Terminator armour isn't meant for mobility whatsoever, it's meant for staying power. Though I did have my character with a newly designed set that has added mobility and a whole ton off it's total weight. I don't have any guns on it, it's purely the armour.
Bullets and swords are going to be nothing to Smiley, magic is what will kill him, or the environment.
