll have the powers of two of the gang combined. Thus if there was a fight it should be pretty interesting

Ability: Complete control over ice to the extent that he can literally alter the temperature in the atmosphere. However he can only make it colder. Not hotter.

Hair Style: pretty much like Wesker's from the RE series.

Skin Tone: very pale, similar to his brother's
Body type: tall, and powerful. With more visible muscle than his brother.

Battle: (same as casual)
Casual: Like the rest of his group Frostbite wears a plain black suit, with tie. Under this is a white dress shirt, dark sunglasses, black gloves, and black dress shoes.

Other Noticeable Features: Other noticeable features that characters who past remember him is that he seemed to have grown taller by an inch or two, his skin is more sickly pale. And his hair has seemed to lighten just a little bit.

Bio: After first mutating many years ago due to almost freezing to death, Cedric Kane - now referring to himself as Frostbite had been gifted (and cursed) with the ability to control ice, and all it's properties. However with this power he himself grew cold, and distant; suffering grief from the death of his daughter. After setting out he immediatly became enemies with Hope Thomas which led for a constant search for her, in which he was committed to ending her life. However obstacles stood in his way, and after a large fiasco in a hospital hallway in which he permanantly crippled her wrist he fled the country for years, seemingly disappearing off the face of the earth. During his time gone he assembled a team of two highly trained, enhanced individuals to help serve him. And he soon came back to the states to find Hope once more.

Additional Notes: Though Frostbite is a cold, heartless man he has a soft spot for his brother.
