Story: Amelia had never been that good at envisioning herself working an ordinary, everyday job like everyone else. From age four, she’s been heavily involved in ballet and gymnastics. She’s always preferred gymnastics more, considering ballet always required her to be quiet and peaceful. When she graduated high school, she got a full ride scholarship into college for gymnastics, only to break her ankle half way through freshman year and not be able to compete. The doctors told her that odds were it was never going to heal properly. Amelia was heartbroken at this. She failed out of college part way through sophomore year. Then she had two options, go home and face the wrath that was her parents or find some way to live on her own. Option two was the easy choice. From there, she got herself a small apartment and started working a minimum wage job. Amelia got bored though, and rather quickly at that. She started looking around and soon found a gym that she could practice gymnastics in. Slowly but surely, she worked her ankle back up to nearly what it had been before. It wasn’t long after that that she met Luca and Dia. The three of them had things in common. One, they were all broke. Two, they all wanted a high energy life. Three, they all had talents that reminded each of them of one thing, the circus. Together, the three of them decided to share an apartment and start their own ‘circus’. Really, they’re just street performers, but don’t tell them that. Together, they make enough money to get by and they’re slowly achieving their dreams.
Floor and Number: A2
Room: Amelia, Luca, and Dia’s room is the definition of messy. Props, costumes, you name it, its probably laying on the floor. The kitchen and bathroom are the only exception as they are spotless. One of the bedrooms is Luca’s and consists of a bed, a snake in a pretty big fish tank, a ferret in its own cage, and a night stand. On top of the nightstand is a lamp. Piled up all around the room are books.
The living rooms is a mess. The three of them have an old tv, but it rarely gets turned on. The coffee table is covered with cards and other necessary stuff for magic tricks. The three of them have an old couch and loveseat, along with a recliner, that they picked up at a garage sale when they first moved in. Its a rather tightly packed room. There’s also a lamp in the corner.
The other bedroom is supposed to be shared by Amelia and Dia, but they ended up switching off every month between the bedroom and the couch. Currently its Amelia’s. Her clothes, both casual and performing clothes, are thrown all about the floor. The step up of her room is nearly the same as Luca’s except for the fact that she doesn’t have the animals and there’s an extra chair in the one corner.
As for the kitchen and bathroom, both are pretty standard. Somehow though, the three managed to scrape together enough money to afford a stove. Apart from that, the three of them have a shared laptop. It hops around from room to room.
Other: The rather elaborate looking costume is just that, a rather elaborate looking costume. She tends to wear it around a lot though, considering her, Luca, and Dia like to perform whenever they get the chance. Hey, all three of them are damn near broke after all. The giant feathery wings and ears are probably the parts she’ll leave at home most often. When she isn’t all dressed up, Amelia likes to opt for a pair of shorts and a t-shirt. Might as well be as comfy and simple as possible when she can be.
Also, out of the three of them, Amelia is the gymnast and 'ring leader' of the group.
