Digimon: Goddess of the Digi-Dome

Coronamon looked confused, "What's a 'human?'" He asked before moving on to EbiBurgamon's question, "I live here, duh! I don't think I've been outside this place for awhile, not since I came here when I was still a Sunmon." He explained, "Even if I did, I wouldn't know where to go."

"Uh....." EbiBurgamon had trouble defining a human, because he didn't really understand what they really were or what they were made of. He snapped his finger with a smile and had an answer, "Melanie and Zan are the definition of a human! They aren't like digimon and they call themselves humans." He smiled cutely at Coronamon and then waddled over to him. Using his wings, he hovered up to look at Coronamon face to face. "So whadda ya say buddy? Did you change your mind about running away?" He said nudging Coronamon with a hopeful smile and a giggle.

EbiBurgamon's answer just made Coronamon even more confused, "You don't know either, do you?" He asked rather bluntly, but he was intrigued, "Alright, I'm interested. Take me to these humans." He wanted to see what exactly a human was like, and although they had chased him, really alot of things did that when he provoked them.

"Alright!" EbiBurgamon cheered. "This way!" He shouted, starting his wings up and hovering back to where he came from. EbiBurgamon made his way down the hall, passed the courtyard entrance and glassless window, and then turned back to see if Coronamon was following. He hovered out of the archway that he had chosen before he had found Coronamon and looked around to see that Melanie and Zan were still gone. "Looks like they're still gone... maybe we should go looking for them?" EbiBurgamon suggested.

Coronamon followed EbiBurgamon back to where they came from, "So you split up, eh? Well they shouldn't be too hard to find. I know this castle like the back of my paw!" Coronamon said confidently, then looked at the back of one of his paws, just to be sure. "Alright, let's try this way first!" He grabbed EbiBurgamon and ran off through the archway on the far wall.

"Ooook!" EbiBurgamon shouted with his little voice while he was picked up by Coronamon! Zan came this way... I really hope Melanie's ok, EbiBurgamon thought. She could be lost or in danger! He chose not to worry about that now, especially when there was no need to. All of the threatening digimon lived outside of the dome as far as everyone knows. "Well this beats walking!" EbiBurgamon chuckled, as he was carried down the crooked hall. This hall wasn't straight like the other halls EbiBurgamon had been down, it twisted and turned in a fancy way. At the end of the hall was a smaller room with a fountain that spilled crystal clear water down it's lavender base. The fountain's beauty distracted EbiBurgamon and he was unaware if Zan was in the room. Two tunnel shaped entrances could be seen on the left and right of the fountain.

"Sometimes I forget how much this place likes to mess with you." Coronamon said as he ran through the strange hallway. When he finally got to the room, he looked at the entrances, "I bet the human that went this way got itself lost." Coronamon commented, and casually went into the left tunnel.

It was a short time through the tunnel shaped hall before they entered into a very small room. The room had steps on the far end that led up to another room that lead to the entrance of the balcony, which overlooked the ballroom. "This castle is endless!" EbiBurgamon said, feeling like he had been in this place for a long time. He rode along in Coronamon's arms which wasn't absolutely necessary, but EbiBurgamon secretly enjoyed it. He was so used to riding on Melanie's hat that he forgot how tiresome walking was.

"Not endless. Close enough though." Coronamon said as he moved to the balcony, looking over the room where he had met EbiBurgamon, "But no one's here either." Coronamon was starting to get fed up with actually looking for the people chasing him, but he pressed onward, going back the way he came and through the other tunnel.

After Coronamon walked into the other tunnel shaped hallway, once again, it was only a short time before they reached the otherside. On the otherside, was a huge library with bookshelves along the walls and there was even a second and third story of bookshelves that were accessed by the long ladders on each side of the walls. Even the far end of the room had a three story high bookshelf with a large desk in front where the digi-librarian use to work. Now, the library had been abandoned for many years after the Digi-Goddess had disappeared. To the left of the desk was an open door where Zan must've went through! A chamber room leading down to a dungeon with a curved arch entrance. "In there!" EbiBurgamon shouted and he even caught a glimpse of Zan, tho he couldn't see what he was doing.
