Bringing his phone out of his pocket, Neil watched the couple walk away. He went into his contacts, found the number to the ECS Chicago HQ, and called. A rough, deep voice answered.
    "Neil?"
"Hi, my car is dead up near 5th avenue, second turn on the right. Can you send someone to help me out?" He spoke loudly, but calm. He knew that the others could hear his side of the call, so he had to make sure he did this right.
"What the hell?" The man clearly was confused, but Neil hoped he would catch on, and soon.
"Terrific, thank you! Yeah, yeah, my name is Riley, Riley Grant. Look for the red Mustang, 1950's, in the parking lot."
He heard a sigh on the other end. "Neil, what the hell have you gotten yourself into?"
Neil smiled. The man on the other end's name was Rick, and he was a close friend of his fathers. In his early fifties, Rick was loyal and strong, if a little short tempered. But Neil knew he could trust him. And if things got complicated, three guns would be better than two.
"Alright, see you then." Neil hung up, and waved goodbye to the couple, as he went to go wait by Billy and the Mustang
Once I rose above the noise and confusion
Just to get a glimpse beyond this illusion
I was soaring ever higher, but I flew too high
Though my eyes could see I still was a blind man
Though my mind could think I still was a mad man
I hear the voices when I'm dreaming,
    I can hear them say...

"Well," Billy muttered, a smile on his face in case they were watching, "They're definitely not friendly." He switched back to his normal speaking voice, and carried on the conversation in character, "Got a car guy on the way? Wouldn't need him if you had been more careful. Just hope he's good. Not all of 'em can deal with older cars."
He hoped the young mob boss could answer his hidden questions in a subtle way.

As Lidia and Stefan slowly walked away neither of the two men said anything to Lidia or Stefan. As they got further away Lidia picked up her pace slightly, when she passed by the ally she waved at Natalia and Chris, signaling with her hand to fall back, then she pointed slightly at the building, indicating she wanted them to meet her inside. They would have to go around the back side so as not to be seen by the two men. She leaned over and breathed in Stefan's ear, dropping her American accent. "Those two are ECS I just know they are. They wouldn't be going to a party in that part of town if they weren't. They don't seem to know that We are PM, so maybe they are new or they are too low on the food chain to know who we are. But it doesn't matter. We'll take turns watching them until they leave. Me, you, and Chris. Natalia needs to leave for her own mission." She kissed his cheek just for appearances, then pulled herself closer to Stefan, giving off the clingy girlfriend appearance. Then she whispered, "When we reach the building you'll have to inform the other two while I head up to the second story and start the watch. After you tell them what the plan is, get me a decaf coffee." She flashed him a quick smile then set her eyes on the door to the building again.

"He seems capable!" Neil responded, returning the smile. "Tow company seems trustworthy. Hope they know Mustangs better than I do,"
Neil wanted to inform Billy exactly what their reinforcements would be, but that was all he risked with the others still fairly close. Neil dropped his voice slightly, but he knew they could probably still hear him. Which was exactly what he wanted.
"Good thing we didn't make it to that party. That girl said an Irish mob runs the place," the mob boss laughed. "They we probably throwing the party!"

Profession aside, Neil was a kind, generous man. However, rooted deep within him from his detached childhood, was the uncanny ability to deceive. Forged doctor's notes when he wanted to work instead of learn; manipulating his schoolmates to turn on the local bully in elementary school; he almost never got a speeding ticket, although that may have been due to the fact that his father, at the time, pretty much owned the city. The city that was now his. But these were other professionals he was dealing with. If they did not suspect he was involved with the ECS, he then had the upper hand. But if they did...

Neil disregarded the thought. First rule during a job: don't let your mind psych you out. The tow truck was perhaps halfway to their location. But Neil didn't care about the tow - the car worked fine. He knew an extra gun was almost there to have their backs.

"They're walking away" He said, almost saying as a question of his own. "Guess these guys are okay? We should head round the block, and come back via the opposite side" He said and gestured his head to alley behind them, which would lead them back into the parking lott. "Give Lidia a quick ring, or text. If they're not friendly, perhaps we can make a hit on our return walk. Then problem solved, and I can finally get my pizza fix, and we can finish that poker game" He said smiling, his free hand laid resting on his Desert eagle, which sat in its holster.

Stefan took in all the information that she gave to him, nodding with each point. This had to go well, for their lives if nothing else. His eyebrow raised slightly when she mentioned that they were ECS. "They seemed like gang members, but I did not think they were the Irish," He admitted, shaking his head, "They act pretty well. The Irish generally can't hold an American accent." He smiled softly. "How you can is a mystery to me."

He nodded his head once more as they walked around to the back of the building. "Inform Chris and Natalia, got it," Stefan said, "Shall I tell Natalia to leave for her mission?" A small frown etched into his forehead. "....That means leaving me alone with Chris. The man is...How you say...childish." He did not mean that, but hyper. Letting a sigh escape his lips, the male's eyes trailed to Lidia. "Decaf coffee...Sure," He responded, kicking up some dirt with his left foot. He despised being treated like a servant.
I'm so happy because today I found my friends, they're in my head.

Alaika didn't mind waiting, especially in airports. It helped calm her down and allowed her to sort her thoughts out. The closest cup of mocha also helped. Being mute meant that she didn't have to be afraid about having a few secrets slipping out of her mouth, but that also meant keeping so much inside her head that she began to confuse one for another. Looking back at her smartphone, the raven-haired girl knew it wouldn't be long before her flight out to Chicago was ready.

Her investigation revealed that the gang she was tasked to observe had been working on expanding their influence overseas instead of entrenching their power in Boston. While it was the result of what she observed, she knew things could change in a minute. With that in mind, she wanted to give her report to ECS' upper echelon as soon as possible, preferably to Neil.

A broadcasted message broke the train of her thoughts as she was finally permitted to board the plane for departure. Making sure that she had everything with her, she made her way into the plane with her reports tucked safely inside her suitcase under the stacks of clothes.

When they reached the door to the bulding Lidia pulled it open and stepped in first. As soon as she was over the threshhold she dropped Stefan's arm and started wlaking almost running to her office in hte second story. As she was reaching the top of the stairs she rememerbed Stfan and jogged back down the stairs. "Don't forget the Decaf, thanks you're a doll." She smiled, gave him a quick peck on the cheek, then flew back up the stairs, yelling over her shoulder, "Don't come in my office without knocking first!"
When she reached her office she adjusted the blines so that they looked closed, but she could easily see out of them. She made sure there was no light on and sat down in her leather chair. She turned on her computer and watched out the window as she waited for it to boot up. When the Windows signal finally disappeared to a blue screen requesting her pass word she typed in her fathers name and the screen changed from a sky blue to black with a single red rose in the middle. Then she clisked on the E that brought up the internet, she logged on to her yahoo account and typed in a certain email address.
    Dear Firend,
Update: Natalia has her mission. Possible ECS Activity at building. Will report more after the possible threat is gone.

Lidia hit the send button and rushed over to the window again, watching the two shadows at the car.

Billy gave Neil a "that's fucking idiotic" look, "A mob party? Dumbest thing I've heard. But I guess these people know this neighborhood better than we do," he added the last bit with a meaningful look at Neil. This was their city once, even in Billy's memory. But things were changing fast. He hoped like hell that Neil was capable of keeping the Champions safe.
"I'm sick of waiting in this parking lot." He was also sick of not being able to say exactly what he meant.

Natalia rolled her eyes at Chris. "Is pizza and poker all you can think about? Wait, don't answer that." She saw Lidia and Stefan reach the door they were heading towards and then go in. "I think we should just follow them. Lidia seemed to be in a big hurry. And I don't think you want to be on her bad side." She pushed down the urge to laugh and starting heading towards the same door that Lidia and Stefan went it, dragging Chris with her. Now he knows how it feels, she thought. "Oh, and I am going to have to take a rain check on the pizza and poker. I have a mission to go on. Boss's orders apparently. The main reason I enjoy going is because it drives Lidia crazy. I get more attention from her boyfriend then she does." She laughed and then grinned, happily. When they almost reached the door she pulled her arm to her side and stood in front of Chris. "I will see what I can do about taking you out for Chinese," grinning she stood up on her tippy toes and kissed his cheek. Then she turned around and went inside the door, quickly seeing Stefan. "Lidia's personal dog, again?" She asked, walking over with a slight bounce in her step.
