Takashi Kusanagi

Name: Takashi Kusanagi
Age: 25
Gender: Male
Tier: 7
Sign: Mazriel
Personality: Takashi has a Ambivalent personality, meaning he is both out going and shy. He is conscientious and is also considerably lazy. He is excessively optimistic and naïve, sometimes rushing into things head first. He also tends to expand through reflection and dwindle during interactions with others. Incredibly well-loved, Taka just like Savaris are the life of the party and the people everyone looks up too.

History: Younger Years: Takashi is the oldest of the Royal Kusanagi brothers. Born under Mazriel; The Goddess of Youth & Justice sign, Taka has blue eyes although they are a very prominent blue rather than pale. There are also a spiral texture within his irises. Because of this, Takashi's father sensed a great power would come forth from his son. Two years after Taka's birth, his little brother, Savaris was born under the sign of Jokavis. This was notable by the strange tattoos on his shoulders. His father had seen this and taken it as a sign. Takashi was supposed to take the throne but instead it was to be given to Savaris. Even though he was chosen by the Gods, Savaris had no abilities. His father had never told Takashi of this however, to ensure that he would not grow to hate his brother and make an attempt on his life. Instead Taka was taught and raised to look out for Savaris and protect him. This began a strong bond between the brothers. One that would grow with each passing day.

The Beginning Battle of the Thrones: When Takashi was 17 his father had passed away leaving the throne to Savaris. Within weeks the gods had came to Savy and tried to force him to make their people worship the gods like their father did before him. But Savaris had seen the distress in his people and turned them down. This angered the Gods and because of this they ravaged the land for many months until finally provoking Savaris to a battle. Takashi wanted to help but was denied, as everyone said that he was not strong enough and to leave it to Savaris. Hurt deeply by this, Takashi went off on his own to get stronger. As he trained, he stayed updated with what was going on in the Kingdom. He had heard about his brother defeating the God Zeke and being challenged. With even more determination to help his brother, Taka had a renewed resolve to train even harder.

The War: Savaris was strong but he wasn't strong enough to fight off all of the gods. He invoked the kings of the past for knowledge and they had given it to him. He traveled to the mountains in seclusion to train with his brother and trained for a full year. The 2 returned far more powerful then they had left. Upon their return the Gods launched their first strike against him, but Savaris was ready and single-handedly wiped out the elemental army they had gathered for the strike. He and Taka returned back to his kingdom and had prepared to train his people.

2 monthes passed before they were able to combat the elementals on their own. They had rapidly began to evolve, something the gods had feared. Their were several small scurmishes that finally lead to a big brawl. Savaris had cornered Mazriel in her forest and had began to combat her. The battle lasted a full hour. Neither side wanted to budge. But while unleashing his full power he was able to strike her down and end her life. He learned then that he had another ability. He could absorb the essence of the gods. When he absorbed Mazreil's essence he learned of his curse. The marks on his shoulders were not just birth marks but seals used to seal his power away.

Knowing this knowledge he had to hunt and fight another God to learn more. It was then that Trabalis had made herself known. She joined them and worked as an ally for the next 3 months. Takashi had grown quite fond of her. She made the ultimate sacrifice for Takashi and Savaris. She gave her life so that Savaris could absorb her essence. He learned then how to free his curse and gain his rightful power. To do such a task he had to kill Jokavis.

Savaris and Takashi had tracked Jokavis down to the mountains. The battle to corner him took 5 days. When Savaris finally faced him in armed combat he was defeated and beaten near death. It was then that Takashi had stepped in to save him. His brother had yelled at Jokavis bragging about how strong Savaris was, forcing Savaris to get back up
After a heated battle alongside his brother they had finally killed Jokavis and Savaris had eaten his essence and learned of his most powerful ability, Respira. He had also learned where Zeke was and how to kill him. It had only taken them a month to find Zeke. The finally decisive battle was put into place and it was time to end the war. Savaris had stepped up to face Zeke one last time but instead Takashi took his place. Hoping to prove that he was just as strong as his brother, Takashi fought Zeke and took his life. Savaris ate his essence and learned the terrible truth. The Gods had only acted the way they did to keep them from harm. They were protecting them from the Evil outside the planet. The real battle was only beginning..........

Power/Skill: Spiral Energy-Spiral Energy is the power of evolution, generated by beings capable of doing so, like humans and other DNA-based animals, whose spiral double helix molecular structure allows them to get stronger through the generations. Spiral energy is what connects spiral beings to the universe. The amount of Spiral Energy produced by an individual may vary and is based not only on its own limitations, but also its immediate will to survive and persevere. Spiral Energy has both infinite potential and applications - it has been known to regenerate and grow new parts on machines to a galactic scale, and even create tunnels through spacetime. Spiral Energy is specifically stated to defy the conservation of energy, which in addition to explaining the creation of mass that is practically constant during battles, also carries danger if Spiral Energy is overused.

Takashi awoke in a huge tree in the forest. He had been out there to train and push his Spiral Power to it's brink as well as his body's natural limitations. He saw life as one big obstacle that one had to overcome to be better. He also saw life as a silk road thst one could travel down slowly, taking their time. "Eh I have no partner to push me, therefore I will sleep more." He thought to himself. With that he closed his eyes a returned to his dreamworld.

Personality: Savaris is carring and passionate about anything he does. He is a strong leader and loyal brother to his people. He has a great resolve to accomplish any problem he has. As such he chose a Nodachi as his weapon. He trained vigorously in his teen years to wield the weapon with complete mastery. Upon reaching master level he was gifted with the Cursed Blade Gigalus.

Power/Skill: Respira (死の息吹 (レスピラ), resupira; Spanish for "Breathe", Japanese for "Breath of Death"): Savaris unleashes a black/purple, smoke-like miasma that radiates outward from him. The Respira immediately ages and rots anything that it comes into contact with. It can move fast enough to strike even Zeke while he was attempting to escape from it at full speed. The breath decays the skin on Zeke's left arm until only shredded clothes and his arm's skeleton are left behind (Though he was able to heal it back before fighting Takashi). Even after escaping the attack, the deterioration continued until the afflicted area had been amputated. Another notable aspect of the ability is that Savaris can control its speed. Respira can even dissolve other magic abilities. Jokavis explained this effect by stating that because all living things eventually die and the things that they create eventually die as well. Under normal circumstances, Savis isnt protected from the effects of his own ability. However, once his blade releases his full power and he tranforms he can withstand its power.

Weapons/Items: Cursed Blade Gigalus:Gigalus is a normal looking Nodachi but once awakened things can quickly change. Gigalus can only be activated by those with special powers, and has even awakened powers in some cases. When wielded by someone without special powers it is nothing more than a very long katana. If the wielder establishes a good enough relationship with Gigalus, it can even be activated while the user is not in possession of it.

Awakening: When activated the blade allows the user to control and regulate their power better. The sword gains a visible aura around it and emits a piercing sound. While activated the blade also becomes encircled with energy rings with kanji on them, strange symbols appear on the blade as well. While activated Gigalus becomes more powerful, even if it can't cut the opponent, they can be burned by the energy it emits.

Savaris had been sitting ontop of the star cruiser as it hovered in the air over the forest. He had commanded his men to take him to where Takashi had snuck off to. Even though he was king he wasnt allowed out of the ship very often. Most of the time he had to sneak off. Is the ship neared the forest he ordered them to stop and looked out to the lush green land. He could since his brothers power growing and swirling around. He stood and took off running until reaching the edge of the ship where he jumped off flying towards the forest. As he crashed into the ground he enveloped the area around him in respira weakening his fall. He looked back and through his arm towards the ship. His sword began to slide of the top of the ship and fly into his hand with great force. The sound of his sword hitting his hand makes a signature ring only unique to him. This sound would most likely set his brother off that he was there. With that Savaris took off towards the origin of his brothers power.

Relaxing still, Takashi heard a unique sort of ringing and opened his eyes. "Savy-otouto has come out to play? I guess I'll be getting that work out after all" Takashi rose up, stretched and yawned. Blinking his tired eyes, he felt a gentle breeze flow through his hair. "Eh I'll let him come to me, I'll sleep a bit longer." With that, he rolled back over. With a Guesstimate of 5 minutes before he had to wake yet again.

As Savaris made his way through the forest he took in the sites. This was a planet that he rarely explored and was surprised by its resemblence to his home world of Tiore. He unsheathed the sword that he held tightly in his hand and swung it quickly infront of him. The resulting slash cut down all the trees in front of him. He resheathed his sword and continued forward feeling his brothers presence less then 20 meters away. He had arrived...........

Takashi, sensing his brother's presence closing in, just continued to sleep. He wasn't quite sure of his brother's intent, but he knew that he wasn't going to give in easy. He was going to make Savy work for whatever it was that he wanted, regardless of Taka's urge to train. No, he always issued the challenge, but not this time. He didn't feel like it.

Savaris was soon upon his brother. He looked out and seen him laying down in the tree. He casually began to continue to walk forward until he had reached the tree. He knew that his brother was aware of his presence but judging by how he was reacting it meant that he either is uninterested or didn't feel like it. That, though, was the perfect time to try and fight him. In one swift motion he unsheathed his sword and sliced the tree and re-sheathed it again. The tree his brother was sleeping in was cut in half and fell to the floor. Savaris all the while had a smile on his face. One that said "Get your lazy ass up so we can fight!"

Takashi woke up and looked at his brother with his open left eye. "Baka-otouto! Is that anyway to talk to your Niisan?" Taka stood up and strecthed out. His bones cracking like firecrackers on the 4th of July. He took of his trench coat and fanned it out, making sur ethat the dust was all off of it before putting it back on. "Now what is it that you want?"

Savaris smiled turning and pointing back at the ship that was far in the distance and high in the air. What have i told you about using honorifics. Anyway we are leaving this place and heading to another planet. So we have come here to pick you up. You were interested in joining us in the battle across the stars right? Savaris turned away from his brother putting his right hand firmly on the handle of his blade. But before we go it wouldn't hurt to have a little fun. After his finally word, Savaris pushed off the ground towards his brother. He moved at a warping speed and twisted in the air. As he twisted he pulled out his blade and swung it towards his brother of course slowing it down a bit, to show the start of a friendly battle.

"Awww Savy-otouto, you know that father taught us to be respectable and acknowledge each other as we are. I'm your Niisan and your my Otouto." Takashi laugh heartily and cracked his neck. "As for your Battle across the Stars, I'll join you." Takashi turned and grabbed his blade as Sav proposed a formal challenge. Takashi had just picked up his blade, when he unsheathed and spun around to deflect Sav's attack. "You attacked 1st, therefore I must accept and return...The-FAVOR!!!!" Takashi pushed Sav off with extreme force and launched himself at Sav. He forced Sav's blade into it's sheath and snatched it from him. He threw the blade (Along with his) to the side. "Let's go hand to hand Sav. With that, Takashi began to throw fierce punches at his brother.
