We're all smart people here; we could come up with something for sure.

When I initially saw the idea, I basically pictured an NRP where the characters are animals, but have human tendencies and desires (that are obviously tailored to the personality of the animal species). If we use the Lion King as an example again and we look at the lions as a “nation”. We have a proud nation that sees itself as the natural leaders of the world and wants to maintain the current status quo of the kingdom.

The game would play as a fairly standard NRP, more free in form, and driven by player interactions. The GM could guide the players using human intervention or even through the weather, which obviously can have a major effect on animals.
