[to Advanced] Dark

Hello everyone! So glad that the site is back up, I was going nuts without it! I absolutely craved roleplaying. So, now that I'm back, I'm ready to pick up where I left off. [:

As for plots and stuff, I've got so many ideas. It really kind of depends on what you're into; I'm up for *just about* anything. I've got a few ideas that come to mind right now, but realize that the ones I post aren't my only ideas, nor are these the only options; I'm open to hearing your ideas, too!

I'd love to do something dark, mature, and definitely supernatural. I don't have the plot fully worked out in my head, yet, but I'm picturing something along the lines of the new generation of superheroes [like, for example, Wonder Woman's daughter or something] existing in the modern world. I was thinking your character could be an enthusiastic twenty-something who is gifted with superpowers, but realizes that there is some new evil being or obstacle that he can't beat alone. Or perhaps the government puts him up to this, like an Avengers thing [where they assemble superheroes. And, Justice League, anyone?]

So, he goes searching for more superheroes, because he knows that there are some, somewhere. He searches and ends up finding my character, a twenty-three year old girl with rather extraordinary talents. The only issue, however, is that she has no interest in being a superhero. She works at a pretty run-down sketchy bar and isn't really what you would expect from a superhero, though she has the abilities and the intelligence; she just doesn't have the drive or think she's good enough to be traipsing around saving peoples lives.

That's all I got so far for that idea, but I figured that it would be really awesome if anyone is interested. I could see having a handful of characters on this, though I'd prefer your main character was a guy, as mine will be a girl and I'm kind of a sucker for romance and junk.

My character won't be a sweet little girl, though, quick to fall in love and get married or whatever they do nowadays; she's going to be feisty and real and developed and awesome in general.

I kind of pictured the male character as very optimistic, but obviously I'm not going to tell you how to write your characters and you're more than welcome to make a darker character. I'm actually a big fan of darker males. Hell, maybe they don't even get along very well [like a love/hate thing]. That could be fun, I fancy a bit of clashing. [: There also might be a way to turn this into super hero/super villain but I haven't thought on it too much.

*This roleplay could also be done with say, the children of Poseidon, Hades, and Zeus. Just a thought, if you aren't into superheroes.

I ask that you use good punctuation/spelling/grammar. Obviously I'm not going to call you out on it if you mess up every once and a while; I know I mess up every so often. But, if it hinders my comprehension of your post, I'm gonna get a little annoyed. That's why I put this as casual or advanced. There is no way I would ever do free.

Superheroes sound godly and amazing~ (no pun on the whole Gods thing, but hey, it works). Dude. If you're still looking for someone to RP with, I'm your gal. Or guy, since I prefer to RP men, but you get my point. I have no questions - you've laid out your thoughts fairly well here. So... Are you still available to do this...?

Aww, hahah. Yes, I'm definitely looking for someone to RP with; no one contacted me for this one, sadly enough. And I was so excited for it, too! Glad to hear from ya!
