You should take into note that he has less techniques than you even seem to take into consideration? Most of those techniques are unlearned. He is inexperienced as well so its not like all his techniques will be successful constantly in battle lol. Also, no it cannot. Remote control needs his Kg and the other technique Tsuuro enchin to work at all

If you take that into mind and the fact that Tsuuro enchin and his special ability(KG) whcih isn't even learned(the KG isn't learned and neither is remote control) you'll find its balanced and NOT instantaneous like I just said.

Prolonged contact. Remote control is not a battle skill. Its something he'd use after he defeated someone.


EDIT: added this to the weaknesses of said technique: He can only use this on specified puppets and later on living things when, and only when, he has defeated them and has time to draw the seal on them perfectly as well as imbue it with the chakra needed, etc etc.
