Good of a reason as any. I guess a lot of international syndicates would move in, hoping to get a slice of gunrunning and free rein to grow some poppies.

Guinea-Bissau huh? Well this is probably the last place I expected. I guess i'm gonna have to search on Wikipedia for more info about this country since I don't know squat about it. Except that it's in Africa.
