Kanagata, Tesshu V.S. Kirushi Yukina

Kanagata, Tesshu: Chinjunokamiban
Kumogakure

He'd had a thought, how did he match up to the raikage, Yukina. He had turned down even the suggestion of becoming raikage but...he knew he certainly was not weak. He was the strongest of his clan, though the clan head would never admit it openly, and his clan was the at the top of the clan leader board per-say. A frown crossed his face a moment and then an idea came to him and he smiled.

Heading immediately to the raikage's office he began smelling the wafting smoke of her pass time. He shook his head with a laugh and covered his nose and mouth so as not to inhale...or at least inhale less. "Yukina!" he said loudly knocking on the door to make sure she heard him. He had had an idea, he wanted to see how he sized up...even in a friendly sparring match against the kage and he sure intended to find out.

Resting lazily and casually leafing through a certain book of hers, the Raikage grinned to herself and shifted her position slightly before she continued reading, just for someone to knock on her door. Having heard the call of her name along with the knocking, she knew just who it was because of his voice so she slowly rose to her feet and silently sauntered over to the door, opening it only slightly to reduce the amount of smoke that escaped her office.

"Hmm? Something I can do for you, Tesshu?~" Her voice warm as she held that grin and waited for an answer, looking him up and down in case he had a message for her or something. "Did you just want to give me a hand with certain things, or did you want something else?" Teasing now, Yukina laughed to herself lightly and smiled.

Kumogakure

Chuckling at her words he smiled lightly and nodded his head at the last bit of her sentence. "That'd be something else Yukina~" he said almost seeming to mock her voice playfully. "I wanted to test something on the field" since they knew each other rather well she'd know that when he said the field...he meant the battlefield and in her case the training grounds or sparring arena. "You up for it?" he said with a slight smirk."

Heading tilting to the side as she thought, Yukina seemed to grin for a moment as Tesshu mimicked her voice before getting down to business and asking her a question. "Oh, you want to have a playful tussle with little me? I'm honoured you'd even consider it. You're such a passive man, I've never seen you fight once!" She remarked before smiling again.

"Just allow me to be somewhat dressed and we can go, you know how I am." The woman giggled quietly shutting the door after slipping back in. Once she'd open the door again, she'd be ready to fight. Lead on, Tesshu~" Saying that, she would let him lead her to a training room or ring or wherever he planned to have this sparring match.

Kumogakure

Tesshu laughed at her playfulness, he always enjoyed it, it was refreshing after hours of study in a quiet library. He led her as she emerged from the room and they exited her abode to get outside for a brief climb to a large area on the other side of the mountain peak that Kumogakure was perched upon. He waited a few minutes so they could be at their best and then he walked across the field and turned to her.

The field was about 60 yards(180 feet) long making it a rather even field and its width was around 40 yards(120 feet) across. He took in a breath and took a relaxed but ready stance and looked at her from across the field. "Well, ladies 1st then?"
he smiled flourishing his left hand which was facing her as he stood sideways to give his body less surface area to hit.

Simply following, sword carried casually as usual by the sheath held in her hand, upon reaching the area where Tesshu wished to have a match, she smiled and stopped, allowing him to take his position. "So you wish for me to make the first move? My, that is polite of you~" Yukina smiled, preparing a few handseals before dashing forwards, creating a sizable amount of water from her mouth to form it into a trio of water clones, all three of them surrounding her before they started mixing up and moving about, like a set of cups with a ball in only one of them, it would be a bother to try and figure out which was the real Yukina.

Closing the gap swiftly, Yukina and her clones would grin as one would break off and start moving round to lunge at him once she got close enough, another of Yukina's clones doing exactly the same thing but on the opposite side whilst the two in the middle would continue on, one of them jumping into the air and delivering an axe kick aimed for his head while the other would attempt to trap Tesshu within a water prison.

The real Yukina was the second one to have split off from the group of four, making her the one attacking from Tesshu's left with a heavy strike from her still sheathed sword. If he blocked either the first clone or the clone dropping a kick on his head, they would break up and turn into water, harmlessly splashing on the ground.

Kumogakure

Tesshu's eyes sparkled with the intelligence that he was rather well known. The moment that Yukina passed the half way point on the field he formed the kai symbol with both hands. She would feel the slightest of shifts as if the wind blew a different way but only slight. "Chidori Nagashi(Chidori Current)" he whispered and lightning pulsed from his body and formed flowing currents that moved out quickly and eventually covered a radius of 10 yards(30 feet). Tesshu was not one to so easily allow his opponent to near him physically unless he wanted such. He however knew her better than one to give up so he spoke once more "Chidori(One thousand birds)." Forming a sphere of lightning in front of him with no hands at all he executed the seals with lightning speed.

Then it split into parts and shot out in 4 bolts of lightning, 1 at each of the Yukina's. He was not so simple in function and she had not yet seen him fight, this would surely be interesting.

Upon being countered by a shock from Tesshu's chidori current, all four of the Yukina's were paralysed for a second, causing them to all stumble in their own way before they carried on moving. Watching him create a chidori and part it off into four before firing them at her and her clones, the two middle clones attempted to dodge but ended up crashing into one another, thinking the other was going to dodge a different way, leading to them getting hit and turning into harmless puddles of water now.

The far clone was starting to wane, but it dodged expertly either way by rolling underneath the shot and continuing on her way as Yukina clutched the handle of her sword and drew it quickly, letting loose a powerful bolt of lightning chakra that would cut through the Chidori and strike Tesshu if he didn't avoid it, causing a considerable shock and more likely than not injuring him. Meanwhile she and her clone would continue to close the gap as she sheathed her blade and leapt for him, aiming to smack him in the side of the head with her sheath whilst her clone attempted to tackle his legs out from underneath him.

"Denpo Sekka" as the stun was successful he wasted no time and tapped the ground with his hand allowing lightning to enter it and channel outwards in an expanding half circle. He however wasn't done and as he knelt in a quick motion he pressed one of his palms on the ground while he formed hand seals with another "Tokken gaitou(Rush Cloak)." Opening the chakra points on the back of his body and around his arms he released lightning chakra that flowed off of his body and upwards into the air. It trailed upwards around 2 yards(6 feet) about the length of a man.

Back when the clone dodged the chidori fragment it did not simply subside, such was not the nature of his attacks. Instead as the clone began the movement of dodging he sensed as it changed from stationary to moving. A smile crossed his face as a small will caused the fragment to suddenly do a 90 degree turn and blast in the direction that the clone had shifted to.

Even as this occurred the dispersed water clones, now puddles on the ground, crackled with electricity that simply seemed to quickly grow while using its heat to evaporate the water into moisture.

Returning to the present a sudden foreign lightning came into existence within his field and he was forced to lift his body and hands from the ground to face the bolt as it came forth. He punched opening his fist into palm and released a moderately charged bolt that collided with the oncoming attack. "Gutai goushoku(Material desecration)" in the short distance it had traveled he magnetism had been pulled towards the bolt and as the two attacks collided he forced this gathered push to shift polarity and send the attack right back, and doubled with his own, towards Yukina.

Yukina's clones were out now, as the one rolling wasn't able to see the lightning that struck down on her, leading to her being fried whilst the original Yukina was still in the fight, granted there was a shot of lightning heading right her way. Quickly forming a seal for the technique, Yukina fired three Water Release bullets straight into the bolt, basically taking advantage of lightning's natural attribute of having water as such a good conductor, if the whole bolt was going to be caught by the first bullet, the second and third bullets would hurtle towards Tesshu whilst Yukina basically followed their path, preparing to let loose a cloud of Boil Release mist, aimed right at him.
