Pff. Ascots are weird. And Silver, it's because in Oblivion khajiit are based off of lions, so that's why they're quite different looking. In Skyrim, it's lynx features with snow leopard colouring and patterns. In Morrowind, they were tiger influenced. They'll probably pick a climate appropriate cat for the next game, which basically leaves the Summerset Isles, Valenwood, Hammerfell, and The Black Marsh left.

OR they could say screw it, make the biggest game yet, and send you all over tamerial. Personally, I think that would be awesome

They did that with Arena. Only now, if you tried to do that, filling each area with as much, if not more content than Skyrim per province, you'd have an obscenely huge game (especially memory wise, it's approximately 4 gigs to install Skyrim, now times that by 8 provinces, and you have a 32 gig game), and barely anyone would be able to complete the content in the base game, it would be extremely hard to write a cohesive story, and so on so forth. Somebody's working on a mod to update Morrowind to Skyrim's engine and the texture work for that alone is extremely taxing. Keep in mind that every province looks unique, and without over simplifying it like the TES online, it would take a crazy amount of time to even update an existing game. Seriously, think about how long it takes to develop each game.

Ah that's a good point. I thought it was just the graphic difference. And for that big of game, it would probably need multiple discs to fit that content if they were going to make it as detailed as Skyrim. Which leads to them only releasing single discs for each province for money.

I hope they make a game actually centered around a beast race for once. >:| I would jump on Black Marsh like nobody's business.
^Seconded

There's a mod for Skyrim on PC where you can go on a quest through a few places in Elswyer, it's pretty awesome, especially for a fanmade add on.
