yeah but if they require a careful amount of chakra it will affect them as it will unbalance them. It makes sense!!

Thats why a collosal tidal wave style attack wouldn't be affected but an equally large dragon would quickly dissipate into a mass of water

is it that unreasonable to have a jutsu defence that requires tactics not just OVERPOWER IT RAWR
