Anyone else struggle with an Eating Disorder?

I was just wondering...no flame needed.

I struggle with Anorexia/Bulemia alongside my bipolar disorder. Does anyone else deal with this? How long have you dealt with it?

I feel kinda bad about the fact this hasn't gotten any pokes. Unless you count some very strong urges to chew and bite, I don't struggle with any eating disorders, but I do wish you luck in keeping strong with your own difficulties.

You need to know that people aren't ignoring you, they just don't want (or know how) to respond.

Or there could be nobody else here that has an eating disorder. That happens sometimes.

Lots of pot smokers...nobody with an eating disorder.

That's the way to overcome an eating disorder for sure; be on constant munchies mode.

But yeah, the only 'eating disorder' I have is anxiety eating where I get ill after eating making me not want to eat. I sometimes don't eat and it really affects me when I go out, but the nurses I have to visit daily due to a surgery complication say I'm really healthy anyway.

I don't have an eating disorder, that being said I am a big guy and have hard time sticking to a diet.

I know what to eat and how much I should eat but it is hard to maintain a balanced diet.

I farted. It was chunky. Now my butt hurts. True Story. O.O

Ive been acused a number of times of having an eating disorder but truth is i just dont eat much, i sleep for 16 hours or more and when i awake i only have time for one small meal a day. Naturally i got very skinny and still am generally when i look at food after not eating for so long i feel sick so i suppose i can offer alittle advice maybe.

Best one i can think of is stay away from any sweets and chocolates as they dont actually help and milding snacking isnt much good either. Stick to normal food, breakfast (small) to start off then only dinner and some light tea, just the basics no fancy extras to start. Because every human body needs food to run, its nature, if it doesnt get enough during the day it begins to fail.

Think of it more on the lines of Im giving my body the basic ammount it needs to run today and it will all be converted into energy. Also best to work out how much you need per day, then slowly add to it every two week or so till its a normal amount of food needed to keep your body working right.

dont even bring weight into it at first just think of it as amount needed to work well for that single day and carry that on with a fresh amount every next day dont even think about the last day, that day is gone the new day is a clean fresh start.

but thats just my way of thinking anyhow.

I see you noticed my swag.
