Have you ever noticed that in anime when people get hurt there is rarely a hospital but they generally are better later. This hospital has portal to all the worlds in anime to allow them to heal in a safe area it is equipped with the lastest tech, has a database of all species from all worlds in anime. The hospital technically exists inside the realm of Black Jack.
