Jack and David vs The strange antagonists

Jack saw the Staravia, and yelled out as fast as he could' "Zap, dodge it and use thundershock!" Zap rolled a little to the right in an attempt to dodge the drill peck. Trying to hit the Staravia before it could recover, Zap immediately used thundershock hoping to hit it.

OOC: you can't dictate the dodge, only what you try to do. I would think a bit would hit but not all of it, as Staravia is faster, though thunder shock will hit.

Staravia is a faster pokemon than Pichu, so despite Pichu jumping to the side, the Drill Peck still hit, albiet, only slightly, but Pichu's low defence stat and Staravia's high attack meant than Pichu was lowed to 3/4 health. As the Staravia began to climb back up to higher altitude, so as to attack again, it was vulnerable, climbing straight up, so the thunder shock hit it, the super effective STAB bonus attack lowering the Staravia down to 1/3 health, causing it to wheel round, flying straight at the Pichu, using Brave Bird.

The trainer recalled Croconaw, and sent out Wingul.
"Wingul, use Rain Dance, then Aqua Jet on the Pichu!"

David saw two pokemon focussing on the Pichu, so felt he had to help. He recalled his Riolu, as it was on its final bit of health, and sent out Elekid. The yellow and black pokemon stood there, eager to fight, already holding up its fists.

“Use swift at that Wingul!” David instructed Elekid, “And then electrify it with shockwave.”

The glowing shards shot towards the Wingul, covered in arcing electricity. However, the Wingul was using a priority move, Aqua Jet, so the attack only partially hit. That however, was enough to lower the Wingul to 1/3 health. It still shot towards the Pichu with the Aqua Jet's power doubled by the rain.

OOC: I can't describe the hit till Jman posts though.

OOC: Electicute the rain and the water; it will conduct it and hurt themm, yay! And aqua jet will not conduct the water away from it, James...

Thank you for telling me that useless bit of information Josh, as I have clearly had Wingul be missed by the attack, but the Aqua Jet trail being there caused him to be hit.
