Digimon: Goddess of the Digi-Dome

Zan followed after his companions, though the dark wasn't exactly endearing to him, "Looks like someone forgot to pay the electric bill." He joked. He soon saw the same eyes that Melanie was seeing, "No idea...Let's hope they're friendly though..." Zan said, though he got in front of Melanie just in case, "Uh...Hello?"

Melanie

"I have a better idea! Let's get out of here!" EbiBurgamon screamed on Melanie's hat. Melanie turned to run when the glowing eyes grew more intense!

"Zan c'mon!" Melanie screamed!

"What's all the screaming for?" The bodies around the glowing eyes lit up to reveal Bulbmon. Another Bulbmon stood beside him and the first spoke again, "Alright, that should do it." He walked passed the group and flipped a light switch on that lit up the entire hall. "There, that's better."

"Ooooh." Melanie and EbiBurgamon sighed in unison. "I should have known, all of the scary digimon are outside the Digi-Dome." Melanie giggled.

"Good day." Both Bulbmon said, but the second stopped to say something before leaving, "There's another digimon wandering around the castle, keep an eye out for him. He could be a trouble maker." With those words, Bulbmon left.

Zan just stared at the Bulbmon as they left, "Were those machines talking...?" He asked, though by now he probably should have realized that anything could be a Digimon, "Ah well! Onward!" Shrugging off his confusion, he ran through the hall that they were in, wanting to see where those machines were coming from.

Melanie

Melanie followed Zan, walking past three old chandeliers that had been taken down from the ceiling and replaced with even nicer ones. "The Bulbmon did a good job, but they left their mess behind." Melanie said looking at the old chandeliers on the floor.

"You can say that again." EbiBurgamon said. "Gosh.. how'd they get way up there?" He asked, looking at the high ceiling. At the end of the hall was a large room similar to the castle's entrance with a smaller staircase on the left that led up to a large door.

"No idea, but they must have been pretty persistant to keep trying." Zan answered EbiBurgamon, moving over to the staircase, starting to climb it, "But personally I'm interested in that big door up here. Usually there's something important in rooms with doors like these." He said when he got close to it.

Melanie

"Let's see." Melanie said, she twisted the door handle and the huge door creaked open. The door opened up into the most beautiful courtyard Melanie had ever seen! There were three small gardens with exotic digi-plants inside them of many colors! Large pillars that held up the castles exterior surrounded the garden. They were still inside the castle but the ceiling was now gone with a fantastic view of the Digi-Dome's ceiling. Sun shone down through the Digi-Dome and lit up the castle's courtyard which made the sight even more spectacular.

"I could stay here forever!" Melanie said with a bright smile! She twirled around looking at all of the pretty digi-flowers.

"Why? it's just a bunch of plants..." EbiBurgamon said, resting on Melanie's hat.

"Hey! You cannot sit there and tell me this place isn't wonderful!" Melanie griped.

"Meh.. it's ok." EbiBurgamon said simply. "Can we go explore the rest of the castle now?"

"Hmph." Melanie sulked, crossing her arms.

"Yeah, it is pretty..." Something didn't seem right to Zan, it seemed as though something was watching them here, so he didn't really enjoy the sight as much as Melanie. Walking towards one of the gardens, Zan could have sworn that he heard some rustling nearby. Once he got close to where he thought he heard the rustling, something orange jumped up at him, kicking him in the face, jumping off of him and landing behind Zan as he fell over, "Wah!"

"Catch me if you can!" The orange creature said playfully, then ran out the nearest exit.

"Get back here, you little...!" Zan yelled out, quickly getting up and running after the thing.

Melanie

"That must be the trouble maker Bulbmon spoke of!" Melanie exclaimed. She watched as the orange digimon ran away from Zan and she couldn't get a close enough look to tell which digimon it was!

"He's headed back the same way we came!" EbiBurgermon yelled as Melanie ran after Zan to chase the jouvenile digimon!

Zan had managed to chase the orange creature all the way back to the hallway when the orange thing finally stopped and turned to face Zan. To him looked like a small lion with some sort of flame on its head and tail. "Alright, buddy, just what is your--"

"Corona Flame!" The Digimon called out, shooting a fire ball out of its forehead, hitting the ground infront of Zan, then ran off again.

"Whoa...Didn't think it could do that..." Zan said to himself, obviously surprised. "It got away. Just what was that?" Zan asked Melanie and EbiBurgamon when they caught up.

Melanie

"Not sure, I've haven't seen that digimon around the village." Melanie answered but then was interrupted by EbiBurgamon.

"That's Coronamon!" EbiBurgamon answered Zan.

"Are you sure?" Melanie asked him.

"Yes I think I would know! I AM a digimon." EbiBurgamon replied. "Hurry! There he goes!"

"Well geez someone must be hungry!" Melanie huffed, running down the stairs and back down the hall with the new chandeliers.
