    Your most successful RP

Simple. Which role play have you created that you like the most?

I just made on called Paradiso, which is my most successful and the one I like the most.

My C&C RP which I have been GM'ing. It's a sci-fi action roleplay set in the future. It's coming up on it's one year anniversary, we are currently doing a crossover with my other sci-fi sister RP, things are going great. It's my bundle of joy. A sucessful RP only exists when players work together and I think once you find a nice niche of people, everything is gravy. :3

Yeah, I agree. My co role players actually work out what times they will be posting again and such. We also talk on the OOC. At the beginning of the RP I got nervous because two people joined and dropped out immediately, but the next people that joined are sticking with it.

Though I found it poorly made, I loved Tunnels des Todes for how my participants responded to it. I came in hoping to be innovative, to actually do a few things particularly, but they responded with my awkward structure with an equally awkward response. Everyone's character grew, in a way many of us grew, and it really gave some pride in it.

Personally, my favorite of mine would have been Celestial Causality or Iburg Chronicles. Both had a lot of time and effort, more so toward the latter, and each represented something new to me. The first was a sci-fi where my character was ultimately sacrificed by the participants. The second was so large scale, probably one seed to its death, that as it rolled everyone had one or two connections with one another, and at least one reason to hunt someone down. It was deep, gritty, and as unrelentingly real as I'd hope despite it's dying before two months.

Most of my roleplays don't do so well because people lose interest after a while and most are inactive or just rp in their own little world. Plus, I'm not that great at coming up with innovative storylines...

But, I have to say I think that my most successful roleplay would have to be Queen of Hearts. Ironic, since this is the third time it's been revived. Thankfully, I have 2 great roleplayers who've stuck with it since the beginning. And this new batch of people we have are both entertaining as well as loyal. There's only slight tension sometimes and I'm finding that what makes it successful is how flexible we all are.

My most successful rp was actually a One x One through chat. It started almost three years ago and is still going strong. It's called From Pawn To King and is a Medieval Fantasy. Recently we even started a comic about it. I can only hope to have a forum role play some day that does that well!

My brother and I started a Mortal Kombat PW site once, and even though it didn't get very big, it lasted a really long time and was really fun -- that's not a euphemism I swear.

Above A Million Stars was probably my best / longest running RP. Can probably attribute this to the fact that I haven't GM'd many games before, but it fared well and for a pretty long time compared to other RP's of it's typ.e

Maybe one day there will be a restart...

Most successful RP was called Dreamweaver which actually managed to finish not long ago thanks to stubborn GMing and being lucky enough to find some very dedicated players. First time GMing and actually managed to finish it, still amazed it lasted so long

    Allaria.

MDK can vouch for it... seeing as how he joins it every time. xD

    Classical Fantasy

Thanks to my GMing style, and the fact I get a pretty good crop of players, a lot of them(20+ showed interest so far, and out of those who submitted, only 7 were dropped - one to a ban, and another to Military Commitments). :3

It runs pretty good - soon, I'm going to try and flip it into a small PW.
