The man known as Trunks stood tall as he looked down at the students of the Toad School, they were all clad in the signature dark green gi, along with orange wrist bands and belt. Trunks grinned as he watched some of his senior students instructing the children of the group. Toad school had only emerged four years earlier, about six months after Trunks traveled back in time, and yet it had already garnered world-wide attention after one if it's students won the world martial arts tournament's junior division, a small child with striking resemblance to the school's headmaster, who just so happened to be on the left side of the training ground, with the younger batch, to the dismay of the young seven year old Half-Saiyan, who was being lectured on patience by one of the instructors, a large man by the name of Chapu.
The elder Trunks then peered to the end of the line on the left side, and saw an odd sight for the junior division: A teenage girl. More specifically, the daughter of Hercule Satan, she had enrolled in the academy some days earlier, Trunks had assumed she was trying to follow in her father's footsteps, which weren't many to begin with. She was attempting to float in the air by the use of her ki under the instruction of Sapa, Chapu's elder brother and the most senior of the school's teaching staff other then Trunks himself.
Trunks stepped down from the heightened platform he was on, revealing his dark green gi and orange wristbands, with a thick orange belt, his school's logo branded on the back and in a smaller area on the chest, his sword and it's hilt ran through the belt itself, hanging by his waist. He ruffled the hair of his younger counterpart and nodded to Chapu as he walked past, The two Trunks had introduced each other as brothers whenever asked about their similarities, and the younger, under Trunks' tutelage, had become more like the elder then he could've hoped or imagined. He came upon Videl as she stumbled back onto the ground after once again failing to float, and Trunks simply crossed his arms and spoke calmly, "It's all about focus, simply manipulate the ki under you, and focus it to keep you up, all you need to do is breath." he nodded as Videl began doing so and turned to Sapa, the shorter of the two sons of King Chappa, and surely the quicker. "How's she been doing?" Trunks asked solemnly as Videl began floating a few inches above the ground with relative control. "She's.....progressing..." Sapa replied after about a second, "Though, I have to admit, she has shown signs of impatience. No doubt because she was placed in the junior class." That was why Trunks liked Sapa, always willing to point out flaws, even with his students present. "Surely she'll learn to overcome it in time, I'd hate for her to think she'll progress faster then anyone else solely because she's the daughter of the all-powerfull Mr. Satan." Trunks and Sapa shared a laugh at the obvious joke before a staff member approached the headmaster. "Sirs." he nodded to both Sapa and Trunks, "A message for Mr. Trunks, from Capsule Corporation." the small man stated. "Is it my mother?" Trunks asked, already knowing the answer as the man nodded. "Well, I best be off then." Trunks nodded to Sapa, and turned to Videl, "Remember, all it takes is belief that you can do it." he gave her a look of recognition as he turned to walk inside. 'I wonder what mom has found out about the universe today...' he thought to himself with a sigh, tightening his left hand's grip on his sword right as he passed the swordsmanship students.
