At The Grand Fair 60th anniversary children are rushing it get on all the rides. There are over thousands of people who come here every year and not a single accident, until today! Solus a young boy has come with a friend. They have been on every ride, except one. The Death Ride! its a rollercoster of the year. Whoever comes gos on it, comes off shaking, screaming sick or evan all three although Solus and his friend wants to prove the can handle it. They agreed to go separately for the more fun. Solus waves goodbye to the girl he came with, his best friend as she gets on the ride.
Mika grinned as she passed the gate onto the ride. "Hey, Solus, take a picture of me while I'm up!" she shouted, tossing him her camera. She had a thing for pictures, especially ones with her best friend. A memory like this one would be worth holding on to.
She pulled the headbar down over her shoulders and looked into the crowd to grin at him as the ride started. It began slowly, but then gathered up speed, until it was racing down the track towards the series of loops and twists that gave it its name.

Solus grabbed the camera as it was thrown to him. He smiled back and got the camera ready. Solus took several pictures but then stopped as he watched. The Rollarcosters head bars came up and locked theirselfs in place. People started to panic as they tried and tried to pull the head bars back down but it was no use. Several people fell to their deaths as they went over loops and others were hanging on to their lives and Mika was one of them. The rollarcoster was headed towards an broken track and as it approached the rollarcoster came off the rails and everyone one it quickly died and whoever was unlucky enough to be under it was crushed to death. Solus fell to his knees at himself for not going on first to protect Mika but scared that he could be dead right now. He stood up and ran behind a building where he was unseen. He quickly opened a portal and by the time someone came to get him he was long gone. Everything turned white and suddenly he was back in the line. Mika threw him the camera but it fell to the floor and smashed. Suddenly he shook his head and started shouting. "Stop the ride! You hear me! STOP EVERYTHING! Mika we are going now!" everyone looked at him as if he was crazy but he didn't care. He looked at the man running the ride. "Do not start the ride until that girl is off!" he gave him an extra £20 and the man nodded.
(Um, I know my ignorance is showing, but how many dollars does that amount to in American dollars?)
For those few brief moments before she died, Mika could hardly think at all. Then she did in fact die, along with everyone else on the coaster.
"Hey, genius!" she shouted, a little upset with him, "You're supposed to catch stuff when I throw it to you. You owe me for that camera!" Then, when he shouted like a crazy person and ordered her to get off, she narrowed her eyes. For a second, she wanted to refuse, but then she realized something. Solus wasn't the type to pull a prank like that. So she got off the ride and walked over to him. "What's going on? Did you just loose it all of the sudden?"

Solus sighed and looked around. He grabbed her hand and pulled Mika out the line and behind the same building he created the portal in. The ride started slowly and Solus sighed again as he knew everyone was going to die.
"Mika, listen I know this sounds crazy but I just saved your life, that rollarcoster is going to cause a major disaster and everyone on it is about to die! I saw you die with my own eyes, I couldn't let it happen, not to you. Now watch the rollarcoster carefully." suddenly a guard came out and looked at Solus.
"If that rollarcoster does cause a major disaster then you will be in big trouble! We will have to have a talk and you will be the prime suspect. As for you girl, we will also have a talk." they watched as in minutes everything repeated. Immediately the guard was called to help, he looked at Solus and Mika and ran off. Solus sighed and stared at Mika.
Mika followed after him, still somewhat mad about her camera and the scene that he had caused.
"Wait," she exclaimed when he told her everything that was to happen. "Then why didn't you say anything? Why did you try to stop..." before she could continue the guard interrupted them and the disaster that he had foretold took place. She stood there with her eyes wide and her lips parted slightly.
"Solus..." she whispered. "How did you know that?"

Solus looked at Mika as she whispered to him. He watched everyone go into panic and sighed as he didn't know how to explain it.
"Well Mika, you probably wouldn't believe me even if I told you. I am a time traveler and so I can travel in time whenever I want but those around me wont remember the last few events that happened and so when I saw you die I went back in time to save you but somehow I fear this is not over yet as incase you didn't know Death doesn't like to be cheated. So he will probably kill you again. If so I will save you however possible."
Solus sighed again as he didn't expect anyone to understand. Soon the police arrived to investigate the situation and interrogate Solus and Mika but Solus knew they would be rougher with him as he was now the prime suspect as he was the only one who knew all this was going to happen and anyone would find that suspicious.
Mika just stared at him as she explained. "Wait, time travel? Like, the sci-fi stuff? Solus..." she shook her head. "I'd say you were insane, but after what just happened...I can't say that I believe you, but there's something really weird about all this."
Her friend had never lied to her before, and he wasn't the type to make a joke like this. But why did it have to be something that was so impossible? And why had he never told her before? Now she was scared, however, for his announcement that she would probably die again was riding her already taught nerves.
When the police came, she didn't say anything of what he had told her. They would believe him even less than she did, and it would probably only get him into more trouble.

The police forced Solus to get in the car and carefully got Mika into the front. A police officer sat next to her and smiled and the other police officer drove the car. It was clear that the police trusted Mika more than Solus as they were a lot more friendlier. The Police officer who was sat next to Mika turned of the speakers.
"Now, he cant hear you at all, you are not in trouble we just want to ask questions. We will ask you more later."
he slowly gathered some papers and a pen and looked at Mika again.
"So, who is your friend and who are you please give us all the information you can. Now what is your relationship with your friend and how do you know him? Do you know if he has ever commuted murder?"
The man wrote in everything she said word by word. He didn't let out a single detail. He smiled as he listened to everything she said. He looked at Solus through a small mirror, Solus was laid back as he knew he had done nothing wrong but how was he going to explain it to the police and everyone else.
Mika acted as cool and relaxed as possible, although it was difficult with the memory of everything that Solus had just told her. Seriously, it was hard to believe. She still didn't really...maybe this was all just some messed up dream that she might wake up from at some point.
She leaned back in the seat and took a deep breath. "Solus has been my friend for...God, we must have been in kindergarten or preschool when we met. We've been friends ever since then. He's a great guy, officer, I don't think he's ever broken the law in his life."
She sighed and bit her lip. "He wouldn't murder anyone, either. He had nothing to do with that accident. That's all it was, a horrible accident."
