Sara watched with wide eyes as Xi jumped onto the highest platform. She didn't flinch like everyone else when he threw the gel torso at them. She was frozen in her spot for just a moment before running to the mic. She pressed the button to speak but was pulled away from it by a big male scientist. She narrowed her eyes as he put her in a chair. Another one spoke, basically yelling at Project X for throwing the torso at the bullet proof glass.

They wanted him to destroy the gel torsos, and now they yelled at him for destroying one in the manner he choose, not the way they told him to. Xi placed a hand on the wall, and with his nails, genetically made to be tougher than iron, scraped and made huge gashes in the metal walls with his nails. Xi turned to look at what he did. He had never tried something like that before. But if he could scrape away this metal like that, maybe he could do more, something different. An idea festered inside his messed up mind, as he scraped at the wall more and more, cutting through it like a sharp knife carves wood...

(Ooc: Thinking maybe they have some way to punish him if he doesn't do what he wants. Like zap him with electricity or something. And that's what finally makes him start attacking them.)

    (I was getting to that)

The scientists grew angry as Xi disobeyed them. Sara was worried for the experiment. They pressed buttons and the room changed slightly. The floor became electrified. The pressed another button and a jolt of electricity was sent through Project X's body. The other scientists restrained the head scientist as she fought to protect him. She yelled at them to stop it. She wanted them to leave him alone. He didn't deserve this.

Xi felt his skin prick as he knew what was coming. The floor underneath him would hurt him. He could jump, but that would only be temporary for he still had to go to the ground, where he would get shocked. Xi gave a great cry as the shock came, it echoed around the room, but as electricity fueled a light, so this fueled the anger in his heart till it could be stopped no more.

Xi snapped, he jumped to another platform with another torso and threw it at the glass again. Before it could hit, he jumped again. But he jumped at the glass. The torso splattered against the glass so the scientists could only make out his sillhouett throught the splattering as he jumped at the window, reaching out a hand. It grabbed at the wall above the window, his nails sinking into the metal, stopping him from falling.

He hung there a moment, staring in. And what he saw made him even more angry. The other white coats were fighting with Sara, to him it looked like they were hurting her for she didn't look happy.

Xi hit the glass a few times with his palm, but nothing happened. So he closed his hand into a fist and started punching, though at first the glass held...

Sara closed her eyes as Xi yelled out with pain. She didn't want to see him get hurt. She continued to fight against their hold, wanting it to stop. No one listened to her though and she opened her eyes as she heard a thump. Gel splattered against the winder but then Project X hung from the wall. Many of the people freaked out as he punched at the window. She knew it wouldn't hold against her. She sat there in shock as once again the experiment was acting out against them. This time with more anger. Her eyes met his and she saw the hatred there.

It took several hits, but then the glass started cracking under the creature's weight. Though he was humanoid, he stood a foot taller than the average man, and was made of pure muscle with no fat, but muscle weighted more than fat.

Finally with one more punch, his fist was completely through, shattering a good portion of the glass. A portion big enough for the monster to enter.

This would be the first time Xi would be out of the area he was allotted to. When the glass broke, he froze for a moment, then slowly stepped through, as if enjoying the fact that he had stepped out of his bounds.

The black coats pulled out gun, and one shot at him, hitting his shoulder, the others shot, but the bullets were deflected by the chain of bones that came out of his elbow that they called his tail. He gave a grunt at the pain from the bullet in his shoulder, black seeping from the wounds, but other than that, he gave no inclination that it hurt.

"Xi done following. You test!" Xi growled at the scientists. He grabbed the closest white coat and threw the man back through the window where he fell three stories to the ground which was still live with electricity strong enough to roast a human but only managed to hurt Xi. He then jumped towards the black coats, claws and tail ready. The closest one was skewered by the many spikes coming from his body, another he beheaded with his tail in a single swipe, another he ripped apart with his bare hands...

(Erm, not sure how graphic to get with the killing and blood...)

(As much as you want to be. I can handle it.)

Sara screamed as Xi broke through and got shot. She never expected him to get out of the zone. Her eyes were wide as he threw a scientist out of the window. Her heart thumped wildly with fear. The scientists that held her ran toward Project X, letting her fall to the floor in fear. Her eyes couldn't tear themselves away despite the screaming and gun fire that rang through the air. She saw the liquid that escaped through the experiment's bullet wound. She wanted to run toward him to help but she couldn't. She shook like a leaf.

The white coats should have known better. They were idiots that had made something they could not control. He had made quick work of the black coats. Their bodies were shredded. He was now splattered with their blood, a contrast to his ashen white skin. He stood ankle deep in muscle and bones, blood on the walls.

You think the sight of federal agents ripped to shreds would make the white coats run, and some did. But some were stupid enough to try to attack, some pulling out taser guns which they shot at him.

They stuck in his chest, and made the crackling sound of high voltage, but it did not effect Xi as he reached out and grabbed the wires between the gun and the device attached to his chest, which he yanked from his body and jerked towards him, pulling it from the white coat's hand. Then then ran up to the white coat and wrapped the still live wires around the man's throat and turned to another man, Xi's clawed hand going into his face.

It felt good, Xi realized, to rip apart these white coats. He found pleasure in it, not only releasing his anger, but the tear of skin under his hands excited him. He enjoyed this killing, tearing apart any that got too close.

But then he was upon Sara, and he froze. One of the other white coats tried to pull her to her feet, to run away from Xi. But Xi lashed out with his tail, slicing the man in half, and loomed over Sara protectively, the black pits of his eyes now solely on her...

Sara's mouth hung in a silent scream as she watched her co-workers get destroyed by the experiment. Blood was splattered across her pale skin and white lab coat. She didn't know what to do. Almost everyone was dead around her. She hadn't even noticed the tugging on her arm as Xi drew closer. She wondered if he was going to kill her too. She felt warm blood hit her again as he sliced the man who tugged at her arm in half. She bit her lip as fear were in her eyes for the first time since she had created this man.

Xi looked down at Sara. She was a white coat, yes, but she was different. She was not just a white coat, she was Sara. Sara who spoke to him like a living being. Always he had watched her, listened to her. And when she had looked at him, he felt like she could see him, and not with the scrutiny of the others. But now how she looked at him was different than before. Something inside him hurt as she looked up at him in fear. He wanted to wipe away that look, but then he realized something. He had never touched her before, before now he had never touched one of these smaller, spike less beings in the white coats. They had poked and probed him, but he had never touched them. And the first chance he got, he ripped them to shreds and liked it.

Was that what they had made him for? Did they make him to destroy them? It was an insane idea, and angered Xi, as he gave a growl, wanting to lash at something. But now all that was close was Sara, and he couldn't hurt her, she who he had watched from behind the class they contained him in.

Xi bent down to be closer and reached out with a gnarled, bloody hand towards her face.
"Sara..." he murmured in his rough voice...
