Flying Thunder God is Namikaze Minato's jutsu that let him basically teleport anywhere he'd placed a certain seal. Very, very easy to abuse in an RP setting...

Oh! A d'oh moment for me. >_< I was thinking of something else when I put that on there, and I totally forgot about Minato's technique. I got the name wrong, it was Lightning Rod.

If it's the Lightning Rod technique, I'm fine with it. But as Killamri said, Minato's Flying Thunder God technique is easily abused and just not very fair.

He has *tanned skin from working on the mountain and his eyes are dark blue like storm clouds. He has a scar that runs under his left eye and down to his jawline he got it from a shurikan that he narrowly dodged and was only millimeters away from destroying his eye. His hair is spiked up and is black in color.
Biography: Warriors from the Raijun clan are bred from birth to be guardians for hire such as bodyguards, escorts and even security teams. At the age of 5 they are taken to "Thunder Mountain" where they are trained almost nonstop for the next 8 years (they still eat and sleep) after that 8 year period is up they return home to their parents and become genin (the clan has permission to have anyone who has been on thunder mountain for the 8 year training become Genin without even having to step foot in the ninja academy)He chose to train for an additional 2 years on the mountain then joined a team as a genin after that he moved onto jonin (roughly 8 or so years)
Personality: His training affected his personality in an interesting way, when outside of battle or hostile situation he is joking and fun with his students but as soon as danger presents itself he becomes an entirely different person (much like Yugi and the pharoh from Yu-Gi-Oh)

Biography: Katsu was born into a samurai family. He didn't learn traditional ninja techniques, but fought with a sword every day against his father. As was common of the Mamori Clan, he grew taller and more well built than most boys his age. He was more of a brute than a ninja. But he entered the academy anyway. He passed at the age of 12, standing at 6'0" and weighing in at 250lb of pure muscle. His strength is phenomenol as a result, but his tact is lacking. He can't plan very well and he's more of a taijutsu fighter than anything.

In his personal life, his father was killed when he was 9. He doesn't know how. He blacked out from something and he woke up at the hospital, his father reported dead. No one told him the results of it. His mother had died giving birth to him. He was taken in by another swordsman who taught him the techniques, saying that with his family sword, Katsuchouryuu, it was possible to become a Swordsmen of the Mist. He took that goal to heart when he entered the academy. He didn't work on his strategies or subtlety. He only focused on strength, technique, and speed. He barely passed the test for Genin, but he did pass, making him ready to be put on a team and start his journey to become a Swordsmen of the Mist, like the idols he worshipped as a child.

Personality: Very stout in his opinions and refuses to give in. While he seems angry and impersonal most of the time, once he gets to be friends with someone, he's fiercely loyal. He becomes almost like a guard to them, refusing to let any harm come to them. And when harm does come to them...well, Kami save whoever caused that harm.

Weapons/Equipment: Katsuchouryuu (Riptide) -- A massive zanbato styled blade. It is a fifteen foot blade that he can only wield due to his bloodline. It has a strong affinity to wind chakra. This isn't in the normal sense where wind chakra coats it, but it can be used for techniques like fan users of the Sand would normally use. On top of that, it has several seals on it, blocking off its more complicated attributes from Katsu until he is older and able to handle it. Those attributes include chakra storage and something that is linked very much to the Kami and demons, but is kept secret from everyone outside of Katsu's clan.

This is a Jounin leveled weapon that Katsu has no business using. He can only use a fraction of its true strength and has trouble even holding it as a Genin. But he trains with this every day in an attempt to get stronger.

Inkouheki (Throat Splitter) -- A smaller sword more suitable for Katsu's status. It has very little special abilities, but has a special jutsu sealed into it by Katsu's family. Anyone other than Katsu to try and use this sword would have a large chakra surge sent into their body. Friend or enemy. Katsu doesn't know how to disarm the jutsu or make it selective.

Chakra Element(s): Suiton. Fuuton comes later as a Jounin.

Kekkei Genkai/Fighting Style: His Kekkei Genkai takes form in a massive result of strength. His body is large for his age and only builds up more muscle. As a result, his genjutsu is terrible and ninjutsu is sub par. He has absolutely no subtlety.

As such, his fighting style is simple. Charge, slash, and otherwise bash whatever is in his path. His team can deal with subtlety. His style is to charge forward with no plan whatsoever and be an overall tank for his team.

Jutsu List: Bunshin no Jutsu, Henge no Jutsu, Kawarimi no Jutsu

Kirigakure no Jutsu -- The only useful skill he knows besides sword techniques. It was taught to him to make up for his lack of subtlety. The mist would at least make it easier for him to get at his enemy from a frontal assault. Though he can't use the technique well and rarely likes to use it in battle.

Chakra Chou (Chakra Block) -- He uses his chakra to reinforce his blade, forming a shield for himself and anyone who stands directly behind him. It's not full proof as he has bad control of his chakra, but it helps to at least lessen a blow. It could mean the difference between death and a serious injury at least.

Tsuchikujiki no Jutsu (Earth Crush Technique) -- Using his massive strength, he swings down and forces a giant fissure in the earth. At higher levels, he might be more devestating with it. As it stands, he can be useful in battle, but won't truly mean the difference in anything until he gains better control of it.

Tetsu Kobushi (Iron Fist) -- A taijutsu technique he learned in case he becomes disarmed. It's fairly simple. Just a punch infused with chakra. Combine that with his unnatural strength, it's almost like being hit full on with a fist of iron.

Kyuchiyose no Jutsu (Summoning Technique) -- He only knows this for his sword. The swordmaster he fought under happened to know a bit about seals. He put an intricate tattoo on Katsu's left arm and sealed the Katsuchouryuu with that tattoo. So it is generally used for his sword more than anything. Doesn't have a summon contract yet.

Katsuchouryuu (Riptide) [Incomplete] -- An original technique Katsu has tried to perfect. Using his massive strength, he can send out his chakra in large flowing waves, his sword channeling it out. With Inkouheki, this is mediocre at best. It can cause a distraction, but it's highly unlikely to actually hit. With Katsuchouryuu itself, the blade this technique is named after, it can hit a wide enough range to make it near impossible to dodge. But that's why it's incomplete. He can't use this technique efficiently until he can use the sword itself first.
