There is never a reason where you should be telling someone to kill themselves here. If someone is bothering you, ignore them, report them, but don't tell them to kill themselves.

I agree. And Alpha, there should be no exception. There is a line between playing bully and being an ass. Telling someone to go kill themselves, while you may think it's a joke, should NEVER be taken lightly in any circumstance.
