She squinted disappointingly at his choice of words. "Of course I know certain things. But nothing like THAT is going on. I can't believe you would even suggest such a horrible thing so lightheartedly. Nothing really bad happens here. Not recently anyway..." she trailed off with those words, suddenly lost in thoughts of the past for a moment before quickly making her mind snap back to the present in the hopes he wouldn't think there was anything strange in her mannerism. "Most of the stuff worth finding out happens at home. Now, some of that can be interesting. Take the principle, totally sleeping with his neighbor, but the wife has no idea. I know lot's of things about people in town too. You know, ones who aren't connected to the school. So, yeah, ask me about anyone's home life and I can get you the information."

He raised an eyebrow as he listened closely with great intent. "Really? I'll be sure to keep that information in mind, it might come in handy in the future while I'm here." He then scooted closer to her as he listened with great intent. "Is there any other juicy info you could tell me that'd be useful?" Already he was thinking how many ways he could get ahead in life just by knowing a few dirty secrets.

"Well, since you don't really know anyone around here. I don't really think so. All I can say is that most students around here do not seem to give a damn about their education...or their luxury in having it..." she trailed off again, suddenly quite envious of the living. She was always envious of the living and their ability to do whatever they wanted and rather regretful of her horrible choices as a living person. The more she thought about it, the more she hated them, even herself when she alive. It was like old people always said about youth and how it was wasted on the young, except it was life and it was very much wasted on the living. "You're not like that, are you? Because you shouldn't. You have no idea how lucky you are just to have the ability to breathe." She almost spat the last the word, despite her attempt to hide all of her contempt.

He raised an eyebrow over hearing that there wasn't anything else and shrugged. "Ah well. It was worth asking at least." Suddenly, she seemed to get really upset all of a sudden and it was especially noticeable in her words. He decided to try to calm her down by changing the subject. "Y-yeah... I guess I am... So uh, What kind of stuff do you like to do with your spare time?"

"Spare time..." the words made her want to laugh. "All I have is spare time. But, during the day I usually sit in classes, walk around the school. In the evenings and nights I either visit the library or stalk people at home." She smiled brightly, thinking about all the strange and somewhat amusing things she had seen around the town. Yet, the smile soon faded as the worst sights of the town made their way into her mind as well. "You know...usual dead people stuff, I guess. What about you?"

He shrugged, "I guess really I just do my homework and then either watch TV or play my video games. Rather boring really you might think, but it's a load of fun and I'm happy at least." He scooted closer over to her as he was starting to feel more comfortable being around the dead girl. "So tell me...Do you think there's a reason why you're still here on Earth and not in some... afterlife or something?"

Gulping and eyes growing wide as she heard his question, she tried to hide her uncomfort rather unsuccessfully. "I....uhhh...don't know." She muttered rather hastily. "I mean, why would I?" She laughed a little, hoping it did not sound as nervous to him as it did to herself. "Guess...I was just too scared of going to the afterlife..." Quickly, she tried to think of a new topic. "So these video game things..." the words sounded odd in her mouth. "I've...uhhh....seen kids around here playing them. I mean, at home...when I, you know, stalk them. But, what exactly are they? I...uhhh...you know, died before they became popular."

He raised an eyebrow as it was plainly obvious that she seemed very uncomfortable about the subject. For what reason, he had no idea and he honestly doubted she'd be telling him anytime soon what with how eager she was to change the subject. He decided to let her as he answered her question. "Well... you ever been to an arcade? Basically video games let people play arcade-like games at homes on small sized systems instead of those huge wooden and plastic boxes."
