He Smiled a bit and got up from sitting on the counter in the store they were in. "We are too late. Military ain't rescuing us." 'We are no longer rescuing people. If you make it to the barricade uninfected we will let you through. It's getting way to dangerous for a rescue team. We have to focus on keeping the Zombies in LA for the rest of the US's safety. Good luck." Jason Padalecki read aloud to the group gathered in a safe house. "Say's these are official instructions by the government.' He gripped his bat. "I gotta get out of LA so if y'all wanna come with me be my guest. I have had a rough week, but It's a living hell out of there. My official instructions, Whatever it takes to live." He went over to the table in the connivence store and looked at a map the Government left there. "I'm Jason Padalecki by the way." he called aloud. He looked at the map. They were located in East LA and he needed to make his way North to San Fransico. The nearest way out was in Santa Monica, Beverly Hills or Hollywood. Jason looked at the faces of the survivors. "Well I'm going before more bad things happen." He gripped his bat and opened the door out of the safe house. Jason walked Cautiously incase any zombies were in the alley with him.

Max had just made it to a place where he thought it was safe but it seemed that they could no longer stay there. Max listened carefully as Jason read the words on the paper. When he was done Max made his way to a window and looked out of it. He was in deep thought thinking of what he wanted to do. What he should do. He sighed. "You could use an extra gun on your side. I'll tag along." His voice was raspy and low toned. He reached to his side and pulled out his nightstike following Jason and John out the door. He looked around making sure the cost was clear before exiting the building. He had bad luck in the past few days, but by the looks of it he and the other survivors were the lucky ones.
Alicia listened closely to the message the government had left for them and then looked around to see other people's reaction. Some were scared to the point where their faces became pale but others had unreadable expressions on their faces. She then returned her attention to the two men who were already heading out. She knew she needed to get out of there and quickly before any of those zombies surround them. She walks up until she's next to the tall Jason, "You two are idiots if both of you think only the two of you can survive when a horde of zombies surround you." she paused for a moment, "Which is why I'm here." she said expressionlessly, examining the streets for zombies.

Jason stopped. He was never mean to kids but he looked at the blonde girl who spoke to him. "One your like 15, two I trying to learn more about these zombies. Just be quiet for a little bit please." Jason saw few zombies ahead of them. "I'm going to try something. I want to learn how to trick them." He whispered to the group. "My theory is that these Zombies's eyes were damaged, but there hearing is enhanced. I noticed this back at school, the infected eyes turned black. Therefore what I want to try is if the react to noise instead of what they see." Jason finished and he looked around in the alley. He saw a bottle on the ground and picked it up. It was glass so it would shatter. He threw the bottle, it fell and smashed behind the zombies.
The zombies turned around and walked to the noise. The tried to attack the air but ended up hitting each other.
"That proves my theory which I can use to my advantage." Jason spoke aloud
The zombies turned to Jason's talking. "Nice job," John said to Jason. He ran out and stabbed the first zombie in the head. He turned and sliced another one. He quickly finished of the third and walked back. "Now quit talking so loudly, you're likely to attract a horde. You're lucky those were only a couple. Use whispering to your advantage."
Joshua was in the safe house, reading the note from the military as the others were talking."We are no longer rescuing people. If you make it to the barricade uninfected we will let you through. It's getting". Joshua stopped from reading as he heard one of the guys say that the zombies are blind but have enhanced hearing. "Well this sucks! That means that if I shoot one all others that are nearby will follow the noise. I can't believe this. Were are suppressors when you need them." He said as he turned his view back to the note & continued reading the rest. "way to dangerous for a rescue team. We have to focus on keeping the Zombies in LA for the rest of the US's safety. Good luck."
Joshua slammed his fist on a table, pulled out his CZ & started scratching his forehead with the front sight. "I can't believe they are leaving us here to die. So what if the city has become too dangerous for rescue teams! They made an oath to protect the citizens of this country too, not just the country itself. They're the army of the freakin' United States. They're technically supposed to be the best, which means that they should be able to find a solution to pull the remaining survivors out of this city. But they don't give a shit. Sure, leave the fools there to die or risk their lives to reach the barricade. I know the soldiers care, but they can't do anything because they have to follow orders from a bunch of bunch of fat & useless incompetents. Times like these make me glad i'm not in the army anymore." Joshua calmed down & pulled out his phone, in an attempt to call his girlfriend again. "Come on Lily. Answer the damn phone already." But there was no tone. Joshua started thinking of the worst, but he didn't want to give up just yet. He didn't want to get out of the city without knowing what happened to his girlfriend. But he had no idea what to do.

She was a bit annoyed when he said that just because she was 15 that she couldn't fight. She watched as the zombies hit each other but when they started coming toward them her heart began to beat faster. She sighed in relief as they were killed by the other one. "Look, we need a plan. How are we going to get out of here without being eaten by those things." she whispered to Jason. She wanted to get out just as much as they wanted to and she knew that they needed a plan. But, she wasn't the type to think of plans on the spot or anything.

Jason pointed to the connivence store behind them, "We can make are way to the next ones, stay there for the night and move on the next day. Right now I think we need to make a descison of what barricade we want to go to. Like I said we can leave from Santa Monica, Beverly Hills or Hollywood. I guessing that LA county was all infected. Also I had the thought to go to San Degio or Mexico, which means we need to head to Disneyland in Anaheim. Even though there is an infection Disneyland sounds like a loud of fun." Jason smiled. He then looked into the open safe room door. He saw a man in there with a gun. Jason walked over to the room and peeked in. "Sir, ummmm are you ok?" Jason asked. The man looked angry and was carrying a military class CZ pistol. "Are you from the army?"
Miller just sat there, tuning his guitar. He looked at everyone, observing their actions. He kept his revolver by his side. Did better than any rent-a-cop or bodyguard ever could while he performed.
He tipped his fedora down, starting to play a tune quietly to himself.
"When the night has come... and the land is dark... and the moon is the only light we see, no, I won't be afraid, oh, I won't be afraid... just as long as you stand by me..." He sang silently, practically whispering to himself.
