Duke of New York, A-1
Current Events Rumble
Putting out feelers for a Battle Royale featuring characters from today's news. For example:
Sandra "The Morning After" Fluke
Armed with unlimited free birth control pills, which she fires from a slingshot with the deadly accuracy of a professional abortionist. She 'gets around' so fast it's almost like she's in two places at once, and when she hits you, you'll wish you were never born.
Trayvon "The Hoodie" Martin
Wielding skittles -- which I just assume is 'street' for "several gigantic battleaxes" -- and a tea made from the blood of his enemies, Trayvon stands a suspicious 5'8". Fearless and ferocious. Bullets are his only weakness, but be careful -- if you strike him down, he shall become more powerful than you can possibly imagine.
Gabrielle "The Hammer" Giffords
Impervious to bullets, with the power to send a husband into space with her powerful battle shrieking. Also has the power of super-healing. Once a ruler of a powerful empire, she now seeks revenge -- and to feast upon the bodies of all who dare to challenge her!

Always Think
What exactly is this to turn into other than some godmod festival?
I actually made a Barack Obama character that had moves based on his presidency. A few:
No Offshore Drilling - Obama bans foreign use of energies through presidential decree.
Change He Can Believe In - Obama twists reality into whatever view he wants simply by believing in it.
Real Estate Meltdown - The value of the opponent's home depreciates considerably to result in potential rage, sadness, and violent petitioning.
The Bailout Plan - Obama sacrifices a large amount of Presidential Charisma to escape from abysmal situations at the cost of protests and backlash from Wall Street.

I think the point is actually just to make characters. If it ever goes to a real thread that's just icing.

So, uh... I challenge you to post a character sheet for Glenn Beck and I will post Obama.
