The RP has officially began its player acceptance check. I have placed everyone whose characters I approve of into a box labeled pending. After I do a background check, names may be removed from the list. When I finish, I will make the first post, and launch the IC. Thank you everyone for your time. You can be expecting a congratulation post if you make the cut.

Everyone is now in an accepted characters hider. Everyone in it has gotten an identical acceptance VM. I will post the first post very shortly, and add the link to the IC to the first post of the OOC. I want to remind everyone to read the rules and background information before posting. It is a common mistake for people to forget this school is brand new.

There is a large number of new RPers among this group, so I want to ensure that everyone is treated with respect. If you have any trouble composing a post, or realize this RP isn't a good fit, please let me know, and I will handle the situation as painlessly as possible. I hope that everyone stays with us for a long time. IC start!

Bio: Born as the daughter of Maxwell and Elizabeth Cunning, Pippa was one who took on the traits of past ancestors who at once roamed the earth. She grew up in an unfamiliar village known as "The Great Vale Village". Being one of the few and also living on in peace, there was sort of a myth that seemed to be carried then passed on. It was said that a female who was to be born under such ancestors would be the next to carry on their ways of living. Seemingly as it was justified in myth, it soon became the truth.

Over the past few years she had been experiencing weird events that usually happened, along with some crazy old stories that had been told to her when she was young. Did she think it was all a joke at first? Yeah she did, until the truth was told to her by her mother. She was the next generation who was to carry on the traits of becoming a witch. At first, she didn't quite get what was going on, but soon it came clear to her.

Now, she is enrolled in a school of no other just so she can unfold the mysterious powers she has within her. Weather they be used for good or bad, it all depends on how well she controls herself. Though witches are said to be evil, she could be quite the opposite, but only time can tell which also include her actions.

“I don’t want to marry him!” Those words still echoed in her head. It had been nine years ago- before the magic tricks, before the fishfood diet, before the pet store, before Mac. She was only fourteen and she was desperate. It seemed like such a good idea at the time. “I’ll just hide for a while and when I’m ready I’ll change back, when they’re ready to see reason, I’ll change back.” She was supposed to be able to change back. She was always supposed to be able to change back.

But, Jacoba found her and gave her to a pet shop owner of all things. He said he would punish her for not wanting him. Punish her for depriving him of her family’s vast wealth. Her sentence was utter isolation, her prison, a pet shop. Still, he promised he’d come back for her! He promised he wouldn’t let her rot away forever! But after a year… the petshop owner sold her to a shaggy looking boy with brilliant blue eyes.

I hope this doesn't cause too much concern, but there is some random user who posted in the Main Thread without offering a CS or anything. They just joined 2 weeks ago so I'm guessing they don't understand the concept of pre-planning bios and such.

Nonetheless, this user should be made aware of what they just did. Any suggestions? I'm hoping this can be resolved without berating someone over the Internet.

I did that once when I joined a forum rpg since I originally started on Gaia and they don't have any separate OCCs or at least they didn't at the time. If the post isn't too terrible, maybe they can be corrected and join in? That's of corse if lunalight agrees but I say the more the merrier.
