I just thought of this, so if you say no then it's fine.

It's just that how would, say, Team Magma, Aqua, or even Plasma do anything in any other regions? I mean Team Rocket does, but they're no fun and I think kind of stupid.

I think that we should encounter the team from every region, but will still encounter small traces of defeated groups that wer in other regions.

Sure that would be fine, but what would the fourth starter be? Actually, Professor Oak being himself, he probably has starters from EVERY REGION, but if you guys want to start with Charmander and them, then that's fine. I would actually prefer it. We just have to come up with a fourth starter. We could just use Pikachu or Eevee, but you can decide what you want for that.

I don't mind choosing a starter from another one but I kinda thought we'd choose the Pokemon of the region we are at.
