Caroline.:.
Something in Caroline jumped with the sandy haired man came into the group. She was still adjusting to being a vampire, and her hearing, though exceptional, was still something she needed to focus on. He had caught her off guard and when he looked into her eyes she gave a smile. It was as if he was trying to peer into her soul. It wasn't something she was completely used to, so she tried to hide whatever it was he was trying to see.
Elena and Bonnie both seemed to not want to bother with going to the principal's office and with the body language it seemed that Caroline had been chosen to do so. Why not? She was already neck deep in everything else for school. Dances, fundraisers, committee meetings, grades, trying to decide what she wanted to do next. The reality of that one was she could do anything she wanted and switch because she had eternity. "Come on, I'll show you the way." she told Niklaus. She waved for him to follow her, and when her eyes met Matt's again, she looked down and then forward.
Maybe her insecurities had multiplied as well when she became a vampire. Everything else seemed to, but she didn't much care about that. She almost hated that about being a vampire, how everything was suddenly brighter, more beautiful, but also everything that was bad was magnified. She hated that. "Oh, right here will be your classroom. After you get the stuff from the principal." she pointed to the Biology room and smiled to him, letting her eyes smile as well. When they got to the principal's office though, she opened the door. "Here you are. The principal's office. See you around Mr. Mikaelson." she said, walking out of the office and off to find Bonnie and Elena again. However, her eyes looked over to a girl in leather, boots, and a corset.
"Must be a new student." Caroline deduced and she walked out to her, a smile on her face. "Hi there, I'm Caroline Forbes. Welcome to Mystic Falls High."
Damon.:.
As Damon made his way to the high school, something seemed a little off, especially when an older model mustang passed him and parked in the lot. He expected to see a guy to get out of the front seat when he parked at the school, but instead he saw a girl. She couldn't have been more than 18, but she was a very beautiful human. He couldn't deny that, even with the semi-gothic get-up. He got out of the car and before he could introduce himself to her, Caroline had swooped in. "She has to have a built in radar for new people." he grumbled, but he soon came over.
"Caroline, shouldn't you be heading to class." Damon spoke from behind the human and after a look Caroline smiled to the new girl.
"I'll see you later then. Watch it, this one bites." she hissed, and she turned around and headed into the school. Damon was very satisfied, even if he wasn't completely sure why he was at this school again.
"Don't mind her. Ex-girlfriend." he lied, expertly. "I'm Damon Salvatore, you must be new into town with the way Caroline came in. Don't mind her, she's a do-gooder like her friends. If you'll excuse me though, I actually need to find someone."
He left the girl and headed into the school and walked over to Elena who seemed to be in deep conversation with Bonnie and he shook his head. "Elena." he spoke and she jumped.
"What?" she asked.
"New kid and new teacher? Good thing I decided to drop by." he pointed to the office and then to the doors when they opened. The new girl came in.
