Tyler smiles then orders a ripper, a deep fried koegels vienna hot dog in a sub bun. He gets it topped with garlic mayonnaise, hot sweet habanero pickles, bleu cheese crumbles, wasabi mayonnaise and chipotle mayonnaise. He raises his sandwich to Jenna. "Cheers."

(You're always so discriptive with food! It makes me jealous because I can't even boil water, hah. : ) )

Jenna smiled at him.
”Cheers,” She agreed, and then took another large bite out of the sandwich.

He takes a bit of the ripper and it snaps and crunches. "Mmhmm, that definitely hits the spot." Somebody walks into the place and stands behind Tyler, tapping on his shoulder. Tyler turns around and see's its his friend Tim. "Yo Tim, finally made it. You running today?" They shake hands. "Gonna run in the Demo tonight." Tyler laughs. "Nice, what did you bring out?" Tim holds up a set of keys with an oval on it. "Should have known. What model and year?" Tim smiles "1980 crown vic." Tyler chuckles. "Jeff is going to be running a 78 Chrysler imperial with a 440 6pack." Tim goes slightly pale. "Is that even legal? That car is a tank, they have to be at least half a ton heavier than my car." Tyler laughs. "Of course its legal but you forget the cars are gutted so they will weigh relatively the same, given that imperial is still going to be over 4000 pounds your car should be right around 4000, if you did enough work to it you will be alright." Tim sighs. "My car is just running a 351 cleveland. I doubt that will run as well as a 440 6 pack." Tyler chuckles again. "Come on man, 351 clevelands are torque monsters, it may not be as powerful as a 440 but it is a lot lighter but still a strong engine. If you reinforced your car in the right way you will be able to beat him." Tim laughs. "You are probably right, I saw him last month with that car and there were other big heavy cars but that car never died." Tyler nods his head. "Thats why in some states imperials are banned for demolition derbies. The cars come from the factory with a cage around the transmission and the engine is set so far back in from the front and sides that you have to seriously damage the car to get at the engine. Your best way to beat Jeff is to flipping him or putting him up on the side of the pit." somebody calls out. "You telling somebody how to beat me?" Tyler turns around to see his friend Jeff standing there with a smile. "Yes, yes I am." Tyler smirks but then realizes he forgot about Jenna. "Oh hey guys I want you to meet somebody." he goes to introduce her but realizes something. "You know? I never got your name."

Jenna sat and listened to him and his buddies. She was impressed with their knowledge of vehicles, and thier techniques in racing. She realized then how little she actually knew about cars and trucks. When the conversation shifted to her she immediately blushed a deep pink.
"Ah... my name's Jenna." She said and smiled. She had already finished her burger by the time that Tyler had finished talking. She looked at all his friends, and gave them a smile as well.
"Nice to meet you guys."

Tyler smiles. "Ok, Jenna, These are my friends Jeff and Tim. Tim I have known since I was 10 and Jeff since I was, 21." Tim and Jeff say Hi to her but leave soon after to work on their cars. "So how long do you plan on staying around here? We will continue to have the party going as long as people want to stay since we are under new management."

(Sorry I haven't replied recently, my computer was broken and I got it fixed last night, though I just recently learned that the server was down anyways... pretty convenient if you ask me.)

Jenna looked at the ceiling, contemplating his question. She then looked at him,

"I'm not really sure, I guess when everything starts to get boring. From past experience that will be in the early hours of the morning." She finished with a grin.

"So, are you and your friends close? If you don't find that question too personal. You guys seem pretty tight."

"Yeah we are, Tim and I go back to the 6th grade, we ran together with 3 other friends and if you saw one of us you would likely see the other 4 as well. Jeff and I talk all the time and hang out at wrestling shows and demolition derbies mostly." Tyler hears a quad roll by the restaurant and remembers something. "Hey would you like to join me in a tug of war before the derby? We are gonna pull an old civic in half with quads."

Jenna listened intently as he explained his friendships. She found herself actually caring at what he had to say, which surprised her. Not that she wasn't interested, just that she hadn't expected to find any enjoyment in listening to him explain it. She then looked unsure at his question. She really wan't sure if she could hop back into the game so easily. She knew that the chances of her getting hurt were probably very slim, but the thought crossed her mind none the less.

"Depends... You think you could handle my company for that long?" She asked with a cocky grin.

"Yeah I could definitely handle your company. If you follow me I can show you the quads, they are specialty built quads meant for high torque more than speed. The quads together weigh about the same as the civic but each of them have twice the horsepower and 4 times the torque."

Jenna laughed, it had a musical quality to it.

"You keep telling me all of these things! I honestly only understand about half of what you are saying when you start speaking 'car language'. I know only enough to keep my baby running, sadly my knowledge doesn't expand anymore on anything else. I'm guessing that everything that you are saying is impressive though!" She felt dumb at her confession, but decided to look dumb now, instead of later on down the road.
