Set in a world where half-animals co-exist with humans, the humans are the dominant species and are oppressing the half-animals. As of late, the half-animals have been forced to live in hiding, mostly in a network of underground housing, and in poverty, while the humans live with countless riches. The two species have begun despising each other and an inter-species relationship is highly frowned upon by the government (although there is no law against it). Humans have also taken to keeping some half-animals as pets, which, although it is not illegal, is still frowned upon.
