I did read the entirety of all the pages. The idea is interesting enough. The thing is, I'm questioning whether or not I have enough (interest) to commit to this. I've played Skyrim and Morrowind, so I know how the games are (which is what attracted me here in the first place). I was thinking something like a Dunmer Spellsword or a Kajhiit thief. (Forgot if the H is before or after the J, but I think you know what I mean.)

With this in mind, how can you ever be on the fence about such a thing?

I will be linking the wiki, for sure. It's more of an 'at a glance' kind of thing to save people from having to scroll through quickly, mainly for the benefit of people who may be unfamiliar with the games.

As for being on the fence, give it some thought. If you like the subject matter and think the plot's appealing, why not? If not, no harm no foul if you don't. Either way, the the insane amount of interest, I can almost guarentee this will be a long term venture full of comradery, epic sprawling questlines, and something that I hope each person contributes to in their own way.
