Jason moved silently through the woods like a shadow. bow notched and read, listening intently for the slightest sound to let an arrow fly. He crouched on a branch, constantly looking around ears trained on that one noise that would feed him and his pet, misha. he waits for a little bit yet nothing so he throws his bow to the ground out of frustration and leans back and stares lazily up to the sky." why isn't there anything good to hunt"
Life once asked Death " Why do people love me but hate you?"
Death merely replied. " You are a Beautiful Lie, while I am the Bitter, Morbid Truth."

So where do we go when there's nowhere left to crawl?
And what do we do when we thought we knew it all?
Now we're surrounded by a world of lonely people
Am I'm the last one here, or the last one left to fall?

I will sleep just to see your glow
and when im awake i live in hope
that maybe i can dream again
but for now i create a world where i can pretend
and let my stories and reality start to blend
i wanna mend my heart, i wanna heal my soul
i wanna feel real, i wanna breath and blow
your dark eyes swirlin' around this room
and your skin's like the sunlight reflecting off the moon

Thinking to himself, his thoughts mulled over the orb, and what it could do. The great power it held, and the great danger it brought by its misuse. After everyone talked it over, he stood up, and said "It is my pleasure to accept this task! Everyone, I'll do my best to keep you safe." He went to thinking what he could do. He was adept at healing, but even he had his limited, despite the practice and training he had given himself. He should bring along supplies.

Looking around the room, he called out. "Excuse me everyone, is there anyone who has time to spare? I would like someone to assist me, it would make things move more smoothly. I really appreciate it if anyone would come." He opened the door and moved to walk to the infirmary, making sure to move slowly enough that anyone could follow him if they chose.

Nika followed the medic out, her own preparations would take little to no time, at least for her. "Castiel please go gather the necessary items for the trip." She watched as he bowed to his master and went to her dorm. Jogging just slightly to catch up with Nathan, look she remembered his name.

"I'll help you." She chuckled walking at his side. "The joy of having someone to pack for you, am I right?" She gave a tight smile at him, trying to be friendly. If they were going to be spending time together, it'd be best to try and have at the very least comfortable acquaintance with the others. It could delve into friendship if anyone showed a fascination in learning like herself.

Her new companions were all the best though, so this would most likely be the case. Or they were a prodigy like herself. But again, she loved to learn, which put her at odds with many. Nika was certain that she could make a few friends though, ya she wasn't that anti-social.

Fire cannot harm a dragon. You are strong, confident, bold, and strong. You are likely very wise and good at almost anything you apply yourself to and are quick to pick up both loyal soldiers, fierce friends, adoring fans, and obsessive lovers. There's no doubt that something about you is special and people see it reflected not only in your actions, which are based on a strong intuition you were born with, but also in your appearance. You sometimes just seem to know things and can use this to your advantage. You have a strong mind and are likely very intelligent and poetic and wholly good. You will see injustice and want to fix it. It's your nature. And since you have the blood of the dragon, fire doesn't hurt you. It just makes you more powerful. And fire can also be interpreted as conflict or danger. You are kind and beautiful and wise, like a dragon, but can turn fierce and deadly when angered. No one will want to wake the dragon in you. Targaryens have silver hair and violet eyes.

Looking over at his new companion, Nathan smiled, and offered his hand for a handshake. "Thank you very much, I really appreciate this. My name is Nathan, but you can feel free to call me Nat, whatever you prefer. And I recognize you, but I have trouble remembering everyone's names, I see a lot of different people, what is your name? I'm terribly sorry."

Walking down several hallways, they arrived to a door near the infirmary. It was unmarked except for a number, and it didn't appear to be to a classroom or storage. Pulling out a key, he unlocked it, and walked inside. "Just a moment, I'll be right out." As he closed the door behind him, it revealed inside to be a very neat, pristine even, bedroom, plain and undecorated. A few seconds later, Nathan stepped out, with a large bag, making sure to close the door behind him quickly and lock it.

Holding the bag up, he patted it with his free hand. "This should be sufficient to hold all my extra medical supplies, even with magic sometimes I get tired. It can't hurt to be prepared. And if you're confused, this is my room. I have a special permission to live here, due to my work with the infirmary. And sorry, but there are rules against having opposite sex students in your rooms, otherwise I would have invited you in."

Continuing down the hallway, he turned to the girl. "How is it having a golem? I don't usually get to talk to golem users, it's usually their golems who get hurt. I never was any good at it, so I was always curious as to what it was like."

"My name's Nika," she said her smile coming a little easier now, she liked talking about her art. Honestly she thought it belong in the high arts, but who was she to go against tradition? No one... yet. "Having a Golem is indescribable really, in fact I don't really think about it as having a Golem, but of the magic itself." She murmured. "There's a reason it's one of the least studied magics. So much study has to go into it that you can't just be a natural at it, you have to make a conscious effort to do it." She looked at him opening the door to the infirmary.

"The closest I could come to describe it is Necromancy, but even that is so different. The making of life out of something that is in a sense dead, the ability to mold almost everything into your puppets. Everything you look at is seen in a new light. It isn't just dirt, or water, but something that you can breath almost life into." Nika let out a sigh leaning against the counter, her lips picking up in a real smile. She looked up at Nathan with a fire in her eyes that only magic could bring.

"And what of your own gift, it must be very interesting. I studied it slightly but could never get into it."

Lily kept silent the whole time master Dread was talking.Once he was done, it was time for her to think about what happened and perhaps make a decision about whether to join the trip or refuse.

For these artifacts to be stolen, it means that the thief must be a pretty awesome mage. And they're sending kids against him.Well not all of us are kids but still... Lily thought as she made her way to the library. She didnt enjoy reading but she liked the silence there and pulling pranks on the studying students.Especially her classmates.

And its possible to..die?How come they allow their students to do the dirty work and they still preach about self-sacrifice and using magic for good reasons. And most of all, what about that mage? They surely know who he is.Why didnt they tell us his identity and most of all, his power so that we come up with a plan to fight him."This is confusing!" she yelled and clenched her tiny fists once more.

The funniest thing about this particular signature is that by the time you realise it doesn't say anything worthy, it's too late to stop reading it.

Alphonse lightly walked up behind the male necromancer, uttering in low tones, "you should disguise your thoughts more carefully, lest even they," he made a broad sweeping motion back toward the Hall, "catch on to your ambitions." He let a faint smile pass over his face, eyes shining bright blue in the mid-morning light, his face dappled by the stained glass windows of the arched gallery they walked through, depicting some of the greatest heroes and darkest hours of the Spellbound Guild; the Great Cleric Hieronymus, the Magi Purge of the year 134... meant to remind the guilds-men and women of their great histories... and their loftiest ambitions.

He lightly touched the death mage's shoulder before the other had a chance to speak, closing his eyes, letting a thought work it's way into the young man's mind:
You are not the only one who stalks and explores the dread shadows, who teases some of the eldritch secrets from silent stones... We have matters to discuss...
With that, he took his leave, like the others, melting back into the shadows. It was indeed time to prepare. This was bound to be of some excitement; he had grown weary of the repetitious Guild life, and needed to stretch his legs, as it were.

Sten froze in his tracks. Icy-cold terror grew up his spine. How could he know? What did he know? How was he revealed? The answer was obvious. The Mind Mage had caressed his thoughts, listened like a shadow, ever present, ever silent. It must have been the breakthrough. He was so giddy, so pleased with his life's work come to fruition, he must have forgotten to forget, to dissemble, to scramble his thoughts so those who could read them could not read them. He struggled to gather his thoughts and hide them simultaneously, but was stopped by a serpentine voice, softer than silk, subtler than subconscious.

You are not the only one who stalks and explores the dread shadows, who teases some of the eldritch secrets from silent stones... We have matters to discuss...

So, the Mind Mage seeks an audience, seeks details. I am secure, for now. But as he said, we have matters to discuss. Sten walked again, though rather less briskly.

She felt a little better to find that not all of the students were as prepared to throw themselves out there as others, although she was honestly much more worried about the youngest of the group. She felt something of a purpose to watch over them if they really were to go too.. although she realized that she had never used her abilities against another in a real battle. Of course, doing it in the classroom, in such a controlled environment was much different. She did know how to weild her magic defensively, but she could harm people with it too if she needed, but she never actually went that far in class knowing that whoever she was up against was somebody she knew, perhaps a friend of sorts. Besides, she specialized in her defense manorism's.. perhaps this was why she was summoned over other Elementalists, she was more likely to use her powers to protect others.

As Master Dread drew his speech to a close, she closed her eyes, allowing his words to sink in.. He, in a way, was right, she was constantly told that they could teach her nothing more in her chosen art, her practices were of her own decission. Was she really afraid? A little, she admitted to herself.. but mostly because she had never been given this sort of test against her strength. Perhaps it was a sort of test, as the younger boy suggested.. if these were in fact the best of the best, then wouldn't it make sense that they would give them some sort of challenge, but even so.. the artifacts that were stolen, oh yes, she knew of them.. she considered the orb of life and what it could do for her.. the desire of making a water golem would come so much easier if she possessed it, but she would never feel right weilding such power and she knew that. She still felt unsure that she could have been selected from all the others as 'the best of her class', the thought made her blush.

She glanced up as Nat as he stood and announced that he needed help with something. She thought for a moment of volunteering, but Nika already did.. besides, if they were about to go on this possibly life threatening journey, she felt as if she should prepare in some way. "Er.. I think I'll see you later.." she added to Nat, casting a smile towards Nika before exiting the room. The second she was out, her mind began racing.. she didn't know what to bring on a trip such as this, she didn't know what to expect.. as much as anyone else knew what to expect. She supposed some practice might be a good thing, but even then she wasn't sure which thing she should put more practice in, her defense.. or or her offense, which would be more useful. Both, probably. So caught up in her own thoughts, she hadn't even noticed that there were a couple of others right in front of her. She glanced up and came to a stop less than an inch from one of them. She knew him as Alphonso, though she had never actually spoken to him before. She felt a blush come to her cheeks at her moment of near clumbsy-ness. "Oh, uh.. s.. sorry" she said, tucking her blonde hair behind her ear, her eyes wide.

Dennis saw some people leave, some people didn't. He thought of going to the dorm and prepare his bag, since he had to take the essentials, but a doubt stroke him. He should know the people he was travelling with, at least a little. Or perphaps he could talk to them in the trip. Yeah, that was better, but still he needed interaction. so he said somethign before going. "I am going to the dorm, I am looking forward to see you tomorrow!" He gave a warm smile, and exited the room.

He was feeling lazy to walk, so he created a golem out of wood, with a seat on its back, climbed to the seat, and ordered the golem to walk to the dorm. Obediently, the creationgave clumsy steps forward, while Dennis was cuddled in the seat, secured with vines. He could've save time by walking, since the golem was slower than him, but it was alright, since they reach their destination. He dismissed the creature, and opened with some dificulties the heavy door.

His room was shared by other three students, who were out. Dennis pulled out a bagpack big enough for him to carry, yet not so big to crush him with the weight. 'Xarthius,' He was recited an incantation in his mind, "Awake from your sleep and come to my aid." The adult-sized rock golem appeared from some rocks that were on the wall, which somehow still stood. He called the golem to help with his stuff, but he wanted to see how he arrange it. Golems were obedient, but not very clever. There were some things he wanted to take, but others that weren't so necesary.
