Sorry to see you go, Feldo.
And I'm still debating how to start mine off, seeing as how I have to fit into a puzzle without knowing the shape of my sides. (IE, when does the RP start in relation to what happens in your book that involves my guy?)
Whoa, calm down there, Feldo! I'm sorry if we've offended you, but that was never the intention. I'm sorry if this "elitist bull" is what is making you leave, but we just don't see it the same way. In any case, best of luck.

I've been really busy, but don't count me out just yet. I'm still interested, I just need a bit of time to finish my CS.

@Dreadlord: 3 weeks prior, so there's still a while before the story actually begins. As soon as I can use wifi with my laptop again, I'll send you the portion of the first chapter that you should be concerned with.
@ML: It's alright. I'm actually beginning to wonder if I started the IC thread too early.
@Feldo: If you really don't like the rules, you don't have to stick around. As ANate said, we didn't mean to offend you if we did.

My RP

I'm interested in this, though I have to finish reading the setup. Is there room for one more person?
Plenty of room, bro. Go ahead.

im just gonna delete what i typed first this time. i went apolgies, anoyed at advanced rule set, apolgies.
anyway sorry the tone came off as less honest and more hostle in my preveous post.
im mostly just annoyed that it seems to take you days to type a post three times the length of what i can post in 12 or so minuets. my character sheet took me a couple hours to write. if i can write one exceedingly well done paragraph (casual rule set) in half an hour you should be able to write an acceptable post for advanced rule set in 2 hours, and if you cant in one week type such a post then you dont have enough free time for an advanced rule set RP.
hell the only reason im so annoyed is that i seem to be right here. i would gladly shut up and ask how i can improve my own posts if it were moving any but im stuck. i cant move forward without any imput from other players, or at least the gm.
Rethel would you be willing to run this as a high casual 1 on 1 until everyone else is able to get into this, we dont have to wrry too much about time at the moment. we could even posibly have Verinins story occasionaly interupted with a world status update, a change in whats going on it might give everyone a place to start from. i realy do want to be part of this im just anoyed that noone else does, im a speed poster so the lack of any post in a week is unacceptable to be honest.

Time Zone Easter Standard (-4:00 GMT) available times 30 minutes at the start of my day, ~8:30 weekdays ~7:30 Tuesdays and after work weekdays sometime between 7:00 and 11:00 PM it seems 9 is a good guesstimate but with the holidays coming up it will push back (i work retail)
Because what is right if not something I refuse to give up on?
Feldo, the thing is, I'm a fucking busy guy. When I'm not RPing my six or so RPs, I'm making music, or volunteering places, or making art, writing a book, practicing my parkour stuff; my life doesn't solely revolve around this RP.

which begs to reason that im right about you not having time (for another) advance rule set rp. i admit that as a speed poster my view is skewed. i only have my perspective to look at this for the moment. i dont know what you think an acceptable posting 'speed' is. right now from my perspective im the only one who cares about this rp enough to have actualy posted. after all other than the intro post im the only one who has posted so far. the reason i gave notice that i might drop out is because i know my schedule could be changing in the next week to something where if this and my other 2 RP's were going at an appropriated pace i would not be able to keep up with all three. im not judging by the actual pace but the fastest pace that seems to make sense.
the potential change in my work scedual will take away my time in the morning and i may or may not get the time back in the evenings, and i know i will be less willing to post in the evenings.
you on the other hand simply don't have time and this isn't the priority, assuming i read your previous post correctly. simply put i ask you don't commit to something you don't have the time for.
im more annoyed at the fact your response to what i said was ment to understand your point of view but instead seemed to prove me right.
