What I mean is, they're all becoming so... average. None of them strike my interest. Mainly because they all seem to fall under the category of Sci-Fi, which simply, well, isn't my "thing". Where's the romance? The cliches? Sounds a little un-creative, I suppose. But it's just a thought. Anyone else somewhat agree?

I think what he means by "sci-fi" is fantasy. Science-Fiction and Fantasy are usually looped into the same genre because they are so closely related. lol :P
I'm so bored of High school extra-normal rp, they wouldn't be so bad but rather than work on character development, interaction, conflict and social turmoil they want classroom settings.
It's such a confining system, class is prison what happens between classes, lunch and after class is where all the action is.
I love all genres of rp but just like music I don't listen to one type
Scifi is okay when done right but it gets dull if all you're doing is bug hunting, conflict is not always violence.
Medieval rp are fun but everyone wants ;or at least it seems to me, wants to play as if every adventure is a 15th level D&D Epic?
No body ever seems to run a good Vampire rp, where are the dominate cabals, Sabbot, Camarilla or other ruling body?
