Uncertainity (Luna Griffith x Eruraina)

[Luna Griffith]

Sara sighed as Linch talked to her. She nodded at his words. "Yea, it was terrifying. I couldn't move from the shock of it at first." She looked down at the table. She remembered a few of the things that happened. Something about Xi had made her trust him. What was it about him that made her trust him so easily at the time? Now she doubt she would trust him. She saw him go after those people. What would stop him from trying to do the same to her?

[Eruraina]

"When we found you, you were separate from Project X. Did he let you go or did you manage to get away? If you got away, how did you manage it?" The federal agent asked. It was obvious by his questions that he was under the impression that Sara did not help Xi, but had been a hostage the whole time...

[Luna Griffith]

Sara thought about the question. She winced as she remembered what had happened. She bit her lip as she replied. "He seemed to have let me go. He just ran into the woods. Something freaked him out." She knew what it was. It was her words to him. Telling him that the family was innocent, that they hadn't harmed him in anyway. She continued to look down at the table. She didn't want to meet the agent's eyes.

[Eruraina]

(Sorry for the late reply, got swamped with school work.)

"Do you know why he might have kidnapped you when he killed the rest? Is it possibly because of your... motherly relationship with him? I'm sure you feel some connection like that towards him, since you did, after all, head his creation," the agent asked. Then in walked the other agent, placing a bottle of water and a plate of food on the table infront of Sara...

Sara thanked the agent as he set her food and drink in front of her. She began to ate as she thought about the question. Was that the reason? Because he saw her as a mother like figure. She shrugged in reply. "I don't know why he took me. I do know that I was the only one to treat him more than a tool. Maybe it was because of that." She said as she ate.

[Eruraina]

The agent only nodded at her response to his question. Then he put a hand to his ear where there was a wire. Someone was obviously speaking to him through it. Then he turned back to her.
"In the woods, did you come across some campers?" he asked her...

Sara stopped eating when the agent mentioned the campers. She looked at him and nodded. "Yes, we did. He went crazy at the sight of them. He kept on mentioning white coats. I think he meant scientists." She said as she took a sip of her water, trying to forget their fearful faces. "I was able to stop him from hurting them. Something I said made him pause. He then ran away from the scene."

[Eruraina]

"So let me get this straight, he kidnapped you, went to kill some campers who he thought might be other scientists. Somehow you got him to stop, and that's when he let you go and ran off? I would guess this would have been not long before we caught you two. But what did you do all night?" the Agent said. "Did you sleep any, did Project X sleep? Or did he keep watch over you so that you would not get away?"

[Luna Griffith]

Sara basically nodded at what the agent said. There was somethings wrong, like her helping him get away. But she wouldn't correct him. She bit her lip as she thought about the night. "I don't know if he slept. My adrenaline rush ended and I basically went straight to sleep as soon as a cave was found. I can't answer your question. I remember he was awake when I opened my eyes in the morning."

The agent nodded, then looked up at the mirror, before looking back at Sara.
"Alright, that is all the questions I have," he said, and went to stand. This would be the perfect moment for the scientist to ask what was going to happen to her now...
