Personality: Murasame is... hard to impress at the best of times, she seems to have gotten bored with a life on the ocean and life in general, but she always revels in a good fight when a strong foe crops up. Towards her companions, she will hold a level of respect so that they at least know that she is pleased with them working with her.

Unfortunately, when Murasame becomes injured, she will usually drag the battle out as long as she can due to the fact that she is fighting someone strong. Battles that have a higher chance of being deadly give her a rush that she rarely experiences now, which is why she loves to fight.

Dream/Goal: Finding the perfect foe/battle.
Faction: Marine - Warrant Officer.

Background: Murasame has had a colourful life. But as a child, she was nothing special, just a normal girl who seemed to be very into the rough and tumble lifestyle, but that slowly made her into who she is today.

As she grew and matured, she became rougher and left her home to become a fearsome pirate when she was 15, it lasted a year, and her bounty was very small, so when she was caught and dragged in, she barely managed to convince the Marines to allow her to make up for her piracy by working on their side instead.

Working with the Marines was nothing special, but it was invaluable experience that Murasame liked, getting to fight toe to toe with fierce pirates and simply kill them without excuse sometimes, this did make any superiors grow a distaste to her, but she didn't care much. During a mission to a nearby volcano to clear out a small pirate cluster, Murasame happened upon a strange fruit, which just happened to be a Devil Fruit, it matched any description of it and a light lit up in her eyes, so she ate the whole thing there and then to hide it's existence.

Shortly after devouring the whole fruit, her powers started showing through, granted she was confused at what her powers actually were, but the more she experienced them, the more she became familiar with them and the more she learned to stay out of the water, because she didn't know about the negative side of consuming a devil fruit and gaining it's power, and an incident where she fell overboard was nearly the end of her career. After that incident, there was a small time where it was just passed off as Murasame not being able to swim because she hid her abilities for a while. But eventually, the Marines realised just what she had. And after finding that out, she was treated with distrust with just about anything.

Description: The Raptor Raptor no mi grants the user the ability to shift into a few different forms.

Techniques
Hybrid Raptor Form (trait: Skill): In the hybrid form, Murasame's body becomes covered in a thick hide-like armour that is an off-grey and brown colouration, her teeth become sharper and her hands turn into claws, but she retains her humanoid figure.

Pseudo Raptor (Trait: Skill): In this form, she changes her body to be almost perfectly match the ancient beast she's gained the form of, but still retains a roughly humanoid stature, meaning it's an improvement upon her hybrid form, as her legs change to allow her to move faster and with greater precision, along with a tail sprouting out to improve her balance. Her head also elongates and changes so that her senses are enhanced.

Full Raptor Form (trait: Skill): In this form, she has completely turned into a velociraptor, granting her improved speed and agility for combating her enemies, as well as getting a taste for blood. She is approximately 6 foot high with a 3 foot tail behind her.

Appearance: Has semi-short, messy brown hair, and green eyes. He wears a sleeve-less black turtleneck under a pale blue sleeveless zip-up hoody. He also wears baggy, dark-grey cargo shorts, and rarely has shoes on. There is a tattoo of the Pheonix Pirate's jolly roger on his left bicep. A leather pauldron on his right arm covers a second tattoo from his original crew. He carries a pair of leather gloves in his pocket, but only wears them when fighting.

Personality: A generally laid-back and easy going guy. Rol takes nothing seriously, and often finds himself knee deep in trouble by rushing ahead without any forethought. His problem is not a lack of intelligence, however, as Rol is extremely smart and talented. He cannot focus, however, and thus get's bored easily unless something catches his interest. He also has a short fuse for wrong-doing, especially against his crew-mates.

Dream/Goal: Like his captain, Rol wants to become a Shichibukai, or possibly one of the four emperors so that he can change the path of the world and return it to the golden age of piracy.
Faction: Pirate - Phoenix Pirates
Background: Rol's parents were killed in a raid on their village by pirates when Rol was very young. Shortly after, another ship came across the island. Rol was adopted by the ship's captain, a pirate who started out during the golden age, and hated the way pirates had become. Rol grew up hearing stories about the golden age, among them stories of the Strawhats. He found himself wishing he could have lived in those times, and eventually decided to set out and bring the golden age back. Rol set out to make his own name for himself when he was 18, and eventually joined the Phoenix pirates.

Stats
Force-Force Fruit - A logia type fruit that allows the user to manipulate non-elemental energy. The user can learn to form barriers, projectiles, and transform their body to energy, though learning the fruits various techniques is extremely hard. The user also has a sixth sense allowing them to feel through their energy, including feeling pain, a drawback that can only be removed with mastery of the fruit.

Force barrier is the only skill that can be used on it's first level. Additionally, it will have the pain drawback removed as of level 3. All other abilities must reach level 2 before they can be used, and will require the user to reach level 4 to remove the pain drawback.

All abilities must reach level 4 before the first level of the next ability can be learned. The order of the abilities is as follows: Force Barrier, Force Bullet, Force Punch, Force Jump, Force Form)

The DF is has no element, but is weak against lightning, as it disrupts Rol's energy. The DF also feeds on the energy of flames, making it stronger against it. (Since all devil fruit are weak against water, I made this DF fill the normal elemental spot of water to resolve issues with it not having an elemental weakness)

Techniques

Force Shield (trait: Focus): Allows Rol to form spherical barriers around himself or others that are durable enough to resist same leveled skills targeted at it and nullify lower leveled skills. Until level 3, this skill causes the user to feel the pain of any damage the barrier inflicts.

Shield Bash (trait: Health): A variation of Force shield. Forming a barrier off of his fist, elbow, etc. Rol is able to extend the range of a punch, elbow, etc. by about three feet.

Personality: Shinji is a man who is very passionate about his loyalty and respects those who can defeat him in a fair fight. He likes to pratice shooting with his pistols and is normally very tidey. He says he carries a long range weapon so he does not have to get into all those sweaty and intense battles personally. He is however a very good spokesman and extremely charasmatic being the first mate of Shank's pirates. He likes wine and almost never resists a chance to go for something lesuirely and relaxing. However he is not lazy all the time and is a hard worker when he is needed. He has years. Before he became first mate he was a navigator for Shank's ship the Blood Cross even at a young age he was adapt at telling in which direction to go. He detests fights and dirty enviorments however in interrigations he can be extremely brutal and frightening.
Dream/Goal: To reunite the remenants of the Devil's Noblemen under the son of his leader Shank Bastion.

Background: Shinji was born in a little known island in the south sea and was raised by his mother who was a widow. Shinji grew up in a comfortable enviorment. He worked hard and long to sustain his family as a hunter and stone mason and received a great education from a formor teacher who retired to that island. He was however one day recuited by the Devil's Noblemen for his natural skills in the wilderness. On the way to the work place he was recuited by the Devil's Noblemen ship Southren Blood and said farewell to his family in order to become a pirate and serve a small empire. On the way there they taught him the basics of how to use a gun and other weapons. His service was distinquishable as his skills in fire arms became better so did he as a man he grew talented by learning from bards and musicians and other entertainers while he served under Shank. He coutinued to serve Shank throughout his life loyally and tirelessly as any retainer would. He grew hansome and even smarter as time went on. He never liked hand to hand and close combat skills so he ended up becoming a marksmen with renown skill. After the rebellion he ended up spending the rest of his life with Andrew as his personal guardian.

Stats
A master of all sorts of fire arms he specializes in rifles and pistols. He is extremely accurate but slow and precise with his moments. He can fire from the hip or even knee with pistols and is able to do some close range meneuvers but not that skilled in that area.

Techniques

Name Technique (trait: Health/Skill/Focus): Ranger's Eye - A pinpoint accurate shot that very few can deplicate. Shinji's rifleman skills are so well he can hit anywhere on a person's body he wants but it takes time and varies on how much the person is moving.
Name Technique (trait: Health/Skill/Focus): Explosive Shots - Anyone can shoot normal bullets but Shinji's special bullets are packed with explosive powder inside. It explodes once it violently hits something and can cause colladeral damage if used improperly.
