Personality: Syu-lerne is a calculative individual with a blossoming genius. He shows very little care for normal matters and puts his utmost focus into his passion, puppetry. Syu-lerne absolutely loves to build his puppets and improve on Juuhan whenever he thinks of something new. Unlike his sensei, Zume, he is not mentally infallible and does have emotional weaknesses. Syu-lerne has never received the love and caring of a parent or...really from any other individual. This can take many forms, anger, sadness, jealousy, etc etc you get the point. Thus genjutsu of this nature tend to hold sway.

Syu-lernes more...personal interests in the form of romanticism are unknown as he is a bit of an introvert, though not overly so, and tends to be a bit shy to...well anyone he doesn't know. Entirely because of this he has very few friends and even fewer people who really KNOW or UNDERSTAND him. This makes him often feel lonely which could be the reason he makes puppets...it could also be the reason for what could happen in the future 0_0.

History: Syu-lerne was adopted by Zume as a young child at around the same time that his other to-be disciple was found. It is not known where he was born or came from and there is no real evidence of his clan...yet. He went through the ninja academy fairly fast, with some interaction with Zume's to-be disciple that he was not yet aware of. Since he was a bit quiet and shy he's never really blossomed on the social level and his use of puppetry didn't exactly help much. He graduated a year or 2 ago and Zume has had him under his wing since, things are...interesting.

Name of Weapon or Item: Juuhan(Complicity).

Description: Within Juuhan's body are several spools of iron thread, they are light, chakra conducting, and incredibly sharp threads. These threads can be shot out and controlled, weaved etc, of the hole's in Juuhan's body. Juuhan's neck and tail are capable of extending due to cords within the puppet that help hold it together. The puppet is utilized through the individual channeling their chakra through out the cords and other conductive materiel within. Juuhan is better utilized when the individual is clamped within as seen with Syu-lerne in the picture. There is a nozzle in Juuhan's mouth but it does not yet have anything to spew. It should be noted that the cords and the hollow ovular spheres they are connected to are incredibly chakra conductive and that the spheres are made to store chakra, though not a copious amount.

Appearance: Juuhan is 7 feet tall when standing with its neck arched, its tail is roughly 6 feet unextended. At the shoulder, standing like a dinosaur, Juuhan is around 5 feet in height. From head to tail (extended straight out) it is 17 feet in length. The puppet is made from a mixture of reenforced wood and metals. Its neck can extend an additional 4 feet and its tail can extend to its full length of 41 feet.

Name of Kekkei Genkai: Igen Boutoku(Will Desecration).
Clan: Technically not bound by clan.
Description: This Kekkei genkai is strange but very simple. It allows the user to rob another individual of their free will. It also allows the user to then manipulate their memories and the like to a certain extent which is entirely based on their level of skill. The balancing factor of this is the fact that an individual needs constant direct or indirect physical contact for this to work and it is not something that can so easily be used in battle. It is something used after battle or somehow to end a battle. Regardless it is currently inactive in Syu-lerne.

Description: Tsuuro enshin allows the individual in question to extend their chakra pathways outside of their body and into their aura or another object. The range at which this can be done is unknown but the level of the technique is incredibly variable due to the nature of it being strengthened with mastery. At its lowest ranks(E-C) it can only effect specialized non-living entities. At its mid level ranks(B-A) it is capable of entering things like animals and taking varied levels of control depending on the size of the animal and the users skill/precision. The final rank(S) allows control of the human body against its will. This technique is used to control Juuhan.

Weakness: Control of the thing commands physical contact and the higher the rank the more straining it is on the user. If used at S rank on something like an animal it is possible to disconnect and still control it, the same applies with humans except for some form of indirect contact -or something akin to it- must remain established. Mentally taxing in addition to its normal chakra costs. This technique requires prolonged contact to work at all, the only exceptions would be Juuhan (currently) and later on any puppets made specifically for this techniques use.

Description: Created through the use of Fuuinjutsu, Syu-lerne made this technique which allows him to place a seal on an individual, animal, or object. Once this seal is on said thing he is caable of using Tsuuro enshin at S rank and controlling the individual as well as pooling his chakra with theirs allowing him to draw it from them as he wills it. Much like Soen: Hitomi Goku he can then use the individuals jutsu.

Weakness: Needs contact to be applied. Is useless unless Tsuuro enshin is used. It cannot pool chakra unless he has used Tsuuro enshin. He can only use this once per battle and it can be removed by normal means (like a normal seal). This is entirely reliant on Tsuuro enshin and Igen Boutoku(Will Desecration) for it to be successful and as such cannot be learned till much later. Not useable in combat as it is too difficult to be drawn on the run and is not something so easily applies. He can only use this on specified puppets and later on living things when, and only when, he has defeated them and has time to draw the seal on them perfectly as well as imbue it with the chakra needed, etc etc.

Description: Using his hands he forms several hand seals and summons a rod of metal with a tiny milimeter wide hollow within and tiny essentially invisible holes in it. He has only managed these due to extensive practice. They are rather low chakra cost to summon but he has been known to be limited to summoning 10 of them.

Weakness: They have very little defensive use but can be used against lightning techniques or as amplifiers. He can currently only summon up to 6.

This technique allows him to shift the polarity of crystal fragments at its lowest ranks and at A-S he can move entire crystals. The bolt ranges from useless against people up to the ability (at S rank) to turn them into a carbonized corpse.

Weakness: At high levels this jutsu is incredibly chakra taxing.

Name of Technique: Hame: Kakari Chuubu(Bind: Linking Paralysis).
Type of Jutsu: Fuuinjutsu.
Rank: E-S. [Currently E-D]
Range: Within the specified area or contact.

Description: This is a unique fuuinjutsu for it can be changed in terms of its effectiveness. The better the skill of the user in fuuinjutsu and generally this technique the more chakra can be applied to the use and the more effective it becomes. Simply, this seals effect allows the individual to either set up an area -in Syu-lerne's case with Gakuchou- or make contact. Upon making contact the individual can bind whatever part of the body he touches. If it is within an area of effect the user can pick what part to bind at will and can switch it, however the same limb/part of them will also be bound. The higher the rank the larger amount that can be bound at once. S rank binds the entire body but is intensely taxing. Each rank below can bind one less part. E rank is incredibly weak and causes only a temporary faltering within the designated body part. This does not effect innards at all and has little to no effect on chakra.

Weakness: The lower the rank the easier it can be broken.

I don't see how it's meta gaming. It's offering help to lord Hachi AFTER he's done his fight Lyfe. Someone has to clean up this mess Xing is giving orders to help their allied nation if they choose to accept the help. They are NPCs it's not like their super standards they may be ANBU but that does not mean their not grunts.

I'll just change the labels of it.

Pathway extension does have mentioned limits and it is not something that can be executed instantaneously, did you assume that? That'd be stupid as all hell, it takes prolonged contact and don't even try and say getting contact in battle is easy, its not. Keeping that contact, even harder.

Remote control is not even useful/learned until Pathway extension can be used at S rank. Also, Remote control does not work that way, people have chakra limits, if someone just up an absorbed all that chakra it could kill them or damage their innards. As mentioned this is entirely reliant on Pathway extension. I'll go so far as making it ONLY for humans/animals. Plus keep in mind remote control will be limited in a sense that it needs pathway extension at S rank AS WELL AS Igen Boutoku(Will Desecration) to even be successful.
