I started out with some add your own portion of the story RPGs. No rules, just adding on to what others posted.
Lately the ones I've been involved with are rules based (not a bad thing) and heavily moderated (also not a bad thing). Mostly looking for something relaxed. I feel like writing more than rolling.

Welcome! If you like writing more than rolling you are in the right place. Generally speaking we don't use dice and rules here. It's more like cooperative story telling. Have you poked around the interest checks and seen anything you like?
I have, already managed to get myself involved in one. This is pretty neat actually. You have some sort of setting you like, you find a few interested people, then run with it. Most of the RPGs I tend to be in take a lot of planning. Plus, the person moderating usually can't have a character. Glad I stumbled upon this forum.

Oh, right... yeah. The RPs are usually pretty good and well-run in here. And some of those RPs are actually planned down to the tinyest details for the sake of planning -which can be awesome.
Although we don't have enforced crossover RP-'invasions' anymore here. Unless you count spam.
