Gosh, it was like... late 90's, and I was a huge Sailor Moon fan. I somehow stumbled into the world of Sailor Moon RPing without knowing what it was.

Of course being... 11? 12? I was pretty terrible at creating characters. So all my rejected characters would be posted on the websites and picked apart for everyone to see. I eventually managed to get into a RP. Not sure if all of the Sailor Moon RPing rings were that strict but many were...

I started with my child hood friend when we were pretending to be dragons, soon it became a weekly thing & we Rp'ed all the time. And it evolved to chracters & I found out what it was & that there where forums for it & got hooked. -Years ago- Plus I just needed online friends due to homeschooling. xD

I honestly cannot remember where I even heard about roleplaying in the first place. All I know is, two years ago, I was interested in the concept, and following the advice of "Google is your friend", I searched it up and found this forum.

Signed up for a game, joined the forum, saw a thread for roleplaying. I thought 'Roleplaying, what the hell is that?'

I searched through the thread, sort of excited at the things that went down, and decided to join as a character from the game. Over the time, I started making up OC's to roleplay instead.

Eventually, I joined a Bioshock roleplay on the 2K Games forums, where one of these roleplayers said he joined this website. Shit went down after a while between the whole group. So fast foward a year later, I recall the website the guy mentioned and decided to sign up here.

So, here I am now, improving my roleplaying and writing skills.

Well, I was looking up 'how to draw manga' when I saw a link in this um... site. It was called BakaNeko and it was a link to an now-dead Pirate vs. Ninja. I basically just looked about the whole place, saw the Newbies Read This thread that told you everything about roleplaying. Then decided, because it was a fledgling site, "I'm going to help this site and be a member."

And that's what got me into roleplaying. I cannot stop roleplaying. I will not stop roleplaying.

Seeing to the entertainment of my fellow RPers is a treasure for me.

Was around 1996-97.... and was a regular of the Sonic chat rooms on Beseen. (Anyone remember Beseen?) Roleplayed original Sonic-themed characters for several years until all of the good people moved on and the chat room basically died off even after someone saved it.

Good times. Good times. There was bad RPing there, but there was also a lot of good players too with well thought out characters. (and were NOT Sonic clones)

For me it started roughly six years ago when I was 15 or so. There was a website known as Pokemon Crater (which some of you veterans may remember) and eventually I stumbled upon the roleplaying section of the site and the idea of jumping into an all new Pokemon story that I could help build was too good to pass up. So I began writing in a few Pokemon stories and then later made the jump to non Pokemon stuff.

I stumbled into a game forum's roleplay section and ended up liking it.

"What is this? A ritual for the evil god?"
    "No. It's an economic analysis..."

I'm great with computers, but printers are evil, and networking is magic. I will try to fix what I can, but I don't know magic, and I'm not evil.

I enjoyed writing and decided it might be a good idea to practice with others so I typed "Roleplaying" into google, clicked on this site, joined and tried to join an X-men Rp which I was rejected from because I had just joined. Then I joined a Star Wars Rp led by Azrael Nightwolf and from then on I was mainly a Casual RPer.
