Here I'm going to compile all the various creations that both you as players, and myself come up with during the Havenlock City roleplay. Hopefully it will make for a good database of races, factions, and heroes alike that people can utilize as a reference.

So if you have an idea for a faction, npc, world, or anything really, post it in here, and I'll add it to the database. I'll also do my best to name the creator of each entity, so if others would like to use it, or reference it in some way, they can message that person beforehand to make sure they aren't stepping on any toes.

The Invulnerable Vanguard - Leader of the Justice Elite, despite his name he is not truly invulnerable, but rather Super Durable. He also possesses Super Strength, and Endurance. No secret identity, as he is the Vanguard at all times. Current Status: KIA

Marble - Second in command of the Justice Elite, Marble is a women who possesses powerful telekinetic powers, and telepathy. Known to be the voice of reason in the group, she acts as an authority figure for the rest of the members. Current Status: MIA [Kidnapped by D.O.S.A

Kinetic - A young man with the power to absorb Kinetic energy. He can store this energy, and convert it into physical strength, or release it in blasts of energy. Current Status: KIA

Poseidon - Claims to be the god of the sea. Has control over water, sea creatures, and wields a golden trident. Current Status: MIA [Banished from the Mortal Plane]

??? - Unknown member to be created by Davy the Commie. Current Status: Unknown.

Justice Elite - The worlds greatest Super Heroes. Most were killed, or went missing during the Battle of Justice Tower. Led by the Invulnerable Vanguard.

D.O.S.A. - Development Of Scientific Advancement. Loomith

The world as everyone knows it has changed dramatically. There has been a significant increase of 'special' individuals, the governments of Earth have decided to protect their interests with the most advanced weaponry available. This has led to the weapons sector becoming the largest and most profitable industry on the planet.

Vasyllian Arms (VA) is the current market leader having contracts with the worlds largest armies. Their profits have propelled them to the single largest business in the world, promoting themselves as being there to help protect the common man. Their weaponry is considerably more effective than their competitors, with technology far ahead of what was thought possible.

Aside from conventional guns VA deals in unmanned military vehicles with both air and ground options available. They have proven to be great sellers as their A.I. is more advanced than anything else in the computing world, let alone the arms sector. They are currently running the X3 series of models which are by far their most advanced weapons.

VA are not just the leading provider of military hardware but are also the leaders in providing mercenary soldiers. Their total number of available personnel are greater than a large majority of the Worlds national armies with only a few outnumbering them. Their numbers are spread through out different countries, however their equipment is better than what is provided to VA's customers.

The leader and CEO of VA is Dr George Marcus. He is the creator of many of the weapons produced by the company and without his great mind VA would not be where they are currently

-Multiple Visions: It's optics feature the option for various waves of light so that nothing can ever truely be invisible from it. Unless something leaves the realm of reality or teleports, the Puma can see it
-Gyroscopic Limbs: The limbs of the Puma have full rotation so it that it can never get stuck on its back

-Multi-Missile Launcher: Launches one missile that breaks apart into twenty smaller anti-personnel missiles. They each have an advanced targetting system and fly at Mach 5
-Energy Cannon: Fires an armour piercing burst of energy rounds

-Heavy Heat Resistant Armour: A thicker variant of the armour on the other X3's
-Lifting Arms: The Cyclops has two arms with which it can move the heaviest of obstacles whether an APC or other military vehicle

The Dragon Clan - A mysterious clan of Ninjas who make their home in Chinatown, located in downtown Havenlock. Their clan symbol is a Chinese dragon, and they were red and black uniforms.

Human - The most common race on the planet Earth, whom make up the majority of the worlds population by far.

Deviant - Deviant's are humans born with the Deviant gene. Upon going through puberty, this gene become's active, and it manifests in the form of strange powers. Though some Deviant's have similar powers, there is currently no idea how many different abilities could be created by an active Deviant Gene. It is possible for the Gene to remain dormant through puberty, only to become active in the persons later years. [Essentially mutants]

Ancient Human - A human, whom through supernatural, technological, or celestial means has lived for past the average lifespan of their race. CarnivoreJJS

Mabinogi - The Mabinogi are a race of demigods. They are outwardly human and have been in contact with humanity for millennia. Their existence is a secret aside from ancient texts which most believe to be myth. The Mabinogi act as protectors of the new races, of which humanity is one. They are bound by their laws so that they may only interfere when humanity is in risk of total destruction or enslavement.

The last major situation that they were involved in was the Tunguska Event. A rogue Mabinogi escaped from a prison planet with the intention of destroying Earth. A fight broke out on Earth leading to the death of the rogue. He was slain by the Twelfth Keeper, Aeron's father. The death of a Mabinogi results in their body exploding into a bright light leaving no trace of a body. This, along with the damage to the Tunguska Forest led humanity to believe there had been a meteor incident.

The rulers and lawkeepers of the Mabinogi are a council of Elders. They are amongst the strongest of the race and make sure that the rest stay in line. The Keeper of Annwn is the title assigned to the greatest warrior amongst the people and his duty is to protect the New Worlds aswell as Annwn itself. He is still bound by the strict laws as much as everyone else.

The laws of the Mabinogi are simple: Do not interfere with a New Worlds affairs unless there is a risk of total destruction, enslavement or attack from another race and never attack one of the New Worlds.

Genetically they are similar to humans, however they are much further along the evolutionary ladder. They are able to live for several millennia and are adept magic users. Their organs have changed so that the Mabinogi are able to survive for longer with less food and oxygen. Aside from these traits, they also have superior natural abilties such as superior strength and speed.

However, not everything is the Mabinogi's way. Their magical powers will not work aslong as silver touches their skin. For millennia the greatest minds of the race have searched for the answer to why they have the weakness but there is still no know reason. In addition they are bound by their strict laws. Robtheguru

Dragons - The mythical serpent like creatures are actually an ancient, and powerful race from beyond the stars. Various sub species based on color, and maturity. Malmshodes

Vampire - Creatures right out of tales of Dracula. A vampire possesses enhanced speed, agility, strength, hearing, and sight, among other powers. They must feed on blood to maintain their strength. Sunlight causes them terrible pain, and prolonged exposure is fatal. Weaknesses include garlic, holy water, crosses, and a stake through the heart. Very hard to kill. Though there is readily available evidence that proves the existence of Vampires, the majority of the world still denies their existence, for they are generally very secretive and discreet.

Elder Vampire - Most vampires do not live long enough to reach this stage. Once they do however, they become much more powerful, and gain the ability to shapeshift into a bat, or wolf, and gain other powers similar to those of Dracula, such as mind manipulation.

Space Vampire - Humanoids from elsewhere in the galaxy, that share similar traits with Vampires, but lack many of their weaknesses. DeliciousCalamity

Celestial - What man refers to as Gods. These various deities stem from many different pantheons, and act as watchers, and protectors of mankind. Some alien races also have their own Celestial's. These beings can be seen as supernatural in nature.

Locations:

Justice Tower: A brilliant, entirely chrome skyscraper that acts as the home, and headquarters of the Justice Elite, the world’s finest heroes. It stands directly in the center of the city, and is visible from almost everywhere in the city. Currently in ruins, yet still standing, and now acts as the staging grounds for the villain siege of Havenlock.

Havenlock High: Havenlock has taken the traditional school system and changed it up. Rather than have multiple schools throughout the city, they have elected to build one super school near the center of the city, in the middle of downtown. The school is the size of a small village, and has the facilities to house thousands of students, and provide them with everything a traditional school would. Students may also dorm on school grounds if they so choose, which many do if they live far off.

Havenlock Tunnels: Underneath the entire city is a sprawling maze of tunnels which have many uses, ranging from sewage transportation, to housing underground power cords. There are also subway systems that run through many of the tunnels. Villains and criminals have taken to residing in the more secluded area’s in the tunnels, away from any prying eyes. Strangely enough, much of the underground system has existed since before Havenlock was even built, and it houses many strange secrets. Many of the original tunnels have been refurbished, or destroyed, but some still remain, and are mysteriously completely rounded. Rumour states that there are many undiscovered tunnels, and rooms hidden away.

Docks/Beach: The city boasts a large dock for boats. Dozens of boats come and go every day, delivering goods, and taking citizens on luxurious cruises. It is known to be used by various drug cartels to transport goods, but no one seems to be doing anything about it. The rest of the coast is taken up by Havenlock beach, a common hangout for the citizens of Havenlock.

Haven Islands: A series of small islands a couple miles off the coast. Used as tourist destinations because of the interesting flora and fauna that thrives there. The largest island is off limits to civilians, and rumors of “Dinosaurs” living there have been attached to the island for the past few years.

Havenlock Park: A large forest directly north of the city. Sports various campgrounds, and is dotted with lakes, and rivers leading into the ocean. All kinds of critters live here.

The Canyons: South of the city is a mountain range, surrounded by a relative desert. It’s a hotspot for mountain climbers, and the like. Many wild creatures roam the area, and people have even claimed to see monster like creatures stalking the desert. There is a military base located at the base of the mountains.

Downtown Havenlock: As you get closer to the center of the city, the buildings grow taller, and the traffic heavier. Downtown is the area in the middle of Havenlock, and sports everything you’d expect to find in the downtown area of a large city. It is the heart of the great city.

Chinatown: Located downtown, it is a orient themed part of the city, and home to the mysterious and deadly Dragon Clan.
